@virginmedia I think I may actually be free from #Virginmedia at last other times I phoned up I got someone who just basically lied to me and extending my contract but this time I phoned up to cancel the contract and actually spoke to a very nice man so hopefully it's all done

@virginmedia #virginmedia spoke to a very nice lady today from Virgin media who wanted to know why I was leaving Virgin after 10 minutes of me complaining on how bad Virgin has been extending my contract and all sorts of things she did apologise but I said it wasn't her fault

Multiple houses in our estate @virginmedia has been down since yesterday and yet they won't accept there is an outage problem so we are all having to wait for individual engineers to come out. How many houses have to be without internet before you accept it's not a router issue?
