    I'm aware that many residents in #Hampton, #Whitton #Teddington who are Virgin Media customers may not have lost phone, broadband & TV service. I've been in touch with Virgin who say it's due to a third party cutting through a cable and they are working to resolve the issue.

I know as I manage our Virgin Media BUSINESS service for my employers. If I don’t get compensation for the whole period of the outage I’m off. £128.50 pm + £33 pm mobile. 👋

    @virginmedia So issue 1 due to be fix by 12pm.... now 6pm. Issue 2 is 29th Dec. Will Virgin actually get it fixed today? The time of the year when families want their TV. Care to say what the problem is and the reall chances of it being fixed. Registered for text updates. None received!
