    @virginmedia It is your job to apologise but I’m not alone in expressing dissatisfaction at the level of customer service at VM. That aside, I want to know why my router drops its connection almost daily causing me to power cycle my network chain in order to restore services to all devices

    @SkyHelpTeam My broadband was due to be activated by @OpenreachHelp yesterday. The engineer has marked it as a completed job yet I have no active line and have been told to wait up to 5 days for it to be checked. You have 48hrs to fix it or il cancel and go with @virginmedia

    @virginmedia Firstly, I am new to virgin (3 weeks). I have had to call the faults team 3 times and on each occasion 60+ minutes to wait. Having faults is bad enough but to wait over an hour (almost 3 this evening) is not on. My speed is not as advertised / promised. 1/2

    .@virginmedia quite possibly the most appalling customer service in the UK, bar none! After calling 3mths ago to cancel a phone contract after a friend died, the number still rings yet today to wait 24hrs for it to cancel! Plus, they want the password from the deceased! 🤬

    @virginmedia It's for the broadband, we've had issues for the past few days and speeds of <1mbps, the automated hotline said there were intermitent issues and we didn't have a chance to talk to anyone because the hold was too long

    @virginmedia Another day with Virgin Media TV package. Another day with not a lot working. Fault V210 today. Out of 8 months being with you so far, I would say 7 months have had an issue.

    @virginmedia Appalling customer service from you guys. After having spent 25mins on hold, I get on but only to be cut off after a short conversation in which the guy on the end didn’t have a clue what he was talking about. Shocking when you consider what we pay on monthly basis!

    @virginmedia @richardbranson three weeks with Virgin Media and got to be the worst service and customer service I have ever experienced...I am almost at a point of saying they are worse than sky🙈72 hours to rectify...let's see...

    @virginmedia the office, spending monthly direct debits for your services without receiving a actual proper solution. I’m not happy and on the verge of cancelling and signing back up with sky as I’ve never once had this issue with them!

    @virginmedia As I said before it’s a new contract which has not even started as connection is currently not possible so 30 days notice is irrelevant hence we are exercising our right to cancel in the cooling off period. Seriously is this how you operate as a company! So nothing in writing

    @virginmedia I don't know, as some devices are completely wireless. I had asked when I called & again in my complaint for an engineer to take a look, nothing was arranged for me. I've not been offered a replacement hub to try either. I was just continually told to troubleshoot.

    @MartinSLewis Problem is, that it is ok that theses deals are around. But in my area, mostly Virgin Media have all the High Speed stuff. 1Gb speeds, but BT and everyone else is 6Mbps speeds. Not really viable for most people at them (SSS) stupid slow speeds. Competition here is Zero

    @virginmedia We deleted the Outlook address yesterday. I don’t send emails from your server for that reason as my email is a work email and I don’t want his name on it. Confuses people. That’s how we knew there was a problem!

    @virginmedia The issue is with your server which has been hacked into. Goodness knows how many customers will have been affected. My computer is just fine. Passwords were changed yesterday.

    @virginmedia I cant see my network name on any of my devices WiFi, can't access the Hub 4 admin website too. It's as if theres no wifi signal or something?
