    @Adullamite1 @virginmedia Trouble is we can't do without broadband as we're both working from home. Virgin don't even have a customer service email address. Marion has just spent 50 minutes on the phone. Quite awful.

    @Adullamite1 @virginmedia Virgin is £133 per month for tv, broadband and phone. We have a deal which takes it down to £103 which is quite reasonable. But see trying to talk to someone...😒

    @virginmedia Not got a clue, they didn’t say, when we check online it says there are no known issues but speaking to an advisor yesterday they said that there was definitely a fault and they would get an engineer out ASAP

    @virginmedia Already done and nothing - this keeps happening every few days for a few hours at a time. Can’t believe I’m paying full price for a service I only get 70% of the time - especially annoying when I rely on it to work from home.

    @virginmedia internet, broadband, WiFi, smart tv, all inaccessible due to continued signal problems in east Edinburgh, this is not acceptable at all, please resolve it, so much of our home activity relies on our internet access. 4 days now. This is poor service.

    @ispreview Need something on broadband quality, my speed is great- packet loss and ping issues not so much. Virgin Media has tons of customers suffering from overutilisation issues. Check out their forums, literally nothing customers can do.

    @virginmedia Hello - no TV service from the 4th of May. Promised Monday 9th 1pm it would be working, nothing. 11th May 1pm, nothing. 345pm today nothing. Cannot talk to anyone on the phone. Gone for a week, supposed to be contacted by a manager to discuss compensation

    Tried to get through for 47 mins, as soon as call connects the opporator immediately hangs up. Tried to use the text service but the link sent through is broken. No where to give my 30 days notice online. Bills have almost doubled and can’t get out @virginmedia @virginhelp

    @virginmedia OK, however it was definitely a virgin media team that worked on it and caused the damage. So, I have to get in touch with BT to tell them your team have caused them to have to do rectifying work?
