@virginmedia lovely engineer today fixed everything. Your customer service had removed the wrong box and I’m now the proud owner of new V6 which actually plays Netflix! Took three weeks of my life but hey ho!

@virginmedia You are trying to say if I had of picked the standard option I wouldn’t of had any problems. Virgin media is a joke these days. phone calls every day to try and upgrade my package even tho I tell them to stop calling. Moving house soon but will get sky after 10 years with virgin.

@virginmedia are you guys serious! You set my account up with a credit limit lower than my package cost so it suspends my services for 20 days, when my bill is paid or make me pay it early! And nobody can rectify it! Over 12+ years a customer for this.

@lillyt72 @virginmedia Lilly, sorry to hear you still have problems. Was probably one of the last customer on the phone last night & was 1st to be visited today at 8am. The tech changed the hub, did some things in the hub, don't think the speed is any better but haven't noticed any drop today (yet)

@ThirdSectorLab @virginmedia I had a similar frustrating experience with Virgin Media a couple of weeks ago. I was on a loop of nonsense via text messages for over a week. I resorted to calling again and selecting the option “thinking of leaving”, 10 mins later - problem solved. Terrible customer service.

absolutely shocking service from @virginmedia first of all they hang up mid call every time you phone and then you try to renew your package and they want to charge you an extra £25 for the bundle you have, so decided to just end my contract and they didn't even seem bothered 😡
