    @virginmedia what is so difficult about customer service these days? Spent the last 4 days going through the repetitive process of checking out WiFi connection, eventually got a number to call TL get cut off after a 30 min wait! Not impressed!

    @virginmedia Iโ€™ve been looking into this problem & the TV is all Connected to my Virginmedia Internet then it suddenly disconnects from the Internet & then this is why it goes back to my TV Homescreen then i go back into settings & wireless network click on this & then itโ€™s returns & works๐Ÿคช?

    @virginmedia Iโ€™m still waiting for someone to reply to me about my bill. I get cut off when I try to phone, the online complaint form receives an error on every submission, there is no chat functionality available and I canโ€™t get a reply in social media. Please advise ASAP. Thank you.

    @virginmedia Just under 2 weeks later and still no resolution. This has now been going on over a month and all the service checker says is they are aware but the date of repair is consistently getting delayed. This is absolutely poor.

    @O2 since joining virgin media the coverage in Milton Keynes is terrible. Iโ€™m almost always on 1 bar. Youโ€™ve gone from being the best signal in the area to probably the worst.
