@virginmedia Issues when you phone VM you are constantly transferred to different people cold transfer then if they put u on hold cut off .why is there no email or decent human web chat poor customer service I am still waiting to get complaints resolved

@virginmedia what is going on? No television or broadband from 550pm Thursday the 30th of June. Estimated fix was 3am 1st of July. Guess what? Still nothing. Now estimate is 12pm today. Aye thats no happening. What time will the service I'm paying for be back online?

@virginmedia Nothing. The frustration is there’s no record of an outage yet I’m now told it will be 21st when that is fixed. At which point my issue is still going to exist and I’ll have to phone the awful call centre again to beg for an engineer.

I've had rude calls with some staff, spent over £9 on calls to @TravelodgeUK to get this refunded for the charity, their customer service emailed saying that even though two of their staff & virgin media said I should get a refund that they are not going to refund. #badservice

@virginmedia It claims intermittent issues. Mine has been totally dead for the past two days. I appreciate there is nothing you can do. It means when that is fixed and I still have my issue, I’ll have to start again to report then patiently wait till they can be bothered sending someone.

@virginmedia I also phoned to report on Thursday but was then told yesterday there was no record of that so must be lying. The customer service on the phone is truly atrocious. Your services are great when they work, your customer services the opposite.

@virginmedia Thanks for your reply. Interesting. No communication from Virgin Media regarding this. Our hub is an old one, and is in the attic. The TV box is two floors down along with the TV. We really do not need to be spending money on cables and installation of same do we.

@virginmedia Not that I can see. Just get a message saying I should consider buying a booster which is ridiculous. My devices don't struggle to connect to the WiFi & download/ upload speed are fine.. it's more the 10000ms the router has where everything times out and then falls off network
