We sat down to watch Birds of Prey the new Harley Quinn film on Sky but @virginmedia on demand is broken for the whole weekend - how do I get a refund? It had already started on Sky linear so have had to record it and watch another day. Disappointing.

@virginmedia now on my 11th call to sort this out in the last 3 weeks. Each time on the phone for over an hour and still no solution. How to I cancel everything if they refuse to do it and pass me through 5/6 call centres

@virginmedia No, only on certain channels (5 HD being the worst) there seems be a static interference. The box is very old so not sure if it is compatible anymore

@virginmedia your call centre is rude, they can’t understand simple English, round in circles, the line keeps buzzing out, I want to cancel but they will not put me through to anyone who can. They profess to be from every team everything I ask for help! Shocking how bad this is

@virginmedia Hello, 11 days on and the problems are still continuing in PE2. Dropping out more than it’s on. I’m assuming we’ll get a refund for lack of service? Will the P4 problem be resolved tomorrow or do I need to swap providers now as this is the service we will get with the M350?

@NetflixUK your service has been intermittent recently to say the least and I'm considering canceling. I'm with virgin media and have a 300mbps connection so it's not speed. Some shows work fine but others just buffer. It's definitely not my end. Increased demand since lockdown?
