It means when that is fixed and I still have my issue, I’ll have to start again to report then patiently wait till they can be bothered sending someone.

So they don't have to wait a month. Just a thought.

Follow up text asks me to rate VM on the basis of my interaction. Not fair is it. Not the help desk fault if everything else is so bad.

No doubt me constantly changing my password. Suggested fix within 5-days. Said they would email me when done!!!! First noticed it about a week ago. Galling when you get the followup marketing text.

Perhaps the skills of good customer service need to be a CPD exercise for the call centres!

The last person on the help desk that I spoke to denied that the account was associated with my VM account and did not want to talk to me. Nothing happens when the Help Desk can't sort it themselves Please deal with this.

I inadvertently cut my external cable, cutting my hedge. Phoned up, - spoke to a real person first time. They came out next morning at 8.10 and replaced my cable. SERVICE!

Anumcara (@Anumcaras) reported@virginmedia I will be in touch by Monday. I’ve just discovered two layers of payments added to my credit file. Although there was no services connected because your call centre signed me up with an engineer. Knowing I was leaving the country and I needed the internet for my cctv. I was reluctant but rejoined sky and your call centre refused to cancel and persuaded me to move the account to a different address. An address that’s under renovation and empty. There’s something afoot about how all this has been handled and I will be requesting my credit file is amended with your support. Going forth I will update publicly on this thread any success or failures I have with these issues.

According to their Service Status page, an issue does still exist but the fix time has not changed. If any customers are still experiencing issues, we would recommend getting in touch with them directly.
