    @Joshday27 @virginmedia I have had same problem left phone on loud speaker 2 hours app on windows not working use browser then it said to many devices wait till 1st Dec that was on 15th Nov because u can't get hold of no body waited untill then what happened I've got 4 same device and still won't play

    @virginmedia An adaptor has been sent but we don't need one. We just need activation from you. I think the second person understood. The fact our line hasn't worked for so long is your fault. The amount of calls we had to make and the different advice given has been terrible
