    @2wheels2dex @virginmedia No, as in the internet cuts off a lot. The reason I think it’s a MacBook problem is I’ve sat with both a laptop and a MacBook on zoom simultaneously, one has cut out repeatedly whilst the other’s been fine. Every MacBook (three) in the house has had the same problem.

    Anyone else having WiFi issues with @virginmedia done everything they suggest online and now been on hold for 20mins. Two days without wifi is far from ideal. Lucky it’s the weekend and I just want to watch Bridgerton and not trying to do more important things.

    @virginmedia I have a hub 3 the main white light is on. Have tried resetting and factory reseting as advices on your website but there is no signal when I search on any device.

    @AldoScrim89 @virginmedia Virgin Media are arseholes - I cancelled my contract with them last week only for them to renew it again without my consent. Raised a complaint as this is, you know, illegal. Complaint so far has been ignored. Arseholes mate

    @virginmedia now on my 11th call to sort this out in the last 3 weeks. Each time on the phone for over an hour and still no solution. How to I cancel everything if they refuse to do it and pass me through 5/6 call centres

    @virginmedia your call centre is rude, they can’t understand simple English, round in circles, the line keeps buzzing out, I want to cancel but they will not put me through to anyone who can. They profess to be from every team everything I ask for help! Shocking how bad this is

    @virginmedia No, only on certain channels (5 HD being the worst) there seems be a static interference. The box is very old so not sure if it is compatible anymore

    @virginmedia I’ve just tried to use the instant messenger and the customer service advisor tells me he can find no trace of any notes on my account regarding the offer made on Saturday. I have a screen shot of the offer, made in your app, yet he says he can’t see it.

    @virginmedia I have fully rebooted the hub several times plus checked all connections. When I phone you run a check and say you need to send a signal as there is a fault. I have had this done several times but the Internet keeps dropping out and says" connected no Internet " so I then reboot

    @virginmedia It reads 176 download, but it is the access speed that is the issue. When accessing a web site it is taking 15 to 20 seconds to open it usually on take a few seconds. The hub has been rebooted many times and reset as well but still there is a long wait to open any site.

    @virginmedia It said there was a problem only with my postcode (my own postcode) and has said the same thing for 3 days, its just very annoying why only my house all others are fine i have asked a few that live on same road
