    That's virgin media back down to £30 a month from £53, all because of one call. If energy prices are going up just tell everyone you can't afford them any more and they'll soon offer a discount!

    @virginmedia Issues when you phone VM you are constantly transferred to different people cold transfer then if they put u on hold cut off .why is there no email or decent human web chat poor customer service I am still waiting to get complaints resolved

    @virginmedia I will wait until 12:15 tomorrow afternoon, 24 hrs after transfer to Retention expert, if I don't get a response I will cancel DD, why should I let it go into another month, because I can't get through to you? Do you know what's happening in Britain at the moment? 45% increase!

    @virginmedia I was told everything was fixed and the CISAS case was closed and settled last week!!! To find this week you are in breach. I just want my address changed and you can removed that late payment charge or I’ll need to go back and open up another complaint to CISAS.
