    @bsamikey @virginmedia Yes, I had three weeks of very slow connection, all because they changed the head-end and never noticed older modems were also in need of changing! Great connection, lousy customer service.

    @virginmedia She doesn't have another handset.. I'm at work and she told me when I called her. Her account is showing online as over the limit when she doesn't have one. And for the second time how would she speak to you over the phone with no service and I can't as not my account

    @virginmedia To be honest I haven't been satisfied with the price of service for a long long time and it really grates that all these new offers come out to new customers only. It's a disgrace that loyalty of existing customers is not similarly rewarded by your non access approach to deals.

    @virginmedia Hi, I am trying to logon to My Virgin Media, but my password is rejected. I then follow the reset password instructions -and enter the correct details for the secret question and then my account details - it gets rejected - can you please help

    @virginmedia I have checked, no services but the kit is all in the house hence the photo. Your customer service claim this street is still a building site. Clearly not though as we have lived here for 3 weeks.

    11 years a Sky customer not one issue, reluctantly have to cancel due to no signal in new house so set up with @virginmedia big mistake numerous errors and have had to contact them 4 times in 3 weeks. Customer service is null a complete shit show of a company!

    @virginmedia Sorry but thats nonsense. Point out ANY existing customer changes/deals that save your loyal customers as much as new customers. I've been a customer for a long lot of years and have yet to see any customer loyalty being rewarded in the same way as these deals for new customers.

    11 years a customer with Sky not one single issue, have to mobe to @virginmedia due to house move and have had to control them 4 times in 3 weeks. Shit show of a company.

    @virginmedia It seems that the issue already reported is to do with BBC Scotland HD, while my issue is that my signal on BBC1 HD keeps breaking up briefly every 30 seconds or so. It's mostly an audio drop out for a split second.

    @virginmedia So, I clicked on the link and it says only that there's an issue with BBC1 on On Demand or Catch-up. I try to run a test to show something else is wrong, but it produces an error message that something went wrong. It's been like that for months at least for that test page.

    Totally disgusted with @virginmedia @VirginMediaCorp 2 calls to try and sort an issue for a sick relative (first one over 90 mins, second one they cut me off after 51 mins). I am now writing to their CEO and complaining to the regulator as they have left me no other options!!

    @jonkingh @virginmedia My solution. Not cheap but not too expensive either. works wonderfully. A 5G router from Vodafone. Incredibly fast and reliable. Eventually you can rid of Virgin.

    @kthompsett @virginmedia This is for @virginmedia based on my service both technical and personally I would like my contractec terminated as soon as you find it possible. It has been disgraceful. I have found out you have not noted all my phone conversations. The ones you have are incorrect.

    @virginmedia I regularly get legit notification texts, I'm flagging that this one was obviously fake but came from the official Virgin Media account, which suggests you've been hacked. Not heard anything from the company regarding a breach of customer data and would appreciate some assurance.
