The first Help Desk person said 'suspicious activity' and escalated the problem. The second person said that the address was not associated with the primary account holder 1/2

So they don't have to wait a month. Just a thought.

The last person on the help desk that I spoke to denied that the account was associated with my VM account and did not want to talk to me. Nothing happens when the Help Desk can't sort it themselves Please deal with this.

There is clearly an ongoing network problem that you are failing to resolve, yet your webpage says no issues - so you deny people compensation.
