    Hey @virginmedia why can’t I down grade my package online, via email or live chat? I can upgrade no problem. Calling the customer help line says most of your offices are closed and I would have an hours wait to speak to someone. An hour!!!

    @virginmedia Thank **** @vodafone now has #gigafast on my street and i can now end my Virgin Media contract, tired of the constant disconnecting every 20 mins and engineers coming out saying there's nothing wrong, good riddance @virginmedia!!!🖕

    Hey, @virginmedia, I had a technician out to fix my cable/WiFi Internet 2 weeks ago. Everything has been great since then. But today my Internet barely works. I also noticed I got a sales call from you earlier which I hung up on and now this happens. If it keeps up, I switch.
