Virgin Media Issues Reports Near Harefield, England
Latest outage, problems and issue reports in Harefield and nearby locations:
-
maureen robert (@morish1) reported from Hillingdon, England@virginmedia This is false advertising. My broadband goes off more than it’s on and then it is so slow. I have lost count on the times I have called the help line. I have rebooted routinely, it works for a while then off again. I have had enough now as enough is enough!!!
-
Paul Lewis (@paulstevenlewis) reported from Mill Hill East, England@virginmedia So you cancel the service months if not years before the 4G replacement is a really extensive alternative, while increasing your prices and telling customers “sorry, but that’s tough”. I understand your team is just at the sharp end dealing with flack, but that’s really bad of VM
-
Paul Smith (@paulhelpspeople) reported from Twickenham, EnglandWhen you cancel services with a company, because you are fed up with crazy price increases, but the next day get some ultra pushy sales guy from an overseas office try to argue they can do it better, when will they ever learn, no means no. @virginmedia you are the absolute worst!
-
Jeff Brown (@fadermonkeyking) reported from Richmond, England@virginmedia weekend only landline calls inclusive. Guess what? Christmas Day, a Sunday and the line’s dead. Self help in the app goes through everything, noise on line, nuisance calls etc but no option of dead line. Tried different handset. #bahhumbug
-
Dr Andrew Fleming 🇬🇧 🏴 (@Andrew007Uk) reported from London Colney, England@virginmedia Thanks for trying. Three Exec Dept people in the last 10 days promised to call me back after initial calls - none have. I have put it all in an e-mail against what I believe is my reference number. I want the mobile internet service you've arranged to work.
-
Fred 🇻🇨🤌🏽 (@Hairouna92) reported from Richmond, England@virginmedia internet has been awful in the whole of the TW11 area for the last 24 hours. Fix please
-
Sandeep Pandya (@spandya1) reported from Harrow Weald, England@virginmedia If you remember I told you that it was likely that work occurring at the cabinet in our street caused our issue. The engineer visited and fixed the issue caused by that work. So, it was an engineer/maintenance caused issue.
-
Yessi Bello-Perez (@yessibelloperez) reported from Ealing, England@virginmedia Thanks, John. No they didn’t confirm. All they said was that the issue *might* be fixed by August 2nd, which as you can imagine is far from ideal. Meanwhile, I’m also being charged a full month despite not having a reliable connection for over a week.
-
-
SusannJerry (@MrsJerryTweets) reported from Hounslow, England@virginmedia broadband down since 7am today and intermittent for a week. Your customer phone line cuts off. You are adding 10% to my monthly bill for an appalling Service. What is the excuse?
-
Dipak (@dip2ooo) reported from Harrow Weald, England@Gusubeda @virginmedia My broadband is also down HA7 0800 status number keep telling me there's no problem in the area
-
Sandeep Pandya (@spandya1) reported from Croxley Green, England@virginmedia An engineer came today. Issue resolved. If you remember I told you that it was highly probable that work being performed at a cabinet on our street may have resulted in our issue. I also told your telephone support team. That’s exactly what had happened. Appalling service.
-
Paul Swain (@PaulswainDJ) reported from Kings Langley, England@virginmedia This is boring. I’ll reach out to third parties to resolve my account issue.
-
mara penzo (@magma62) reported from Brentford, England@virginmedia I know where to check, thanks! My problem still persist! It's Friday night and I have no Internet?! Why? They have been carrying out works for weeks now. I think I need a compensation. Why am I paying money for no service?
-

-

-
ᒍᗩᑎE (@gemmak500) reported from Chesham Bois, England@virginmedia I don’t doubt it will be fixed eventually but there have been significant issues here for months & I need more info than this. The message on your link hasn’t been updated since PRIOR to being told it was fixed. When reported this morning it was treated with no history.
-
James Brown (@JammieBun) reported from Hillingdon, EnglandHi @virginmedia. I’ve tried phoning you with a complaint, but the calls get shunted into weblink hell. I’ve submitted two complaints through your site which have mysteriously disappeared from my account. And on Twitter the links you send for an online chat only ever lead …
-
seanhannam (@seanhannam) reported from Chesham Bois, EnglandDidn’t realised upgrading our @virginmedia internet would cripple my home office. Wireless @HP printer can’t find the network and I have to get new boosters for the other rooms in the house. So frustrating - I’ve wasted so much time trying to sort it all out. To no avail.
-
Snatch (@U2Gorilla) reported from Southall, EnglandRequested to cancel my contract and told my account doesn’t exist anyway. Thank you Virgin Media.

^Gavstar^ (@Englandgav) reportedHey @virginmedia want to know why I get bills for myself and someone else? My hub is linked to there account and address so I can access there account/bills and upgrade there package. Your customer services seem unwilling to help. GDPR issue
-

-
Chris Tindall (@chewytheleftie) reported@alan_reddish @sibelian62 @virginmedia They are a terrible company for internet. Fortunately for us we have plenty of their direct rivals who we use instead now after they made it clear our custom was of no interest to them
-
Expanse Consulting Ltd (@ExpanseCon) reported@MartinXTweets @VodafoneIreland Not a vodafone issue. Looks like a core switch failure, optical cross-connect fault or other fault inside one of the central carrier-neutral hubs. It has dropped interconnection across multiple fixed ISPs (Virgin Media, Eir, Siro, NBI) simultaneously.
-
Marina Robb (@MarinaRobb) reported@MelJanie @virginmedia Tellingly, the engineer who eventually came out (I'd already cancelled the service) said they still had to fit the back up line as they'd been fined £28 million by the regulator. Appalling customer service though.
-
Rob Elcock (@rob_elcock) reported@elScreech81 @virginmedia Absolutely terrible mate !!!!
-
dEBT shredder (@andybearz) reported@robert_grieve @virginmedia Yup Terrible customer service Seems to be once they have you signed up they no longer give a ****

-
Master Roshi (@MasterRoshi1667) reported@MelJanie @virginmedia They really are a pack of useless *****. Typical VM. Takes your money and a shite service. We all accept it anyway because they are allowed to get away with it. It doesn’t pay to be loyal any more.
