    @virginmedia Yep that’s funny. Really is. Do you not think I’ve not tried ringing you & only can do so on my mobile as no landline remember, on hold up to 40 mins+ & then cut off. You try it. It’s impossible to speak to a real person. WORST SERVICE EVER👎🏻

    @virginmedia I just want 2 speak 2 someone that will sort issues out ASAP without holding for an hour & more. App chat is non responsive. Beyond frustrated by no phone or broadband & terrible backup help support non existent. How can I fix this or please just cancel as had enough now.

    Fibre with @virginmedia is so slow I can’t even stream 720p without serious buffering. What is your network built on? Homing pigeons? At least that would explain the hordes around Trafalgar Square preparing to transmit Instagram selfies from basic tourists.

    @virginmedia It’s working this morning but both broadband and TV have been having long outages (on av 6hrs per day) since Friday. I’m in NW10 and service status says it won’t be fixed until 12 Oct - is this still the case?

    @jimmywim @virginmedia Don't use their frequently broken / questionable DNS servers. It's been a rule for years. They've had a horrible history of hijacking servfail, nxdomain and the like. Chose something else (8.8.8.8,1.1.1.1,9.9.9.9 etc)

    @virginmedia I was given a discount in March this year, what I didn’t know was that meant a new contract, that part was definitely not clear. Plus as I said my landline that you charge for has never worked. I will be making an Ofcom complaint

    @virginmedia Thanks for your advice about the forums. A very helpful person tried to help but apparently no result. I called 789 again today. A ticket has been raised 3-5 days before I get a result. THREE TO FIVE DAYS is not acceptable. OFCOM says I should get a code with A MINUTE

    @virginmedia i upgraded to gig1, received my Hub4 today plugged it in at 12.30..and still not connected despite the txts from you saying you have sent the signal? The lights been red, turned it on and off 3 times and its now been flashing white gor an hour! So much 4 plug'n go!

    Fifth time calling #virginmedia and counting to try to disconnect. Ever time I seem to be transferred to someone else and then the call goes silent and disconnects after five to ten minutes. Do you have a policy of making leaving as difficult as possible?? Disgusting service.
