    @ThirdSectorLab @virginmedia I had a similar frustrating experience with Virgin Media a couple of weeks ago. I was on a loop of nonsense via text messages for over a week. I resorted to calling again and selecting the option “thinking of leaving”, 10 mins later - problem solved. Terrible customer service.

    @virginmedia trying to cancel my services as moving soon, get transferred the the moving team and you hand up on me! Phoned 3 more times and the same thing! Not phoning again, you can private message me for my details to the account to cancel

    The WiFi in this house is so bad. A full five minutes to load a single webpage 😭 thanks virgin media, about as useful as a chocolate kettle.

    @virginmedia Hi- yes, just had a truly awful call so I raised a complaint, reference is C2312202125. Looks like a few more days of suffering with an unreliable internet system, with devices sometimes working other times not working.

    @virginmedia I’ve got an engineer visit booked for Saturday as that’s all your website would let me do but it seems more likely it’s a network issue as the internet is fine between 9pm and 11am every day. It’s up and down the rest of the time. EH5 area.

    @lillyt72 @virginmedia Lilly, sorry to hear you still have problems. Was probably one of the last customer on the phone last night & was 1st to be visited today at 8am. The tech changed the hub, did some things in the hub, don't think the speed is any better but haven't noticed any drop today (yet)

    @virginmedia lovely engineer today fixed everything. Your customer service had removed the wrong box and I’m now the proud owner of new V6 which actually plays Netflix! Took three weeks of my life but hey ho!

    @virginmedia You are trying to say if I had of picked the standard option I wouldn’t of had any problems. Virgin media is a joke these days. phone calls every day to try and upgrade my package even tho I tell them to stop calling. Moving house soon but will get sky after 10 years with virgin.

    Bored of being fobbed off @bt_uk @OpenreachHelp No WiFi since December 18th, consistently promised fix dates and still no resolve. Escalated again today, no one will contact us till next week - promed today it would be fixed. If you're in Edinburgh just go with @virginmedia 😩

    Already having grief because Virgin Media are demanding I pay late fees on a bill that only exists because their customer service is too impenetrable to actually cancel when I wanted to. Now they're repeatedly calling me to ask information I KNOW FOR A FACT IS ON MY FILE.

    After Virgin Media's customer service failed me over the phone and WhatsApp, I sent a letter informing them I was cancelling. Last week I got a phone call asking why. I asked if they got my letter. Yes, they did. That says why. They didn't read the letter.

    Virgin media, worst customer service in history – moved from residential to business, sent a bill for closing my residential account £70+ (which I did not do) Advised to speak to Virgin business to get compensation for actually staying with them. @LutzSchueler sort it out
