    @virginmedia I am on the phone right now and like I’ve said. The service I am receiving is disgusting. 40 minutes call and to be told that in a #CostOfLivingCrisis you want £650+ to disconnect a service. Must’ve been robbers you merged with as this is criminal behaviour.

    @virginmedia it would be a great idea if you could save priority installation slots for those in greatest need, like those with disabilities who need a phone line installed for a telecare service. So they don't have to wait a month. Just a thought.

    @virginmedia Yes and there are no issues in the area so it’s something in my house - my neighbour below is also having broadband issues. I need to book an engineer to come & check connection/equipment etc but can’t get logged in to do this either on computer or phone

    @virginmedia the problem is now being dealt with and will need repair. Thanks for the help again although it shouldn’t be so difficult. Pensioners don’t have the knowledge to do what I had to do for my dad

    @virginmedia It is now almost four weeks since I have had broadband. The technician who came out 11 days ago assured me the “dig team” would be out in the next day or two. Having now spent approximately 738 hours trying to contact you, I have finally spoken to a customer (1)

    @virginmedia Just said it would be back on by 1230. It’s not … paying a fortune (way above the odds!) a month for service I’m not getting. New contract with another provider incoming.

    @virginmedia Very interesting as I was told £216.11 for each service (TV, BB, Phone). I asked is this a total of over £600 and she said, “yea mamm,that is correct”. My response was purely to laugh. This conversation has happed in the last 15 minutes. Absolutely despicable!

    Hi @virginmedia I am trying unsuccessfully to contact you about my current contract. I don’t have WhatsApp and your online help link doesn’t help. My old fashioned ‘telephone’ call ended with ‘there was a fault’. Are there any humans around?

    @virginmedia Spent another 75 mins on the phone & managed to get a technician out this afternoon.The technician confirmed it is a known fault with the hub 5 and knew without testing what the issue was. The fault has no fix and my vulnerable parents are still left without the phone service.

    @virginmedia With respect, that just takes you to a forum on your own website to tuck this away out of public view. I'll let you know here if I get any response. Emergency response phone lines should be treated as a priority by all telecoms companies.

    I've had rude calls with some staff, spent over £9 on calls to @TravelodgeUK to get this refunded for the charity, their customer service emailed saying that even though two of their staff & virgin media said I should get a refund that they are not going to refund. #badservice

    @virginmedia The service has now been maintained but on us to ensure that's the case. You shouldn't have had one of your sales reps pressure my mother night after night without checking a service could be provided within your budget

Instead of the civil recovery cover up fraud of that crm sales having a bastard pull empty my injunction file in court I want him arrested not him bullshitting about being affected by the maths of my physics he’s a lying done it before to people to steal bits to go back into IBM… well known for it hides in a box in box in box and moves money away from uk

    @virginmedia I am seriously thinking of leaving Virgin after 25 years or so as you are about to double my bill to £62.00 a month for speeds of 120mbps. Any recommendations to replace them with a reliable service, that I have had with Virgin. Difficult to talk to them on phone
