Nadeem S. Hassam (@nadeemshassam) reported from Hillingdon, England
@virginmedia This has been going on for 16 days. Are you kidding me with your canned response? Don’t even bother replying to me until you have sorted it out in the UB3 area. Every time at 4pm goes down. Every night at 11pm goes down until 8.30am on wkends always down. #virginmediadown
-
Tori (@totti369) reported from Wandsworth, England

-
Mark Britnell (@markbritnell) reported from Richmond, England
@virginmedia I have. How do you expect me to work today & tomorrow if the engineer can only come on Tuesday evening? And why doesn’t your customer service centre pick up the calls? I spent about 3 hours yesterday trying to self-diagnose the problem and waiting for someone to pick up the phone
-
Nadeem S. Hassam (@nadeemshassam) reported from Hillingdon, England
@virginmedia @Savilehto How are you going to compensate us? It says we should rely on you to automatically work it out. You can’t even get your service running smoothly for over half a month... #virginmediaincompetence #virginmediadown I bet they payment goes out from my account without any issues...
-
Nadeem S. Hassam (@nadeemshassam) reported from Hillingdon, England
@virginmedia It’s NOT ONLY happening to me. There are many people in the Heathrow area (hope that suffices) for a start, that have this issue. I’ve given up on your app and customer service as we are not trying to understand our issue or the frequency of it. You just want to close your ticket

Mohamed A Kasmani (@AyyazKasmani) reported from Hillingdon, England
@virginmedia @virginmedia 2 weeks daily drop in virgin media services. No notification by letter or email of services. Today services have been down all day in harlington. Unacceptable, take out money but don’t provide notification.

.@virginmedia let me do your job and help you. Someone is flipping a switch at 11pm and turning the internet and TV off in the UB3 area. Come 8.30pm, it comes back up. Then at around 3pm or 4pm, goes down again and then comes back up after 20 mins. Does this show you a pattern?
-
Nadeem S. Hassam (@nadeemshassam) reported from Hillingdon, England

@jayrayner1 @virginmedia If the service isn’t down in the area then the fault could simply be resolved by restarting the hub. I guess you’ve done that already?
-
Ola Agbaimoni (@OlaAgbaimoni) reported from London, England
@virginmedia Wow I’m shocked. Clearly a lot of people will have gadgets that can only support 2Ghz which was available as a separate SIDD on the hub 3. If you were not going to support it you owed customers forewarning of this fact.
-
Scott McNicholas (@SMCPT) reported from Hemel Hempstead, England
@virginmedia not interested in a customer trying to upgrade them?

. @virginmedia your customer service people don’t listen, they don’t speak English well, which makes it very frustrating. I tell you repeatedly that your street box in gu22 9 has been involved in an rtc and since our bb drops out . So they order a home visit. Poor communication

@virginmedia so far you have refused to action my giving one month notice to end my contract; lied about putting this right; not dealt with my complaint and ignored my subject access request. I will be taking this as far as I need to. Just the most appalling company 😡

@virginmedia After 6 hours on the phone today to cs, we were told that there had been an internal cancelation and rebooking. However, after multiple calls today to different advisors i was given multiple stories. The cables are handing on the pole. So, it sounds like a man power issue ?

@TPLINKUK My AX50 finally melted itself after 2yrs of service. Does the AX55 run any cooler as my AX50 reached 60c or more and I never liked leaving it on. I'm now after a new WiFi6 router as the @virginmedia one doesn't like #PiHole or #PiVPN

Malcolm Sillick (@Malcolm_Sillick) reported
@virginmedia @bangbobbybang @virginmedia I have been with you for over 20 years, because I want faster broadband than BT, etc can offer. I find it's fine for 99.5% of the time - but when you have to dial 150, you know you are in for total frustration. Truely awful service from both tech support and CS.
