I was cut off today after their call handler could not answer the simplest of questions on an overcharged bill.

Virgin Media News (@VirginMediaNews) reportedA man in his 20s has been arrested in connection with a shooting at a house in Co Galway during the August bank holiday weekend. A man was taken to hospital with non-life-threatening injuries after gunshots were reported at a residence in Dunlo, Ballinasloe on Monday 3rd August at around 3.15am. Gardaí are appealing to anyone who was in the Cúlán Eiscir Riada area between 2.30am and 4am, and who may have witnessed the incident or has camera footage, to come forward. When I create a package as a new customer its £37 a month, however as a long time customer my new price is £68. Nice way to treat your Customers!
