@virginmedia Funny enough that’s the same thing two individuals told me over the phone and made me explain the issue multiple times! @virginmedia clearly don’t value existing customers.

@virginmedia At the moment I’m going to hold tight and take the advise of my text message rather than chase around for internet provision all day. I’m just hopeful there’ll be some sort of compensation for the service that’s not being provided.

@virginmedia I was meant to have my virgin media installed back on the 23rd and it didn't happen due to a wayleave. Was told to leave it with you guys and you'd let me know. Its now the 4th October and still no communication from you at all. Very poor service.

@virginmedia That’s not what I asked. I asked where I can return your box to. You don’t provide a service to my address. I’ve screenshot this non-response in case you try and charge me for non-return.

@treysis @noIPv6 @omnomis @virginmedia @tschaeferm @adam_as61 Nah, @AskCiti always used to be the only way to get competent customer service. At one point I almost took to using them first without even bothering to go through the proper channels first.

@virginmedia Many a time! There is a problem with the lines in the road, which I understand takes time, but it’s been months and months. I have asked for compensation which I wil not get until the problem is fixed, which is ironic.

@virginmedia Yes it says I can’t do it via that channel. When I logged in online it said £7.50 extra then when I clicked buy it said there was a technical error. I think there maybe an issue with my bundle discount code.

@virginmedia Guys I’m trying to #StayConnected but Virgin broadband is abysmal every day of the week. On, off, on, off, on, off, etc... when will your network be able to cope with demand? Should we be looking elsewhere? It’s affecting large parts of SW London from what I can tell

@virginmedia is the worst Internet provider going. We are charging you extra, but with the extra charges comes WiFi that might work once in a blue moon. Can't wait for the contract to run out and never be with them again! Don't fancy paying £4.5 million to get out of the contract
