@reado1978 @virginmedia Sadly @Ofcom are a waste of space. Virgin haven’t suddenly got this bad, they have been this bad for many years. Only thing that will improve it is MORE competition & people realising they can end the contract if they aren’t getting the agreed service / speeds they paid for.
