FFS @virginmedia please sort out your customer service. After finally getting through to change my package, I was put on hold again and transferred to another department. I hung up after 1 hour on hold!!! Think I’ll just cancel and take my business elsewhere

11 years a customer with Sky not one single issue, have to mobe to @virginmedia due to house move and have had to control them 4 times in 3 weeks. Shit show of a company.

Trying to watch via catch up on #stvplayer via @virginmedia #tivo is nothing short of torture. Super slow responses loading / between menus, buffering and you can’t fast forward adverts.. really need to catch up with the times, customer viewing habits and expectation

@virginmedia No I haven’t.. not sure much can be done. I can’t have a V6 box as you won’t allow me to use a different broadband service (I don’t pay for my current broadband..) so I’m stuck with aging technology of TiVo 😞

@EveryNextDream @virginmedia I’ve had issues with their customer service for years. I worked for them part time whilst at uni when they were “Telewest”, and went through the whole Virgin take over. We all knew it was doomed from that moment. I’ll be leaving when contract is up.

11 years a Sky customer not one issue, reluctantly have to cancel due to no signal in new house so set up with @virginmedia big mistake numerous errors and have had to contact them 4 times in 3 weeks. Customer service is null a complete shit show of a company!

@virginmedia very I happy with my current issue, I have been charged £80 for a contract with has been changed without my knowledge even though I spoke to an agent about 3 1/2 weeks ago and sorted my contract out and it was around £52 a month, now being told that no record of this

@AlanHug65627794 @virginmedia But please make sure you do complain to the CEDR. You have paid for a service and are due a refund and the service has not been provided. Ask them for a complaint ref, its less than 8 weeks since you complained ask for deadlock letter.

After weeks of poor internet signal, with the connection dropping in and out, it seems today my Virgin Media hub has finally given up. The earliest a technician can come out is Saturday too. Will have to work from next door.
