@virginmedia TiVo box down... No broadband or TV for the last hour in EH4. Called and your tests say there is nothing wrong but try resetting the box. 🤔 Done 3 times while waiting 50mins on your customer 'No' service answering my call! 😡

@kaniep @virginmedia There are no issues and I am sure it is a scam. It's quite uncanny how many 'scam/ fraudulent ' calls I get to both my landline and mobile phones ...strange days indeed !

@virginmedia Broadband is intermittent & says connection is unstable. I’ve done all checks. Also my remote for V6 box is not working & can’t pair the new remote with the TiVo box - light doesn’t go off & remote doesn’t beep. I’d like someone to come & look at both.

@virginmedia Yes and there are no issues in the area so it’s something in my house - my neighbour below is also having broadband issues. I need to book an engineer to come & check connection/equipment etc but can’t get logged in to do this either on computer or phone

@virginmedia - When you are wrongly blocking a website via websafe - resulting in DNS and SLL errors, with no clean block page, who should this be raised to. Have tried tech support without success, they say you do not support gambling sites, which is obviously not accurate.
