    @virginmedia Neither of these things have happened. The last person on the help desk that I spoke to denied that the account was associated with my VM account and did not want to talk to me. Nothing happens when the Help Desk can't sort it themselves Please deal with this.

    @virginmedia I’ve no internet, phone or tv in South Edinburgh - following intermittent internet for days. Your fault checker says there is no service fault yet your website does not allow me to book an engineer. Can you help?

    @virginmedia It will be interesting to know what ofcoms view is of virgin continuing to sell a service that has been known not to be working since at least Oct. Is it not an option to go back to a standard phone line rather than VOIP for vulnerable customers??

    @virginmedia If I phone there is a message saying there is a complex fault. The online fault tracker says there isn’t. Hard really to understand what the problem is and when and how it will be fixed. Still no service at all. Not impressed.

    @virginmedia I have still not heard from you other than to be told that the email account I can no longer access, is not associated with the account we've had with you for 25 years. Am I supposed to just accept this? How do I escalate a complaint?

    @virginmedia About 14 days ago I kept being asked to reset my password. On the 3rd or 4th occasion I was locked out. The first Help Desk person said 'suspicious activity' and escalated the problem. The second person said that the address was not associated with the primary account holder 1/2

    @virginmedia Yes I have phoned yet again this morning so I think your organisation are considering some sort of compensation for the five weeks I have been without the service. No doubt it will be a paltry sum in comparison to what I pay every month.

    @virginmedia Quite simply No. They are in mid 70s and tbh we just need the issue fixed. Mum is awaiting a call from the hospital & is concerned and stressed they won’t be able to get her as she hasn’t had use of the number she is has had since 1989 for over a week!! My Dad is just stressed

    @virginmedia Spent another 75 mins on the phone & managed to get a technician out this afternoon.The technician confirmed it is a known fault with the hub 5 and knew without testing what the issue was. The fault has no fix and my vulnerable parents are still left without the phone service.

    @virginmedia yes well after waiting in for five hours yesterday for an engineer to come I was just told it had been rearranged for the 28th. The great pity is they never informed me to find out if that was OK, such gross inefficiency abounds within your organisation.

    @virginmedia Yes I’ve done all of that and my phone is saying ‘Check phone line’. My land line has been off since last Friday. Ever since it was swapped over to your fibre network and the new adapter fitted to the back of the router. I’m paying for a service I’m not receiving.

    @virginmedia I have now had no service - internet, tv, phone - for 24 hours. It’s impossible to speak with someone about this. There is only a vague automated message about a ‘complicated problem’. How can I get this fixed? What are you doing to address this?

    @virginmedia The phone is not working and your engineer was arranged to call today between 1.00 and 6.00pm needless to say he did not arrive or give me a call to arrange another day.

    @virginmedia I’ve lodged two complaints now and neither have been responded to about tv and broadband service, the first one being outside the 28 days you give yourself to answer. Tried calling but was told it would be an hours wait. Can you do something?

    @virginmedia They said the WiFi was switching between the 2.4 and 5g channels. So they deactivated the 5g, been fine for 2 weeks (tomorrow) and today the whole connection dropped out! Couldn't find the network on any device!! Really not happy!! I don't pay for these problems!

    Argh it’s actually impossible to get through to anyone at @virginmedia isnt it? From the chat on the app, for over an hour answering questions to a call that refers me to a text service, in which I just answer the same questions as the app. Atrocious

    @virginmedia I can’t run further tests because I have a Hub 4 router and the software doesn’t work with that. My only choice is to call customer services but, because I’m a Hub 4 user, it’s a minimum 45 minute wait to be connected with someone who is appropriately trained. Please help!

    @virginmedia are useless!! Pay through an the nose for their broadband and I have nothing but issues. Send an engineer out, replace router. Still losing connection.! So people. Are there any good ISP out there that can give me 100mps +
