@virginmedia I did yes. An engineer did try earlier to do something, and thought he'd got it sorted, but we're now in a worse position than before unfortunately (not blaming him!). Said 2nd line support will look in 48hrs or so ...but obviously it's been over a week of this issue.

@virginmedia I pay for ultra fast broadband and I can’t use more than one device at a time without one then moving at a snails pace which is just ridiculous. Also every week the internet shuts off randomly for 5 minutes and crashes whatever I’m doing. Also streaming is regularly slow
