    @virginmedia Hiya, I have just tried to log AGAIN that my broadband isn't working. Why is it you are more than happy to take my money but cant resolve the issue. That's 3 days now. All I am told is to run a diagnostic check. ITS NOT MY HUB

    @virginmedia I’ve spoken to someone who had previously chased this for me and he is still waiting on confirmation of change to residential property. He did say that once confirmed there could be another two weeks before installation. Will I be compensated for lack of service?

    @virginmedia internet down in cb22 . system checker says nothing is wrong and fiancé is fast asleep (and knows all the passwords) so can’t get through to report the issue- usual 12.30 drop (5mins ish) happened and then it cut off completely at 4.20am

    @virginmedia I belive the issue relies with the router itself we used to operate on 50mbps and have now upgraded to 200mbps. But the router doesn't appear to output the correct amount of bandwidth. Is it possible that we might be able to get a replacement one. Thank you
