    @virginmedia got problem with less than 1mb download speeds at the moment and service status test of equipment says that there is an issue that’ll be fixed in 30 mins. That was 2 hours ago and no improvement. Area 31

    @virginmedia I was meant to have my virgin media installed back on the 23rd and it didn't happen due to a wayleave. Was told to leave it with you guys and you'd let me know. Its now the 4th October and still no communication from you at all. Very poor service.

    @zimmro @virginmedia If it’s any comfort I have had major issues in the last six weeks with my broadband. I think it is sheer overload with so many people working from home on domestic broadband they just can’t cope.

    @virginmedia I have tried every method to get a response and a solution from customer support and it's now another week gone by that we can't use the V6 box because you haven't sent me a small cable adapter. @Ofcom you could be more firm with companies that let customers down!

    @virginmedia I have been a customer for 20yrs, have a minimal service broadband, tv and phone and pay £60/m. There's no match in current bundles. The nearest offer to new customers has more tv, less broadband but costs only £38/m for 12 months then £69 This is just wrong!

    @virginmedia why is it impossible for you to provide customer support? Every other major company has managed to set up employees to work from home and continue customer support, but your great media company cannot! 20+ mins waiting for an answer, is very poor.

    @virginmedia Parents a cancellation fee, even though we are not wanting to cancel, you are. NO managers to talk it through with from our end. No consideration for the stress of a move without @virginmedia contribution. Very upset. Your. True colours shown after many years as your customer 😡

What I want to know is why they aren't protesting lightbulbs - which when you stand near one have around a million times more effect on your body (that being a 60w bulb at 2-3 metres, 5G being less than a µW at 100m - if it is a direct energy weapon it's a **** one).

    @JolyonMaugham @virginmedia @PetlogUK had a “database upgrade”months ago. Check out their reviews on trustpilot, Twitter or Facebook. Owned and run by the kennel club! Shambles and they’re not telling the truth. Rubbish Customer Service is an understatement.

    @virginmedia New contract was agreed about 6 weeks ago..via retentions.asked if any outstanding balance to be paid , told no.couple weeks later , recieved email , i owed ,£ 54 . And having been away dealing with sick parents, came home to find service blocked and non payment demanded .spent
