    @virginmedia we went through a serviceability check with you at time of order. We were advised what product you could install so we ordered weeks ago and paid. You now tell us on the day of installation there is a serviceability issue! Are you incompetent or fraudulent!

    @virginmedia They may have the same training but they do not have the same capability to make decisions. I don’t care where they are based but only UK based departments can help getting this installed. How can @Ofcom allow you to charge premium numbers just to get in touch it’s been 10 weeks!

    @vmbusiness Not when @virginmedia offer fibre, complete a suitability for installation. take payment, give installation dates weeks away, then cancel on the day of installation! This kills growth!

    @virginmedia They said they would sort it and call me today. I had a phone all to the house phone at 11pm waking up my mrs that asked me to text back which I couldn’t do so no idea what that meant. They have all disappeared and I still have no update I have been promised resolution by Sat

    @virginmedia You could contact me during the order process and to take payment. Your team contacted us yesterday to advise that it would be installed today. Is it really possible to keep failing a customer this badly!

    @virginmedia so Virgin Media. You are not Fast or Reliable if you don’t attend the installation date despite having paid up front for installation and despite multiple messages from virgin confirming your attendance today to install fibre. #wtf

    @virginmedia I have been calling premium numbers for weeks to speak to people. Only one seemed to help but she was from a UK office and said she would call me back. I am still waiting over a week later for anyone to be in touch with me!

    Just had a call supposedly from @virginmedia telling me my internet has been hacked. He asked me if I had a computer, I answered, why ? He said all my information is being downloaded by scammers but he could guide through how to fix it.I said 'fix what'? He hung up. Weird.

    @virginmedia I got a text stating the issue was fixed about an hour ago, same with other residents of the development. Would have I been tweeting about it if it was? Your website continuously gives a 404 error, I suggest you up your service levels slightly.

    @virginmedia Unfortunately, that's how it comes across. I have explained on several occasions that I fully intended to leave. I want the bill I paid in full on the 19th Aug to be the last money I give to Virgin and my remaining service (landline) to be terminated with immediate effect.
