Every time i receive the security call, it asks me to press the hash key, I do it and it then hangs up and fails security. I’m on Virgin Media. I complained about this 8 months ago and still not fixed!!

@virginmedia trying to get issue with router ethernet ports not detecting. Been directed to Gadget Rescue 3 times, failed 3 times. No answer, redirected back to virgin media, and then run into a dead line. This is bad service and many reviews say the same
