    Hi @virginmedia, how do I speak to an actual person at Virign Media about a fault with my Hub 3? When I call automated service says restart Hub then hangs up on me. This does not solve the problem.

    We sat down to watch Birds of Prey the new Harley Quinn film on Sky but @virginmedia on demand is broken for the whole weekend - how do I get a refund? It had already started on Sky linear so have had to record it and watch another day. Disappointing.

    @virginmedia So we can’t easily escalate to a manager the way you first implied? We will raise a complaint which will now include the fact that customer service is inadequate while you work from home. This stress is not helpful while I am pregnant - this should have been easy to resolve

    @virginmedia hello folks, I do now have a minor issue - my new Hub 3.0 has a flashing green power light and solid green WiFi light, this has been the case for a few hours now despite being told (in a text message) I had received a signal and all wires are firmly connected?

    @virginmedia I love paying for a service I never seem to get with virgin. I pay for 200mbps and I'm currently receiving 7.5 Mbps...try to access their web page and nothing works on there either...anyone recommend any better services?

    @virginmedia please could you let me know the date when you intend to pull the plug on your 3g mobile coverage? At this point I'll need to change provider as since you've switched from EE to Vodafone masts my signal is now non existant unless I switch to 3g in my settings. Thanks
