I was working so not entirely sure but approx 24 hours. £160 a month to be without even “free” channels. I am aware nothing is without fault but the poor customer service and lack of ability to locate/tell us what the issue is, is appalling.

Also my remote for V6 box is not working & can’t pair the new remote with the TiVo box - light doesn’t go off & remote doesn’t beep. I’d like someone to come & look at both.

I have Virgin 1Gb then I subscribe to Netflix Amazon Prime & Disney, when it's F1 season I subscribe to Sky sports but I can cancel when I want at no extra charge
