@Moi_Twitting @CorporalMum @Ofcom If this is true @virginmedia then it’s a disgrace as you provide this service for homes and not business. I know as I manage our Virgin Media BUSINESS service for my employers. If I don’t get compensation for the whole period of the outage I’m off. £128.50 pm + £33 pm mobile. 👋

@virginmedia This is the second time in less than a month. Last time it was a full week. I reported you to Ofcom and am waiting for their reply. Your customer services are appalling and you can bet we will be claiming a refund and finding a better service provider.

@virginmedia Everyone gets that. But changing the estimate 5 minutes before twice is poor. And give a realistic estimate in the first place so we can make alternative arrangements.

I thought the design of the internet provided redundancy but @virginmedia seem to have relied on one point for all of SW London. One broken cable kills TV, broadband and phone. Time to move provider.

I'm aware that many residents in #Hampton, #Whitton #Teddington who are Virgin Media customers may not have lost phone, broadband & TV service. I've been in touch with Virgin who say it's due to a third party cutting through a cable and they are working to resolve the issue.

@virginmedia I’ve checked it a number of times whilst having the issues over the past couple of weeks, the issue has arisen since my Volt upgrade was put on, and the broadband upgraded to 350. The last time it was upgraded the hub wasn’t setup properly and resulted in similar problem

<min.att @virginmedia Cancelling a trial contract that you never used, also have nasty settings that disable any next provider using internet on your phone without hassle. Cancellation not allowed in store nor online. Waiting time on the phone: 1 hour on average. Its is abuse.>
