    @virginmedia your call centre is rude, they can’t understand simple English, round in circles, the line keeps buzzing out, I want to cancel but they will not put me through to anyone who can. They profess to be from every team everything I ask for help! Shocking how bad this is

    @virginmedia Hi it was just Sky movies on demand not working for one night in the end. We ended up watching something on All 4 via a Firestick rather then the film we were intending to watch as it was unavailable.

    @virginmedia I’ve just tried to use the instant messenger and the customer service advisor tells me he can find no trace of any notes on my account regarding the offer made on Saturday. I have a screen shot of the offer, made in your app, yet he says he can’t see it.

    @virginmedia now on my 11th call to sort this out in the last 3 weeks. Each time on the phone for over an hour and still no solution. How to I cancel everything if they refuse to do it and pass me through 5/6 call centres

    Hi @virginmedia, how do I speak to an actual person at Virign Media about a fault with my Hub 3? When I call automated service says restart Hub then hangs up on me. This does not solve the problem.

    We sat down to watch Birds of Prey the new Harley Quinn film on Sky but @virginmedia on demand is broken for the whole weekend - how do I get a refund? It had already started on Sky linear so have had to record it and watch another day. Disappointing.

    @virginmedia You couldn’t care less about feedback, otherwise it would be easy to contact you, over various platforms. Will cancel my direct debit - I’m sure BT will happily take my business & provide a better service than Virgin.

    @virginmedia Yea i asked for a callback 3 days ago to let u know my new move in date was the 7th Dec instead of the 27nov but never got a call. Called today and spent 3 hours on the phone & decided to just cancel the lot. If you can get someone to call me and arrange the install for the 8th

    @virginmedia After an hour, spoke to & got nowhere. Transferred, another hour, cut off. Another call, an hour wait to speak, another hour to 2nd line, waffle for half hour, cut off. More examples of similar... Issue unresolved. Worst broadband co. *ever*! #customerservicefail #epicfail
