    @virginmedia Spent an hour on the phone to say that we cancelled the engineer! This is not true at all. Very disappointed being a customer from day 1! Paying a line rental for over a year when it's not working can someone please look into this

    @a_kiwi_fox @ameliadenys @virginmedia At least in the 80s we knew there were limited modes of communication. In 2019, customer service is key 🔑 so thy should have found a way to communicate with us even if it means liasing with another competing network.

    Unacceptable @virginmedia!!! My husband bought an EE phone and now following the migration he can't use it so has no phone. Virgin mobile's response "buy another phone". No help whatsoever. Terrible customer service.

    @virginmedia I want an engineer to attend ASAP. I’ve had a text saying the fault is resolved but it’s not. I’ve told you that we had a booster fitted in September which was working fine until you did the upgrade in my street last week and now it’s still not working. The booster needs updating

    @virginmedia why do you fail to collect my return equipment... charge me a £65 bill for you failing to collect it, postpone the next agreed collection, send out a refund by cheque to old address, then will take 30-40 days needed to send out a new one

    @virginmedia Fairs fair the problem is resolved and the agent was also able to assist with the primary problem by getting appropriate authorisation for a non standard resolution.
