    @virginmedia I don’t doubt it will be fixed eventually but there have been significant issues here for months & I need more info than this. The message on your link hasn’t been updated since PRIOR to being told it was fixed. When reported this morning it was treated with no history.

    @virginmedia There is no link. No one appears to know what’s going on and there is no ownership or continuity of help. As the paying customer we are supposed to just wait, lose business and accept the situation.

    Oooh, now I finally got round to taking notice.... The videos I, m watching via twitter are playing much better with Lebara mobile then they did tesco, moble..Actually they are playing better then they do on home broadband service Virgin media to.. The landlord pays that bill

    @muppetkeeper @virginmedia @TalkTalk Plus at almost double the speed. No idea why they need to make it so difficult to get a good deal. But for continuity of service, and not having another piece of obsolete hardware lying around, I’ve taken it.

    @virginmedia Yes there were, we received a text at 2am to say it was (finally) fixed but it isn’t & we are now expected to go through the entire reporting/testing the router process again. No engineer for days.This is NOT a router issue, it’s affecting many homes. #bangsheadonwall

    @virginmedia It is the Hub 3.0. I believe that the wired connection is working OK. I only have my Playstation on wired connection and it seems to be OK. The WiFi issue is intermittent. I have restarted the hub, reset to factory, etc but constantly get the same issue

    @virginmedia No I don't have a fault I have issue with your customer service not matching a price as per your website for new customers. For the same package trying to charge more then £15 more per month extra.A promise of call back from a manager and I have not received one.#Discrimination

    @Pidge Can i ask you why broadband is so poor in D8? I can only get virginmedia to provide me with any decent speeds and they can pluck a price out of the sky because they have a monopoly! Eir can give me the head spinning speed of 2MB! I`d say it would be better on the Islands?

    @virginmedia Your customer services advisor says there is no way to escalate this to a manager because you are all working from home. He also says he can’t get a manager to phone us! This is ridiculous and unreasonable! Please advise next steps ASAP. Please also confirm who the ombudsman is?
