@virginmedia Many a time! There is a problem with the lines in the road, which I understand takes time, but it’s been months and months. I have asked for compensation which I wil not get until the problem is fixed, which is ironic.

Disgusting @virginmedia charging £56.49 for the most basic crap tv package and phone line. Think they are having my elderly mum on. I'll be cancelling that tomorrow. I pay over £10 less with sky for a better tv package, phone & broadband!

@virginmedia I’ve called. There are no general service issues affecting my postcode. I’ve been using the online service checker. It confirms a connection issue. It has been like this on and off since the middle of the week.
