@virginmedia Yes and there are no issues in the area so it’s something in my house - my neighbour below is also having broadband issues. I need to book an engineer to come & check connection/equipment etc but can’t get logged in to do this either on computer or phone

That's virgin media back down to £30 a month from £53, all because of one call. If energy prices are going up just tell everyone you can't afford them any more and they'll soon offer a discount!

@virginmedia Broadband is intermittent & says connection is unstable. I’ve done all checks. Also my remote for V6 box is not working & can’t pair the new remote with the TiVo box - light doesn’t go off & remote doesn’t beep. I’d like someone to come & look at both.

@virginmedia Issues when you phone VM you are constantly transferred to different people cold transfer then if they put u on hold cut off .why is there no email or decent human web chat poor customer service I am still waiting to get complaints resolved

@virginmedia Also I would like to add that live chat does not work, no agent ever comes on line, the phone service just endlessly keeps you on hold. Twitter is the only way to get any form of response, yet nobody can confirm what's what and service status does not reflect actual conditions..

@virginmedia Ok, you are misunderstanding the issue. I've moved into temporary accommodation (a winter let) where I cannot have my services as the internet is provided as part of the let agreement and there is no phone point. I'll provide you with the new address in a private message.
