My experience with @virginmedia was 50/50 today called downgrade got a whole lot of crap from the first person. Ended up at the cancellation department who listened to me & saved me as a customer.

ok ... I called and an engineer is coming on Monday but 9 times out of ten it's an outside or area problem. TV stopping and starting. In 11 years we have had well over 30 break downs. This is the West End in Edinburgh @virginmedia

Internet seems to be back up! @virginmedia, since the status page claimed this was scheduled, a bit of notice would have been nice. I'd rather know when my internet will be going down. The last time you told me about scheduled downtime was 7th of July and that was next day.

Over a year and VirginMedia still won't fix their equipment to not occasionally lose connection to half of the web off and on for a few hours. I know losing twitter while keeping Netflix and YT every time probably is a good thing, but damn.
