@virginmedia twice I’ve been on hold to customer service for 25mins only to get cut off. My broadband & TiVo hasn’t been working since 4pm. I’ve tried restarting the hub many times, checked the connections as well. I work from home & this is not what I need right now.

@virginmedia Was not anticipating having to leave when i called in, was unhappy you increased my monthly charge and had not been advised. Was told you could do this and there was nothing you could do to rectify the overcharge. Been a loyal customer for 8 years and got treated this way

@virginmedia Ringing now, I can tell you how this call will go. What colour is the light? Purple. Queue confusion. Explain it’s in modem mode. They blame router. I tell them with and without router makes no difference to errors on modem. Power cycle modem, they’ll ring in 24 hours
