    @virginmedia shocking customer service. Cut off parents box for no reason, taken a week to get anywhere. Passed about from person to person going through the same thing, 1 call lasted over an hour!

    @virginmedia Called it.. no help. Automated reply said there was no problem and hung up. Tried 150 for third time and am waiting yet again to talk to someone...13 minutes and counting.. I'm afraid this is happening too often...it's really a very poor service ( and expensive)... 15 mins now!

    @virginmedia Nothing in service status. This on a 1 Gbps connection hard wired. Last time something like this happened my then modem was declared obsolete, as the head-end had been upgraded without any considerations for existing customers’ modems.

    @virginmedia Yes, there's been a fault for 24 hours that your engineers are 'still working hard to correct'. Over 24 hours! Hopeless. Leaving @SkyUK was the worst decision ever.

    @virginmedia I’d just like someone to check at the head-end, my service configuration, compatibility with my modem, and then we can start testing if necessary. For now I can monitor and reboot the modem.

    @virginmedia Trying to raise a complaint is made extremely difficult when you're put on hold for 26 minutes and then get cut off as the phone also breaks down. Virgin really need to fix their @virginmedia services, before attempting space travel.

    and the ongoing never ending breakdowns @virginmedia continue in #Edinburgh's West End today. At least 7 or 8 times every year since Virgin launched... poor show.

    When you are web-chatting to the @virginmedia customer services team about wifi connectivity and their insightful questions are basically how do you connect to WiFi - well through the WiFi obviously!!! 1/2

    @virginmedia been on the phone(150)for almost 30 minutes with a TV problem ( picture freezing intermittently). Went through usual ritual and the call centre have arranged a call back for tomorrow to see if problem still exists. It does. Sadly this is almost a monthly occurrence

    Just registered for 1GB internet (up and down) with phone for less than I’m paying @virginmedia for 200 MB. Not available yet but coming soon. Meanwhile @virginmedia still hassling me about equipment I sent back at the weekend. They took over a week to send me packaging.

    @virginmedia Sick to death of scam phone calls. Offcom states its the provider/supplier who has responsibility..yet..Virgin media do nothing. Shameful service..makes you wonder how they get your number in the first place..#integrity of phone provider.

    @virginmedia no callback after raising my complaint, to then be told I can’t change from the £27pm to the £29pm package I originally thought I’d purchased as I am now not a new customer and quoted me £59pm🙂plus installation fee 👍🏼..

    @virginmedia Thanks JGS. The appt date is only part of the issue as the call centre customer service is abismal with no explanation or offer of compensation for lost service. We pay a small fortune each month & have reported numerous issues with Internet connectivity & its only getting worse.

    @virginmedia Ongoing problem. Engineers were meant to visit between 8.00am and 12.00 noon today. Didn't come and didn't notify me. TV working for a while but not consistently and faltering from time to time. Been kept waiting on phone for 10 minutes now hoping to speak to someone...poor show.

    Hey @virginmedia, when your customer service rep says "I'll transfer you to the bereavement team" and then a recorded message says "Sorry we're closed right now, goodbye"... that's pretty poor form. Oh well, I did my best to let you know your customer had died.

    @virginmedia No still the same. Brand new phone, stood next my son who has full signal with O2. Tried manual network and doesn’t connect. You need to send me a new Sim now to see if that’s the problem.

    @virginmedia You have to have problems with you're service for 3 days before you can claim anything. So what's the point. Perhaps you're system got overloaded with people wanting to watch trooping of the colour shame on you. By the way, now it's over everything is back on

    @virginmedia I think I need to be a customer and sign in to contact, which I'm not. I'm just getting your customers emails, for 4 years. Which I reported over the phone twice in the past with no impact. I have my 2 boys and am off work I'd really rather write an email

    @virginmedia my installation date is meant to be today however just been emailed saying its now the 20th. Not really acceptable as I work from home so need it done by Monday at 8am.. Not really a great start for a new customer.
