    @virginmedia Since yesterday afternoon. I was working so not entirely sure but approx 24 hours. £160 a month to be without even “free” channels. I am aware nothing is without fault but the poor customer service and lack of ability to locate/tell us what the issue is, is appalling.

    @virginmedia desperate to speak to someone phoned hour later speaking to someone transferred 3 times then wanted a manger on hold then cut me off worst customer service department. No web chat on website no email address it's ridiculous can you help

    Cost of living advice - IF Virgin Media ask for a big price hike tell them you are going elsewhere but will stay for the same price as a new customer would pay. It takes a while but saved £800 (over 18 months) today and will get more for same price/no increase @MoneySavingExp

    @virginmedia Yes and there are no issues in the area so it’s something in my house - my neighbour below is also having broadband issues. I need to book an engineer to come & check connection/equipment etc but can’t get logged in to do this either on computer or phone

    Great… working from home and @virginmedia broadband goes down again. It’s become very erratic service in the last 12 months… what the hell as we paying premium prices for fast fibre if it can’t be reliable… with more price rises ahead

    @virginmedia Read my tweet. I have been sent a “resolution” already. Which advised to return the box/speak to online chat if further issues. As I have pointed out multiple times I have already returned the box. This is absolutely infuriating at this point.

    @virginmedia Yes I’ve done all of that and my phone is saying ‘Check phone line’. My land line has been off since last Friday. Ever since it was swapped over to your fibre network and the new adapter fitted to the back of the router. I’m paying for a service I’m not receiving.

    @virginmedia Spent another 75 mins on the phone & managed to get a technician out this afternoon.The technician confirmed it is a known fault with the hub 5 and knew without testing what the issue was. The fault has no fix and my vulnerable parents are still left without the phone service.

    @virginmedia TiVo box down... No broadband or TV for the last hour in EH4. Called and your tests say there is nothing wrong but try resetting the box. 🤔 Done 3 times while waiting 50mins on your customer 'No' service answering my call! 😡

    @joshstirz No one I play with gets the issue just assumed you was on virgin media aswell interesting , no fibre available in my area so I guess I’m just handing out free wins / map leads vs west players forever now

    @virginmedia Another Virgin Media engineer came out again to bury the cable from house to street. The cable is now in trunking over ground and the internet service was severed. You have said it will take yet another on-site engineer to fix the connection and left me without a connection for the week - until an engineer is available. You have, however, paid £100 towards the cost of the alternative internet provider. Your logic was £30 for data (on a #GiffGaff SIM card which I chose) and £70 for a dongle. I bought a £120 4G modem for external use that connects directly to my #Unifi switch on WAN2, bypassing your hub altogether and giving a connection back to my whole house rather than just one computer with a USB port. Given it's taken since November to bury this cable, I'm not convinced tomorrow's engineer will be able to fix the connection or bury the cable. We will see how the day unfolds. Your contact centre staff all aim to be very helpful, and your service (when it's working) does provide a decent connection most of the time, but your implementation is lacking.

    Hi @virginmedia, cables belonging to VM have been detached and hanging dangerously from my building for several weeks. I’ve been told on four occasions an engineer will come to fix, and nothing has happened. Can you help please?

    @virginmedia it’s quite literally impossible to sign into either your website or the app! Literally stuck in an endless loop of being asked to sign in but when I do it refreshes the page asking me to sign in

    @virginmedia Can you sort the Intermittent connections in ML5 North Lanarkshire of Scotland area please. Utter garbage customer service. Two hours and still no call answered. 28 years a customer and definitely no more when renewal is due.
