    @virginmedia no internet for 4 days now. Outage reported Fri. No updates other than the resolution date moving every day. No text updates as promised. @FifeCouncil you have cut the cable whilst replacing Streetlighting. Contact me please. I cannot work hence can't earn anything

    @virginmedia I tried to get help but didn’t get through to anyone just a text sent to my mobile telling me how to fix it but no joy. Checked the forums and turns out I’m not alone and the upgrade is rubbish so just stuck it in the cupboard.. hopeless!

    @virginmedia Broadband is intermittent & says connection is unstable. I’ve done all checks. Also my remote for V6 box is not working & can’t pair the new remote with the TiVo box - light doesn’t go off & remote doesn’t beep. I’d like someone to come & look at both.

    Finally something positive to say about @virginmedia following a call from Callum at the “executive team” providing the level of current service I would expect from a such a huge company! Perhaps the skills of good customer service need to be a CPD exercise for the call centres!

    @virginmedia I can hear a band playing a tune but it will not be to my benefit. I phoned today about being overcharged obviously the call handler was so inept she cut me off rather than fix it. But she did get in the fact that this terrible service was going up by 20% next month.

    That's virgin media back down to £30 a month from £53, all because of one call. If energy prices are going up just tell everyone you can't afford them any more and they'll soon offer a discount!

    @virginmedia It claims intermittent issues. Mine has been totally dead for the past two days. I appreciate there is nothing you can do. It means when that is fixed and I still have my issue, I’ll have to start again to report then patiently wait till they can be bothered sending someone.

    Hi @virginmedia I am trying unsuccessfully to contact you about my current contract. I don’t have WhatsApp and your online help link doesn’t help. My old fashioned ‘telephone’ call ended with ‘there was a fault’. Are there any humans around?

    @virginmedia Well as usual you are not proactive to customers informing them of a lack of service. You instead are always reactive when someone complains and slow to compensate for loss of service. Your frequency of drop outs in service are held as secretive.

    @virginmedia Had a new box delivered and installed today, since installation all channels are unavailable with code 100:70 being shown on screen. Been waiting for a response since 2:15pm and still no contact from either the quoted phone number or web messaging system, very poor service.
