    @virginmedia two attempts to upgrade package online. 1st included emailing confirmation and waiting in for delivery of equipment. Didn’t happen. Also spoken with someone on your chat and after 50 mins they couldn’t find order or offer same upgrade deal. Very poor indeed

    @virginmedia don’t touch this company they turned off the internet in the LU6 1DY area this morning saying they were doing essential work it would be back on at 3pm it’s now 9:30pm & still not working having to use mobile internet to post this the company are a bunch of liers

    Thanks to FB,I got an email address for a guy at @virginmedia & after days spent tearing my hair out & lots of rude words emanating from my mouth, he's reduced my bill back down & credited my account with £50👊Good job I am wonder woman.Always me that has to sort this stuff out!

    @virginhelp Virgin Media.FOUR DAYS now. They make you hang on forever then offer you a link to your mobile, and when you message on that as instructed, they never come back to you. Absolute disgrace. My bill has gone up by another 20 quid a month. I will NOT be paying £120 for this service!

    So @virginmedia can’t honour the upgrade offer they’ve made and the subsequent order I have placed. So from trying to upgrade to now cancelling our existing package altogether as a result. Poor customer service

    @virginmedia turns out speed is not the main thing when choosing a broadband provider it’s WiFi availability. This contract is not working for me, I need a provider who has high WiFi availability in all my rooms, especially if I am within 10 metres of the router

    @virginhelp as much help as @virginmedia ABSOLUTE DISGRACE 5 days trying to speak to someone, and no replies to the link you told me to contact you on! I can't even bloody get disconnected coz I can't get through!!!! AVOID AVOID AVOID ANYONE THINKING OF LEAVING SKY ETC !!!!!

    @ItsDaveClayton @virginmedia Mesh Wi-fi is the only way Dave. Most ISP routers are a bag of crap, turn their wifi off and use an external mesh system. Obviously if you’re getting 12Mbps wired at the router you’ll likely need to speak to Virgin.

    @virginmedia Hi, finally got through to someone on live chat who said there had been an issue on your side. Looks like that has now been rectified as I now have confirmation of my order but installation date is now half a month later! On live chat it was promised I’d have service from the 7th

    @virginmedia I was also promised a call back within 1-2 hours which has not happened. Given I work from home full time I can’t really accept such a delay on being able to access the internet- very poor first impression and reviewing my options if this cannot be rectified.

    @virginmedia I have been in contact with every team passed from pillar to post you can't disconnect something that isn't connected trying to explain that to your staff is beyond belief I have managed to cancel the both accounts that I have and I want confirmation by email
