@virginmedia internet down in cb22 . system checker says nothing is wrong and fiancé is fast asleep (and knows all the passwords) so can’t get through to report the issue- usual 12.30 drop (5mins ish) happened and then it cut off completely at 4.20am

Been on hold for 20 minutes with @virginmedia to try and get my internet sorted. I pay for 200 down and 20 up and right now I am getting 5 down and 0.5 up And there site says there is nothing wrong. I call bull on that
