@virginmedia Yes and there are no issues in the area so it’s something in my house - my neighbour below is also having broadband issues. I need to book an engineer to come & check connection/equipment etc but can’t get logged in to do this either on computer or phone

@virginmedia Broadband is intermittent & says connection is unstable. I’ve done all checks. Also my remote for V6 box is not working & can’t pair the new remote with the TiVo box - light doesn’t go off & remote doesn’t beep. I’d like someone to come & look at both.

@virginmedia Too late unfortunately but if you don’t want to lose customers in droves - you need to answer the phone quicker, not cut calls off and not take 4 phone calls, 4 people and three hours to try to resolve a problem. Not good enough but thanks for reply.

@virginmedia Yep, seems @virginmedia have locked it due to a perceived malware issue despite my devices being covered with Norton AV 4 scans found zero issues but @virginmedia are unable to unlock it. I have been forced into creating gmail accounts, sick of this issue

@virginmedia I’ve got an engineer apparently booked for the 18th however I had one booked for yesterday and tomorrow both were cancelled . It states on the website that there is a tv issue that will be resolved on 20th by 3:50pm but nothing about broadband . Just tried to call and nothing .

@virginmedia I’ve done this and keep having the phone put down on me. Now it’s the 20th it’s expected to be back on. How is this acceptable? That will be almost a week with no broadband or tv!
