    @2wheels2dex @virginmedia No, as in the internet cuts off a lot. The reason I think it’s a MacBook problem is I’ve sat with both a laptop and a MacBook on zoom simultaneously, one has cut out repeatedly whilst the other’s been fine. Every MacBook (three) in the house has had the same problem.

    @AldoScrim89 @virginmedia Virgin Media are arseholes - I cancelled my contract with them last week only for them to renew it again without my consent. Raised a complaint as this is, you know, illegal. Complaint so far has been ignored. Arseholes mate

    @virginmedia No, only on certain channels (5 HD being the worst) there seems be a static interference. The box is very old so not sure if it is compatible anymore

    @virginmedia You couldn’t care less about feedback, otherwise it would be easy to contact you, over various platforms. Will cancel my direct debit - I’m sure BT will happily take my business & provide a better service than Virgin.

    @virginmedia now on my 11th call to sort this out in the last 3 weeks. Each time on the phone for over an hour and still no solution. How to I cancel everything if they refuse to do it and pass me through 5/6 call centres

    @virginmedia your call centre is rude, they can’t understand simple English, round in circles, the line keeps buzzing out, I want to cancel but they will not put me through to anyone who can. They profess to be from every team everything I ask for help! Shocking how bad this is

    @virginmedia I’ve just tried to use the instant messenger and the customer service advisor tells me he can find no trace of any notes on my account regarding the offer made on Saturday. I have a screen shot of the offer, made in your app, yet he says he can’t see it.

    @virginmedia Yes I pay Bt direct debit so when I say I want to cancel your service. You should have cancelled and I would have paid what was owed. By not cancelling when I requested you continued to charge me until I stopped the direct debit and now you are billing for that

    @virginmedia Ok so we raised a complaint as instructed and what an absolute waste of time. The complaint was closed without the issue being resolved or any discussion. When I reopened it 5 days later, I asked to speak to a manager I was told I would have to wait 72 hours as per the process!!

    @virginmedia Hi I’ve spoken to one of colleagues and the engineer is still coming tomorrow to fit the new tv boxes and to check what the problem is with the broadband at the moment we have hub turned off like yesterday.

    @virginmedia I am unable to sign in to my account. There is an error message saying I am not connected to the internet but this is not the case. I definitely have internet connection despite what the error message is saying.
