    Over 13 months with @virginmedia fighting with them over the phone to say there is a problem with our service and explaining it’s not the equipment it’s the line this engineer arrives runs tests and “checks cables” as prt of his assessments and not prompted. Finds cable faults!!

    @virginmedia Thank you for answering so promptly. I have had the same package for 4 years. 2 boxes with BT sport. Nothing fancy. £85.50 is extremely steep and I therefore need to cancel. No TV contract should cost this much. Please direct me to the cancellations team. Thank you.

    Just rang virgin they said that it’s going to be out until 4pm! Not good enough!! We should get free internet for the next 3 months as very bad service #virginmedia

    @virginmedia Another day with Virgin Media TV package. Another day with not a lot working. Fault V210 today. Out of 8 months being with you so far, I would say 7 months have had an issue.

    Sad that we had to leave, go to @SkyUK = worse. clearly focused on sales and NOT Service. All the engineers from @virginmedia & @SkyUK were really nice people, but did not seem too technically skilled passed - replacing router, swirling in/off etc. Today’s guy knew his stuff

    Having HUGE problems with virgin!!! Then spend nearly an hour waiting for them to answer which is understandable but then for the guy to HANG UP!!! Absolutely appalling service! @virginmedia

    Also @SkyUK and @virginmedia the engineer that solved the problem today is what customer service looks like - Gavin Wilson from @virginmedia get him to train your teams. We had at least 8 engineers over past 15 months between your services and this guy sorted it in 1 visit! 5*

    @virginmedia We have replaced several routers over the past year, had boosters and several engineers. I have explained that it’s the internet from the box not in the house that has an issue. this was confirmed by recent engineers who actually checked. After replacing cables to house from cab

    @virginmedia You understand my confusion right? Stay with Virgin and have a “slower” broadband connection or cancel/move a service to another provider and get a better service? It offers no loyalty and will push custom away from Virgin mobile and you are encouraging it 🤷🏻
