    @virginmedia I have and a new hub is being sent out but that doesn't solve the problem of getting connected in the mean time. I'm an agency worker and paid by the hour so am losing income by not being able to get online. 1/2

    @virginmedia On both boxes, we hit HOME, then goto apps then down to music and pick RADIOLine. The only ones that work there are the ones on the front screen. IF we go to RADIO STATIONS then music then any of the lists and pick any station then either wait or hit play button nothing happens
