@virginmedia Probably not looking at the full conversation history then. Problem not between cabinet and house. However engineer forgot again to put notes down. Said to contact him and he abs his line manager would ensure resolution, however not returned calls or messages

@virginmedia don’t touch this company they turned off the internet in the LU6 1DY area this morning saying they were doing essential work it would be back on at 3pm it’s now 9:30pm & still not working having to use mobile internet to post this the company are a bunch of liers

@virginmedia 2. The 2.4ghs remained ok, our internet connection was fine. The intermittent problems are that we have a loss of WiFi connection and/or drop in performance. This seems to only to affect the WiFi devices and not the hardwired devices leading us to believe it’s an issue with the

@virginmedia Im not sure what I was hoping for by engaging on twitter. But it wasn't to be given the same numbers to text/call. If I call up I'll wait 20+ minute for person to make me explain issue instead of reading file, then they will arrange a call which wont happen. No thanks, canceling.
