@virginmedia Now I have an engineer coming tomorrow. They way this has been handled is ridiculous. I lodged a complaint online, was told I’d get a response within 7 days. So patiently waiting. I want to speak to someone UK based with authority to sort this out for me.

@virginmedia will be Tuesday next week, so for the whole weekend and Monday I will be cut off from my service, and I just moved to you hoping for a better customer care, i can't express enough how disappointed I am and how angry because of that. How can you let this to happen 😡

@virginmedia I’ve had no services since Tuesday. Discovered this after CS closed Tuesday night, as I’m a nurse and work long hours. Contacted Wednesday, got attitude from a call handler, spoke to a manager who couldn’t help much. New router, self install, still nothing!

@virginmedia Hi, since upgrading to 360 TV I'm struggling to connect the Tivo boxes to WiFi. I can connect them to Ethernet no issues but whenever I try to connect by Wi-Fi I get the error code CS9994. Tried multiple resets but no joy, WiFi works perfect on everything else too.

@virginmedia Bills were unaffordable on disability benefits from when my contract expired in January. Whenever I was well enough, I phoned and tried to sort.. had automated messages saying try again, agents unable to help, topped off with the guy hanging up on me after 5 mins of saying cancel
