Just registered for 1GB internet (up and down) with phone for less than I’m paying @virginmedia for 200 MB. Not available yet but coming soon. Meanwhile @virginmedia still hassling me about equipment I sent back at the weekend. They took over a week to send me packaging.

@virginmedia The connection drops at the router, and on all devices. Your chat function in the app is rubbish as they always say “you’ll need to phone” this you end up repeating yourself. Apparently there is no issues - there is! I’d leave u back to sky 2mrw if I wasn’t stuck in a contract!

8 yrs with @virginmedia -numerous internet problems & no actual working phone for over 6 of those yrs, we finally decide to leave. After 30 mins on hold we’re told it will take a further 1hr on hold to get to the cancellation dept who will then require 30 days notice 😡 #rubbish

@virginmedia no callback after raising my complaint, to then be told I can’t change from the £27pm to the £29pm package I originally thought I’d purchased as I am now not a new customer and quoted me £59pm🙂plus installation fee 👍🏼..

@virginmedia They could not help but I was told by a few people they need to lay cables and takes around 1 hours to complete but my install is 25th but I've heard within need to apply for a license sometimes and that takes 48 hours

@virginmedia So, expanding on the problem what basically is happening. The internet works properly when something like my ps4 is connected to the router but all the devices usingthe internet the wifi doesn’t work especially my pc where it says it’s connected but it just says No internet found

@virginmedia Saying can't guarantee the WiFi, nothing can be done. There are intelligent WiFi pods but none in stock! the suggestion is wired connection to all devices, will not stop the Internet dropping? No resolution yet again! Looking at @BritishTelecom @SkyUK?

@virginmedia Yes I called the team and asked for the complaint to be reopened I am expecting a call back but not had one yet. In that call I said I’m looking to see if there is a pattern to the dropouts, as I believe this might help with the diagnostics.
