    @virginmedia She doesn't have another handset.. I'm at work and she told me when I called her. Her account is showing online as over the limit when she doesn't have one. And for the second time how would she speak to you over the phone with no service and I can't as not my account

    @virginmedia Sorry but thats nonsense. Point out ANY existing customer changes/deals that save your loyal customers as much as new customers. I've been a customer for a long lot of years and have yet to see any customer loyalty being rewarded in the same way as these deals for new customers.

    @virginmedia So, I clicked on the link and it says only that there's an issue with BBC1 on On Demand or Catch-up. I try to run a test to show something else is wrong, but it produces an error message that something went wrong. It's been like that for months at least for that test page.

    @virginmedia Thanks but I've done all that. Website says 'no known issues' but the automated answer message says there are 'complex issues' that engineers are working on. We had an engineer booked yesterday but they called off saying it was fixed. It's not.

    @virginmedia To be honest I haven't been satisfied with the price of service for a long long time and it really grates that all these new offers come out to new customers only. It's a disgrace that loyalty of existing customers is not similarly rewarded by your non access approach to deals.

    @virginmedia It seems that the issue already reported is to do with BBC Scotland HD, while my issue is that my signal on BBC1 HD keeps breaking up briefly every 30 seconds or so. It's mostly an audio drop out for a split second.

    @virginmedia Once again we have issues with Virgin. Have had no phone for two weeks now, several hours on hold only to get through to people who don't really help and just send two engineers out to us. It's disgraceful. I should be surprised at the rubbish service. Sadly I'm NOT.

    @virginmedia Not recently. The only offer I have been given is pay more £ for more MBs. Problem is we are already paying a lot and we only average about 80% of the expected download speed anyway.

    @SkyHelpTeam Because it says I can’t use it if virgin media user so that’s why I was using the sky sports app but that worked for a while and the past 3-4 months it’s not working at all I’ve downloaded reinstalled but nothing works
