    @virginmedia why do you advertise high broadband speeds yet I never get over 17mbs more often in single figures, whenever I phone up it improves for 24hrs, your helpline is a waste of time and I regularly get outages as well, as in most days

    @gashead @virginmedia Bizarre that it’s not actually Kelly causing an issue yet they’re being very helpful for me! Unfortunately not sorted! Honestly lost all faith in it being resolved. Never had such an issue trying to get an answer from a company. Hope you get sorted too!

    @virginmedia The box is knackered, it's flashing lights, going between the welcome screen a strange black screen with white box and arrow (?) and then off again. I've contacted support and an engineer is coming out on Thursday

    @virginmedia I’m trying to help my mother-in-law who’s a registered cater, with her broadband. Her wi-fi signal is very patchy and it’s causing her problems (plus unnecessary extra stress). She has a Hub 3; can she get a Hub 4 without upgrading to Gig 1?

    Cheers @virginmedia, I finally get to sit down to watch some TV after being on the go for the past 17 hours to find network errors with my V6 box followed by a huge update. I really enjoy spending what little time I have in the evening rebooting and unplugging cables #frustrated

    @virginmedia No it says it’s fine, it never use to do this until someone from virgin called me to renew the service about a month ago and I upgraded to the top internet package, sent me a new router and since then it cuts out constantly.

    @virginmedia Thanks for responding! It appears to be the fault of the router giving terrible bandwidth, though there seems to be generic issues in our area as have seen multiple complaints on the local residents FB page
