    So @virginmedia why is the TV guide always wrong, every week I have to rewatch love island (I know it’s crap) on catch up as the guide is never updated if the show is extended. You do not get that with sky! Explanation please

    Virgin media just rubbish. Just so disappointed in a service that for the past 2 months has been rubbish. Worked all over the house and even in the garden for all the time we have been customers but now only working on one side of the house and not upstairs.

    @virginmedia My WiFi is constantly cutting out, my laptop can't connect because there is an IP address issue, no WiFi single in my garden. All of these issues started yesterday.

    @virginmedia extremely dissatisfied, disappointed with the customer service I have recevied today. I have had repeated issues with My WiFi, mitliple phone calls, two engineers and I still have a poor service. Customer services said today they cannot help. Brilliant... #fuming

    @virginmedia It's for the broadband, we've had issues for the past few days and speeds of <1mbps, the automated hotline said there were intermitent issues and we didn't have a chance to talk to anyone because the hold was too long

    Just ended my internet contract with @virginmedia it was very much like communicating with a stroppy teenager. That plus the 48 minute wait on hold doesn’t make me feel like ever returning. Very poor customer service.

    @virginmedia @richardbranson three weeks with Virgin Media and got to be the worst service and customer service I have ever experienced...I am almost at a point of saying they are worse than sky🙈72 hours to rectify...let's see...

    @virginmedia Firstly, I am new to virgin (3 weeks). I have had to call the faults team 3 times and on each occasion 60+ minutes to wait. Having faults is bad enough but to wait over an hour (almost 3 this evening) is not on. My speed is not as advertised / promised. 1/2

    @virginmedia Appalling customer service from you guys. After having spent 25mins on hold, I get on but only to be cut off after a short conversation in which the guy on the end didn’t have a clue what he was talking about. Shocking when you consider what we pay on monthly basis!

    @virginmedia It is your job to apologise but I’m not alone in expressing dissatisfaction at the level of customer service at VM. That aside, I want to know why my router drops its connection almost daily causing me to power cycle my network chain in order to restore services to all devices

    @virginmedia I did and on my phone it says there is a technical issue so it can't run. on the laptop (tethered to the phone) it just keeps popping up with a screen that takes me through steps of how to connect hub to socket etc. But it's all set up properly 😩😩

    @virginmedia Like I said, the agent just dropped this on me and then left! I have filed an official complaint twice but have only received two messages exactly the same, that do not address any of my concerns. Regardless of the fee, the customer service is well below par.

    @virginmedia It virtually impossible to get an appointment when this happens, I'm always made to wait 24hrs prior to booking even though I know the issue will still be there tomorrow!! Its making wfh very difficult.

    @virginmedia They won’t investigate the issue as I am not on the property with my mum! Even though I’ve told them she is elderly and vulnerable! I’ve said it’s not her phone as her intercom isn’t working either, so it’s definitely the phone line!
