    @virginmedia There’s not enough slack on the cable to fix a connector. It’ll need a new cable laying. I’m still waiting for the form for permission that I was promised days ago. Maybe the carrier pigeon got lost.

    So @virginmedia why is the TV guide always wrong, every week I have to rewatch love island (I know it’s crap) on catch up as the guide is never updated if the show is extended. You do not get that with sky! Explanation please

    @virginmedia I want an engineer to attend ASAP. I’ve had a text saying the fault is resolved but it’s not. I’ve told you that we had a booster fitted in September which was working fine until you did the upgrade in my street last week and now it’s still not working. The booster needs updating

    @virginmedia Hi, had problems with the internet today in SL9, been told by your support team to restart the router, Tay didn’t work so was told it would be resolved by Monday... sorry not good enough! I’m an IT engineer that needs the internet!!

    @virginmedia your customer service department still hasn’t done what it said it would. I hope my service is restored tomorrow when your engineer is expected. I somehow doubt it will happen though. Disappointing service. Not what I’m paying for.

    @virginmedia Thanks. I filed a complaint 6 days ago and unsurprisingly am yet to hear anything. I feel like I’m being quite negative about VM so I’d like to give you some praise. 2 things you’re good at: 1. Replying to Tweets. 2. Apologising. Unfortunately both not very helpful.

    @virginmedia How do I work from home when internets been off for 2 days and on and off for weeks! On the phone for 40 min to go through to manager to then have phone put down on me! Tried to call back now cannot get through to anyone! Terrible service!!

    @virginmedia hi. i cannot actually face calling you again.ive spoke with your team 11 times since 15 Jan and still no resolution.i was told on 31st i would get a call from a manager in 48 hrs and still waiting. ive called you 4 times since then too. every call lasts 1 hr plus with hold times
