The service I am receiving is disgusting. 40 minutes call and to be told that in a #CostOfLivingCrisis you want £650+ to disconnect a service. I asked is this a total of over £600 and she said, “yea mamm,that is correct”. My response was purely to laugh. This conversation has happed in the last 15 minutes. Absolutely despicable!

Id like to note its very late and he is now asleep. Before id even said hello after answering the phone call she rudely asked if i can hear her not even saying hello herself.
