    @virginmedia Hub which they said will take 3 days!! 🙄🙈😡 I have had a catalogue of issues with Virgin over the years. I expect some recompense & I don't mean the '£8 after 48 hours has passed' insult I was told today. Been with Virgin since you took over NTL. Where's the customer loyalty?

    More **** with @Virginmedia - Paying well over £100 a month and now can't get any internet connection and cannot work from home! So I will not be paid. After hanging on for an eternity they say 3 days till a new hub can be sent out! Disgrace. That won't pay my bills 😡😡😡

    I upgraded our wifi from 200mbps to 500mbps but as always the darn thing is even slower than before. The worst thing about is am paying even more now?? I complained so many times but @virginmedia only ignores it. Why are you deceiving the public @virginmedia? @BBCWatchdog

    @virginmedia Had a leaflet from trool35.00 for 300 mbps direct fibre to my property. Trooli confirmed that it will be available Called Virgin now paying £53.00 a month just gone up only to be offered £50.00 a month no negotiation for 200 mbps. Treatment of existing customer very shabby

    @virginmedia Impact my credit score. Not the point. Virgin Media messed me about and I am choosing to leave after you messed up the details of the contract. I can send you a copy of the emailed contract and amounts. Service and attitude of company is abysmal.

    @virginmedia driving me nuts. I cancelled my contract and they magically claim I started a new contract. Their customer service routine is engage the (former) client for hours, transfer them, then say "you still have 15 months on your contract"
