@virginmedia Your online chat and bot is terrible. I want to reduce my package. First got chucked out during security. Then they couldn't help and put me through to relations but your bot thinks I have a mobile query. I'm trying not to phone as requested but this is unworkable.

Hey @virginmedia why can’t I down grade my package online, via email or live chat? I can upgrade no problem. Calling the customer help line says most of your offices are closed and I would have an hours wait to speak to someone. An hour!!!

@virginmedia since 30th there has been outage everyday in area 21. Time frame for the issue to be resolved is 9 August. ******* giraffe or what. No broadband = no tv no Apple TV no radio & cannot do any work or research. I’m can’t DD & will pay when the urge takes me.
