The staff @virginmedia are so rude. Called to renew my package and was dealt with appallingly. Offering extortionate prices for a lesser package than I already have. Virgin are clearly not interested in keeping their loyal customers. Looks like it’s back over to Sky.#virginmedia

Come on @virginmedia sort it out. WiFi has been terrible all day had to hotspot for several work Teams calls and now can’t get films in Netflix or Amazon Prime. SG4 area!! Kids not happy now either

@virginmedia the bank told me the issue was on your end. Either the cheque bounced or was cancelled. I rang and spoke to someone who didn’t seem to get my issue and just gave me an email address, to which I have had no reply. Do you just send cheques in the hope that people won’t cash them?

@virginmedia I have tried everything. Still getting very bad/no signal most of the day. Haven't had any help from virgin customer services who eventually told me I had to call them from another phone in order to test this phone, or they wouldn't help me.
