@virginmedia My phone is down, my internet is down yet your app on my phone says all is ok. You have no way to contact you direct to report this. Only endless recycling of same fault finding screens on the app. Useless and casing problems with no phone or net connectivity.

@virginmedia I told them repeatedly that I did not believe that a booster would work. Even when I would be required to pay for one. The speed at the hub as you can see in WiFi is poor so you tell me.

@virginmedia You could send out the box and let us see if it works instead of waiting for an engineer to come out. I’m clinically extremely vulnerable & this policy is risking us being exposed when a simple box exchange might fix it. It would also free up a spot for someone else if it worked.
