    @virginmedia Gave up on the message service and rang you. WiFi signal keeps dropping even when in same room as the router. No signal upstairs. Virgin booster installed. Box was tested and found a fault. Reset. Will keep an eye.upgraded faster speed paying a lot expect better

    @virginmedia Funny enough that’s the same thing two individuals told me over the phone and made me explain the issue multiple times! @virginmedia clearly don’t value existing customers.

    Just been on the phone for over an hour to @virginmedia and received awful customer service with the call ending with no resolution to my query. Apparently loyal customers don’t count for anything and it’s just new customers that get the best prices 😡

    @virginmedia Thank you for your reply. The packages available are always in biased towards the new customer. Friends have contact me today to say the only way to get a good package is to threaten to leave. Which makes me feel like a prize idiot rather than a valued customer.

    @virginmedia Many a time! There is a problem with the lines in the road, which I understand takes time, but it’s been months and months. I have asked for compensation which I wil not get until the problem is fixed, which is ironic.

    @virginmedia Over utilisation in my area and unbearable latency issues when gaming. Don’t think sky or bt would have these issues all these years with virgin media and it still hasn’t been resolved, poor unplayable gaming conditions it’s just too much.
