Having faults is bad enough but to wait over an hour (almost 3 this evening) is not on. My speed is not as advertised / promised. 1/2

A roughly $925mn unsecured note fell to as low as 57 cents on the dollar this week, down from about 78 at the start of July, and even the senior secured paper slipped.
