    @vmbusiness @MartinDMcFadyen @localgoveditors Not offering products, taking payment’ carrying out suitability for installation process, giving installation dates weeks away only to cancel on the installation date, when you realise you can’t ! That’s what not to do!

    @longbangers @virginmedia Can’t believe how shoddy they are. Spoken to five different people about the same problem, no joined-up writing to note what’s been discussed previously so I’ve had to explain it each time, switch off and on etc, etc. Being shunted from pillar to post

    @virginmedia we went through a serviceability check with you at time of order. We were advised what product you could install so we ordered weeks ago and paid. You now tell us on the day of installation there is a serviceability issue! Are you incompetent or fraudulent!

    Shocking service from @virginmedia tv fault, spoken to five different people at Virgin, each time I’ve had to give all the details again, same procedures and all have failed to resolve the problem. More than two hours spent on the phone - now it’s call back tomorrow. Shambles
