@virginmedia My phone is down, my internet is down yet your app on my phone says all is ok. You have no way to contact you direct to report this. Only endless recycling of same fault finding screens on the app. Useless and casing problems with no phone or net connectivity.

@virginmedia Fix time was by 15:00. Yea and now it’s 15:00 I have service. Convenient. This happens all to often. 5 plus hours of no service. Special after speaking with the customer service team about the so called service improvements. Where are these so called service improvements???

@virginmedia I hope you don’t mean I am making it up, I ve tried technical support, billing and and leaving (retention). Also there is a cost on mobile phones. Obviously there’s nothing you can do to help so this is a futile task. Best I seek alternative WiFi providers.

@sophiej403 @virginmedia It cleared up after about 2 days but they never explained what happened or what they did to get rid of it. Initially I thought we'd messed it up trying to install a signal booster but I don't think it was. Hope yours gets sorted out though!

@virginmedia …. service including non-working internet, AGAIN. Never had as many problems in 8 years with a Hub 2 as we’ve had in 7 weeks with a Hub 3 (while being billed for a Hub 5.)
