    @virginmedia The connection drops at the router, and on all devices. Your chat function in the app is rubbish as they always say “you’ll need to phone” this you end up repeating yourself. Apparently there is no issues - there is! I’d leave u back to sky 2mrw if I wasn’t stuck in a contract!

    @virginmedia Nothing listed under status for my area. This is a constant issue since it was installed 6 weeks ago. Customer service don’t take it seriously. Not happy

    8 yrs with @virginmedia -numerous internet problems & no actual working phone for over 6 of those yrs, we finally decide to leave. After 30 mins on hold we’re told it will take a further 1hr on hold to get to the cancellation dept who will then require 30 days notice 😡 #rubbish

    When you are web-chatting to the @virginmedia customer services team about wifi connectivity and their insightful questions are basically how do you connect to WiFi - well through the WiFi obviously!!! 1/2

    Just registered for 1GB internet (up and down) with phone for less than I’m paying @virginmedia for 200 MB. Not available yet but coming soon. Meanwhile @virginmedia still hassling me about equipment I sent back at the weekend. They took over a week to send me packaging.

    @virginmedia I haven't done it just yet. I've noticed with the link you sent me there was a problem and it was supposed to be fixed by 5pm yesterday. I just wasn't sure whether to bring an engineer out to my poperty over something like this.

    So apparently. Follow up to my problem with virgin media. There’s something called an FN outage in my area. And on top of that the engineer tasked with fixing out issue doesn’t even know what that means. Actual trash company lmao.

    @virginmedia I have raised this with @broadbandchoice only and also tag #virginmedia as I'm still a virgin media customer. If any third party is selling your product with false promise than there should be a way you hold them responsible and help to get the issue resolved.
