@virginmedia As I’ve said in previous tweets over the past few days, I’ve checked everything and all appears fine, it’s your broadband speed fluctuation that is the problem.

@virginmedia Nope, didn’t help. Last time it happened it was late at night while I was walking home and trying to call my boyfriend. From a safety perspective these kind of faults need to be resolved sooner rather than later.

@virginmedia further to my last tweet after being on the phone 50 minutes I get put on hold and hung up on after asking to speak to management. Absolutely shocking service and not any further forward.

@virginmedia Yes but there was no issue on that link just now or at any of times of these outages. I don’t think it’s fair pay £45 for a connection that cuts out multiple times per day!

@virginmedia Hello there, i've had an e-mail saying one of your workers are in the area to pick up our Virgin TV box, but when I press book a date the page errors, I have the same issue when I press send a message. They are more than welcome to collect the box.

@virginmedia Why, as an existing customer of 2.5 years (including taking Virgin with us when we moved home last year) will you not let me sign up to a new 18 month contract at a cost of £22.95, as shown on your website to new customers, and instead are happy to see me leave?
