I’ve been looking at switching to the ultimate Oomph package with @virginmedia but it’s just gone up £20 and as an existing customer (not TV though) it’s probably not nearly as good a deal Vs new customer deal. Looks like I’ll have to renew with Sky again for 18 months.

My @virginmedia internet keeps going off every couple hours for 5 minutes or so. It’s messed up recording interviews & frustrated my attempts to be a bad homeschool teacher via YouTube.

@virginmedia Already done and nothing - this keeps happening every few days for a few hours at a time. Can’t believe I’m paying full price for a service I only get 70% of the time - especially annoying when I rely on it to work from home.

@virginmedia Like your colleagues been doing. Same script made me laugh whole team reading the same script. You just keep checking every month problem presist again or resolved. Keep over charging and reply back with same script. “ sorry will check next month”. Thts what u been doing.

@virginmedia Yes it is. It starts to play the movie/programme. After 5mins approx it freezes and then says it can’t play. Happens every time on Netflix. Rebooted several times, logged in and out of Netflix. The ‘fix’ your team tried on Sunday didn’t work.
