    @virginmedia TiVo box down... No broadband or TV for the last hour in EH4. Called and your tests say there is nothing wrong but try resetting the box. 🤔 Done 3 times while waiting 50mins on your customer 'No' service answering my call! 😡

    That's virgin media back down to £30 a month from £53, all because of one call. If energy prices are going up just tell everyone you can't afford them any more and they'll soon offer a discount!

    @virginmedia Yes and there are no issues in the area so it’s something in my house - my neighbour below is also having broadband issues. I need to book an engineer to come & check connection/equipment etc but can’t get logged in to do this either on computer or phone

    @virginmedia Issues when you phone VM you are constantly transferred to different people cold transfer then if they put u on hold cut off .why is there no email or decent human web chat poor customer service I am still waiting to get complaints resolved

    @virginmedia Broadband is intermittent & says connection is unstable. I’ve done all checks. Also my remote for V6 box is not working & can’t pair the new remote with the TiVo box - light doesn’t go off & remote doesn’t beep. I’d like someone to come & look at both.

    @virginmedia Having worked in customer service for years, this is the worst customer service I have ever encountered. From experience, with capable staff, it is not difficult to take a box from the warehouse and arrange for a courier.

    @virginmedia They were sending it, then they wanted to send an engineer. Then the person yesterday said they would send it once their 'tools' were fixed and never got back to me. Now I've been waiting over 3 hours to talk to someone again today.

    @virginmedia internet broken...called customer services and can’t get an engineer till 4th Jan! Which means we don’t get video calls with family over Christmas! Surely someone can come and look at it before then!!!!!! Don’t ruin our Christmas even more than it already is!

    @virginmedia Perhaps your customer services need reviewing, as I have been in contact with numerous teams in different departments, and the term ‘best’ does not come to mind.
