    @virginmedia Nope, didn’t help. Last time it happened it was late at night while I was walking home and trying to call my boyfriend. From a safety perspective these kind of faults need to be resolved sooner rather than later.

    @virginmedia customer service is absolutely deplorable! Over a year waiting on a refund! Told every manager is unavailable! 3 times I’ve been told I would receive a call back! Still nothing! This on top of being overcharged and it being their mistake!

    @virginmedia Well they were being connected to customer relations on WhatsApp then got kicked out. They’ve managed to be connected back to customer relations but still not through.

    @virginmedia Why, as an existing customer of 2.5 years (including taking Virgin with us when we moved home last year) will you not let me sign up to a new 18 month contract at a cost of £22.95, as shown on your website to new customers, and instead are happy to see me leave?
