I’ve just been billed 165 pounds for September. Get it sorted @virginmedia

Tried 150 for third time and am waiting yet again to talk to someone...13 minutes and counting.. I'm afraid this is happening too often...it's really a very poor service ( and expensive)... 15 mins now!

Settings are correct but told can't send message. Last month I couldn't send emails with any attachments (under size limits)

Virgin really need to fix their @virginmedia services, before attempting space travel.

They convinced me to stay with a deal for 99 pounds with a 50 pounds off loyalty voucher. Since then we have been charged 138.99, 138.99, 140 and they wrongly took 155 out last week

TV working for a while but not consistently and faltering from time to time. Been kept waiting on phone for 10 minutes now hoping to speak to someone...poor show.
