    @Joshday27 @virginmedia I have had same problem left phone on loud speaker 2 hours app on windows not working use browser then it said to many devices wait till 1st Dec that was on 15th Nov because u can't get hold of no body waited untill then what happened I've got 4 same device and still won't play

    @virginmedia The phone line just says intermittent problem but has been doing this for months. Its only in the last week the net has been real bad. The web checker just says sorry it cannot test. Logging into router the logs dont show any equipment struggle.

    @virginmedia We were told 24 hours to fix. Today, 48 hours later, the internet goes off half way through part one of the coronation procedures. Ffs virgin sort it out.
