    @virginmedia I tried to get help but didn’t get through to anyone just a text sent to my mobile telling me how to fix it but no joy. Checked the forums and turns out I’m not alone and the upgrade is rubbish so just stuck it in the cupboard.. hopeless!

    @virginmedia Read my tweet. I have been sent a “resolution” already. Which advised to return the box/speak to online chat if further issues. As I have pointed out multiple times I have already returned the box. This is absolutely infuriating at this point.

    @virginmedia Yes!!! Constantly. Haven't had selected channels now for over 2 weeks and WiFi is abysmal! Seems to fall on deaf ears as the issue is never resolved ! Certainly won't be renewing my contract with yous if its not resolved anytime soon!

    @virginmedia I managed to find a phone number to call you. The message 'don't contact us unless you need to' isn't great is it! Follow up text asks me to rate VM on the basis of my interaction. Not fair is it. Not the help desk fault if everything else is so bad.

    @virginmedia Since yesterday afternoon. I was working so not entirely sure but approx 24 hours. £160 a month to be without even “free” channels. I am aware nothing is without fault but the poor customer service and lack of ability to locate/tell us what the issue is, is appalling.

    Finally something positive to say about @virginmedia following a call from Callum at the “executive team” providing the level of current service I would expect from a such a huge company! Perhaps the skills of good customer service need to be a CPD exercise for the call centres!

    I was left without service for a week with multiple lies, promises of calls that didn’t happen and appalling customer service … you promise compensation of a month for free, the next you state £650 for disconnection. We are in a coat of living crisis you idiots! @virginmedia

    Trying to downgrade/cancel your @virginmedia is made harder than it ought to be! Perhaps of your customer service was better then I wouldn’t have made this request after all these years. Diabolical and shoddy! There was a time when I’d have only recommended them over competitors!

    @virginmedia Thanks for asking. An operator will call me back tomorrow, as it’s part of an ongoing three week saga. I’m so disappointed as I’ve been a loyal VM (originally Telewest) customer for around 30 years. Remaining hopeful 🙃

    @virginmedia Very interesting as I was told £216.11 for each service (TV, BB, Phone). I asked is this a total of over £600 and she said, “yea mamm,that is correct”. My response was purely to laugh. This conversation has happed in the last 15 minutes. Absolutely despicable!

    @virginmedia Already have done, there is no current outage for my business plan. I'm Using fibre optic yet the GRE tunnel states connected. I was on the phone for 12 hours and have now had to cancel everything. Engineers aren't coming for another 72 hours, breaking your 12 hour support policy

    @virginmedia It’s not just how long it takes to fix the issue. The outage is happening so frequent now, that the home broadband isn’t useable. VM need to do better, especially you have just put up prices and give us worse service than before. We just want something that works.

    Hey @virginmedia All I want is to order wifi boosters as all connections are fine but unlike my previous provider yours won't stretch far, the range is poor. After 40 minutes of GDPR and a troubleshooting BOT, I'll buy a non-VM product to boost. #poorcustomerservice
