    That's virgin media back down to £30 a month from £53, all because of one call. If energy prices are going up just tell everyone you can't afford them any more and they'll soon offer a discount!

    @virginmedia Yes and there are no issues in the area so it’s something in my house - my neighbour below is also having broadband issues. I need to book an engineer to come & check connection/equipment etc but can’t get logged in to do this either on computer or phone

    @virginmedia Paying for upto 400mbps but for months been getting 18.15mbps can't get through on the phone, spends more time down than up in South yorkshire ... can't wait for contract to end so I can go with a more stable provider
