    @virginmedia Nope. No one has contacted me again, which is pretty much what I expected. If you want to come and do the outside work and fit the cables you’re more than welcome to. But my Sky broadband is being installed Wednesday so and I’ve tried to cancel my contract 3 times now so I’m done

    Hey @virginmedia here’s a suggestion for you. When you “make planned improvements to your broadband service” how about you contact your customers in advance to tell them they will be without internet whilst they try to work from home?! Appalling customer service

    Not good enough. As a very dissatisfied @virginmedia customer I find increasing a pensioners tariff without warning shoddy and poor. But then they are not known for good customer care.

    @virginmedia Yes I never thought of that or maybe you could have helped as I gave you my name and postcode , it's always pushed forward by an hour to resolve now into day 4 what[s going on stil; getting 50 mins on with 20 mins off , any chance or some mobile data or local hotspot i can use.
