    Virgin media just rubbish. Just so disappointed in a service that for the past 2 months has been rubbish. Worked all over the house and even in the garden for all the time we have been customers but now only working on one side of the house and not upstairs.

    @virginmedia Rang that number, said there wasn’t much they could do. Re did my package as it is currently, and it was £2 more than what I got quoted on Saturday. So just over £30 a month more staying with you. Thanks for trying to help

    @virginmedia Firstly, I am new to virgin (3 weeks). I have had to call the faults team 3 times and on each occasion 60+ minutes to wait. Having faults is bad enough but to wait over an hour (almost 3 this evening) is not on. My speed is not as advertised / promised. 1/2

    @virginmedia My WiFi is constantly cutting out, my laptop can't connect because there is an IP address issue, no WiFi single in my garden. All of these issues started yesterday.

    @virginmedia No, I had to admit defeat after 50 minutes. I had things to do! I have a new Virgin Mobile 4G SIM and I need to transfer the number from and old Virgin 3G SIM to it. If you could help with that, that would be marvelous.

    @virginmedia my broadband has been down since yesterday and I’ve subscribed to text alerts for updates. Ironically no updates received so I can only assume you need your network to work in order to send them! Come on Virgin, this is unacceptable service.

    Just ended my internet contract with @virginmedia it was very much like communicating with a stroppy teenager. That plus the 48 minute wait on hold doesn’t make me feel like ever returning. Very poor customer service.

    I called back explained again that I want to terminate my contract and that I was cut off earlier, I was then transferred to another number, 50 minutes later I was still waiting. Can someone bother sorting this out for me @virginmedia @VirginMedia_One #poorcustomerservice

    @virginmedia I’ve been trying to call the past two evenings to cancel my new package and both evenings I get the message saying that you’re too busy and to call in the morning. Not handy for people working full time! I just wanted to make sure that you don’t charge me for it!

    Hey @virginmedia! New customer here! But it’s not been great so far - Someone tried to charge setup cost despite there being no setup cost on my plan, failed install 2day because no site survey was done & now will be without ANY broadband services for 3 weeks. Is this normal??

    @virginmedia Thomas your previous tweets dont tell me anything. Youre not offering any solutions, it would take 5 minutes to sort out. You dont leave your customers any solution but to terminate their contracts with you- 4 months of no wifi and this is your response to sorting out the
