@virginmedia I’ve sent over 100 messages, unfortunately this is the level of service you are providing. I’ve checked the loss of service and it says it’s all up and running fine! Please don’t expect me to pay you for a service you can’t provide. I will be cancelling my direct debit with yous.

Hey @virginmedia why can’t I down grade my package online, via email or live chat? I can upgrade no problem. Calling the customer help line says most of your offices are closed and I would have an hours wait to speak to someone. An hour!!!

@virginmedia I’ve done that to no avail several times. Also, my virgin fixed line has gone down so it charges me for the call on my mobile. You need to sort this or I’m going to Ofcom as it’s well beyond the 6 weeks period for the regulator.

@VirginMedia #Day29 of ropey WiFi. What is it with your service/Hub3?! I ran out of data, had to get more and then ran out yet again because your WiFi is so unreliable/intermittent. Multiple calls, an engineer visit, over one month now... starting to run out of patience!
