ok ... I called and an engineer is coming on Monday but 9 times out of ten it's an outside or area problem. TV stopping and starting. In 11 years we have had well over 30 break downs. This is the West End in Edinburgh @virginmedia

My experience with @virginmedia was 50/50 today called downgrade got a whole lot of crap from the first person. Ended up at the cancellation department who listened to me & saved me as a customer.

@virginmedia Still having issues. Had them yesterday too a lot. Lots of sync failures according to the network log which briefly went back to 1970 before coming back to 2023. Not happy that this is still an issue after trying to resolve it for weeks. I can't rely on it for anything right now.
