    That's virgin media back down to £30 a month from £53, all because of one call. If energy prices are going up just tell everyone you can't afford them any more and they'll soon offer a discount!

    @virginmedia Issues when you phone VM you are constantly transferred to different people cold transfer then if they put u on hold cut off .why is there no email or decent human web chat poor customer service I am still waiting to get complaints resolved

    @Xrexgamer11 I would recommend buying yourself a router since I done that had 0 issue with WIFI and Ethernet. Virgin media modem/router just cant handle the loads at all and break all the time

    @virginmedia internet down for 2 days now and always happens on days it’s MOST needed. Impacts my work and now have to spend the weekend staring at the walls too. When it’s not my whole postcode area it’s just me, no explanation is ever given and no effort to sort it out..😞

    @virginmedia Yes there are and there were all 3 times. Currently 4.00pm estimated to be fixed but that’s my Saturday pretty much gone without any service

    @Xrexgamer11 @virginmedia I assume you’re being sarcastic? In three years the price hiked from £63 to £94 a month. Deals only for new customers but zero discounts for people who have been with them since they were Telewest. Apalling call centres & totally unhelpful if you have a complaint.

    @Moneybox there are only 2 ways to cancel a @virginmedia account; a cancellation letter, which can and is ignored or a pay 9p a minute full on sales call. After 10 years of giving VM my custom they ignored my letter. Then used that to extend the cancellation date by 3-4 months 🤯

    @virginmedia I’m sure but a loss of service 3 times in 2 weeks isn’t good enough for what I’m paying. How about I didn’t pay 3 times and I told you that I appreciate your frustration but I’m doing everything to pay…you’d cut me off….
