    @virginmedia How can I send in positive feedback about one of your customer support team? I was having multiple problems with kit, billing and tech faults. After numerous calls, web chat etc I called today to sort this out and Dale was fabulous. I’d like to send a proper thanks.

    @virginmedia can you please advise when you will have broadband available in Eh6, yesterday it went off at 10am for ‘improvements’… it should have been back at 6pm, yet it is still down as you now say ‘the issue is more complex’. This is day 2 where I unable to work from home

    @virginmedia I have not been able to access any Virgin Media broadband services - either my own or the local hotspot - since around 6pm. I have turned my router off and on again before you ask. Down Detector suggests a national problem with Virgin broadband.

    @virginmedia It's about listening to the customer and applying common sense rather than dismissing them & going through a list of useless troubleshooting questions which end up being the same anyway.I have a box that is lit like a Xmas tree & reboots itself instead no.We go through the list.

    Without any shadow of a doubt @virginmedia you have by far the worst customer service available. Just called them for the problem with my box and as always it's awful and a real nightmare. My bills are far from being cheap yet you treat you customers like 💩💩 #nothappy 😤😤

    @virginmedia hi TV box & Router switched off and rebooted minutes later, No broadband since. Got live TV but catch up etc not working. EH54 5HR. Used online help wasn't working, but is now saying network error. Can you confirm problem I've rebooted router etc. Thanks

    @virginmedia Nah. They only give out first names but I have the call log time for (all of ) the teams I have spoken to over the past month or so. It’s been a long drawn out issue.

    @Robwhitt07 @virginmedia I literally just moved back to Sky because virgin always went down, particularly during working hours and they never compensated me despite my requesting it. Sky has all the great shows unavailable everywhere else unless you're willing to pay. I say get rid!

    V poor #customerexperience from @virginmedia having signed up a month ago & no connection at all! Keep being told after me chasing of area outage when my neighbours in same building is working?! Zero call backs after complaints & speaking with supervisors. Needs urgent action.

    @virginmedia Yes course it works out cheaper for a few months, then doubles in price and you’re tied to a new contract. I was meaning cancelling premier from my package, I’ve been with Virgin for 13 years but you guys definitely need to treat loyal customers similar to new customers

    @virginmedia Says no known issues but I keep being told otherwise, despite asking if I need an engineer to be sent. My neighbours has been working throughout also which doesn’t explain the supposed ‘area outage’. It’s still not working even when I’ve tried to re-boot the device several times

    @virginmedia obviously 3.30pm on a Saturday was the best time to take down the network in the GU area after spending rest of day troubleshooting and rebooting everything, I find out it’s not our end when calling 150. Still crap broadband and tv not working. #virginmediadown

    @virginmedia I've had to switch the router off n on as WiFi is at best poor to say the least and has been for some time now, most things in the house are hard wired, I've not reset tv box! Why would you say that?

    @virginmedia Broadband was down. I wanted to figure out the Hub3 lights and the website was not that helpful. I mostly want to say that charging people for customer service—ie when your product doesn’t work—is unethical, and should be criminal.

    @virginmedia I pleaded with your call centre for help yesterday. I work within the nhs structure and explained in detail why I will not be at home for the next few months. Basically it's my tough luck as I'm in contract. Not to worry, it's only nearly £500 I'm throwing away!

    @SB_94_ @virginmedia Bro I'm getting the same thing I should be getting 200mb but I'll be lucky to get 30mb. BT are the one to go to! I had no problems with them at my last house and the only reason why I'm with virgin is because the BT fibre line don't run on my street 😭

    @virginmedia Yeah the last time they ran checks they sent me a new hub. I appreciate you trying to help but I'm going to cancel the contract today because I'm still in my cooling off period.
