Lisa 🏴🇬🇧🐶⚽️🍺 (@loobylou470) reported from Stevenage District, England@virginmedia The box is knackered, it's flashing lights, going between the welcome screen a strange black screen with white box and arrow (?) and then off again. I've contacted support and an engineer is coming out on Thursday
-
tim (@Claydon8Tim) reported from Hitchin, England@virginmedia Sorry. That’s it. Sorry. Yes I’ve checked and the WiFi is now working. I also checked and I’ll still be billed the full amount for a 2nd rate service that doesn’t in anyway match your glitzy empty advertising campaigns.
-
Iggle Piggle Guinea Pigs (@PigsIggle) reported from Letchworth Garden City, England@virginmedia service is rubbish , I pay £90 a month for flms to buffer every 3 seconds ..so frustrating
-

Paul Clayton (@PaulClayton25) reported from Stevenage District, England@virginmedia WiFi isn’t a 100% but tv is working fine. I’m pretty sure that I am paying too much for just WiFi and tv, on my account says I have a phone line which I never had??
-
Jason Flynn 💙 (@jasondflynn) reported from Letchworth Garden City, England@virginmedia So @virginmedia what do I do when your phone team tells me they can’t do anything and it’s down to the WhatsApp team who don’t do anything ? What is the next turn? I have a contract offer I want to accept but can’t ?
-
Paul Gull (@pgull1975) reported from Saffron Walden, England@virginmedia I’ve spoken to someone who had previously chased this for me and he is still waiting on confirmation of change to residential property. He did say that once confirmed there could be another two weeks before installation. Will I be compensated for lack of service?
-
Matt Adcock (@Cleric20) reported from Hitchin, England@virginmedia I’ve been a customer for almost 27 yrs with you guys - was being offered an upgrade to broadband…
-
John Aitken (@johnait72020789) reported from Stotfold, England@virginmedia Hi yes I’ve check all cables are in correct and I’ve turn off from socket and removed plug then put back the plug after 30 seconds but it didn’t help it still turn itself off twice after doing it.
-
Kevin Fuller (@Kevkenny73) reported from Hitchin, England@virginmedia no one answers your phones, online web chat cut me off after 4 hrs waiting and you don’t reply to my messages on here! What do I need to do to get help from you guys, it’s a joke!!
-
Greg Stewart (@gregstewart) reported from Hitchin, England@virginmedia New customer . You were prompt with billing for 2 months ‘service’ immediately. Now it has stopped. Cannot access VM phone apps, nor login on web, reset password, get answers online, or phone or chat. Please contact me to cancel. (23 May 2020 , 12:20)

Jason Flynn 💙 (@jasondflynn) reported from Letchworth Garden City, England@virginmedia I don’t have a problem with mine. I changed it to a different router a couple of years and all of the problems that everybody experiences; such as dropping Wi-Fi disappeared.
-
Jason Flynn 💙 (@jasondflynn) reported from Letchworth Garden City, England@virginmedia It’s not specific to me; and to be honest I’m not really bothered. The problem is your marketing 5G phones in areas that don’t have 5G which is affectively mis-selling. Probably something you should look into.
-
lee hamilton (@l_m_h_76) reported from Stotfold, England@virginmedia your #internet is absolutely diabolical you may offer the fastest speed but pointless without a decent service
-
Jason Flynn 💙 (@jasondflynn) reported from Letchworth Garden City, England@AdamDea29742908 @virginmedia But buying one between £50 and £200 will probably suit most and if it turns out it doesn’t solve your problems it hasn’t broken the bank. I went for an Asus one at about £120. Netgear is another strong brand. I had poor WiFi for years and it was a massive improvement. 2/2
-
Jason Flynn 💙 (@jasondflynn) reported from Letchworth Garden City, England@virginmedia Not ‘sorry hit you’ll need to get into another queue for hours and hours because it’s another team and we can’t help you’ That is not how to treat customers. In any business. Someone needs to take ownership of a situation. Truly terrible customer service. #virginmedia
-
Jason Flynn 💙 (@jasondflynn) reported from Letchworth Garden City, England@virginmedia So @virginmedia my contract has finally been resolved. 3 hours of phone calls in 24-hrs (including phone being cut off 3 times) 6 hours of WhatsApp Failure to honour contract offers. Shambles of a company. Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. #virginmedia #fail

Damien Pooley (@damienpooley) reported@virginmedia a few weeks ago I had some broadband issues and was told a new hub would be dispatched to me. Ali Larkin (@alilarkin) reported@virginmedia Hi, we've had a broadband/TV outage most of today & we're told it would be repaired by 22.00 tonight. Now the latest update says it will be 15.45 tomorrow 29th. I work online from home so awkward is an understatement. How is this taking so long? F012401961.
-
Mike Garner (@smickyboy) reported@virginmedia 2 days running we have had intermittent Internet in CV6 1GG and 2 days running your checker says the issues have been fixed. They have NOT! Isn't about time you really fixed it?
-
MachineGunLukey (@MachineGunLuk3y) reported@virginmedia will I get compensation from you for being down ? …… I work from home and you are now costing me money for every hour you are down ?

Darren Danks (@thedazdanks) reported@virginmedia I’m sure I’m not the only one who doesn’t have their phone next to their hub. What if an elderly customer has phone and hub in separate rooms but need the phone as part of their care and wellbeing. Would your advice still be to just move one of them?
