-
♡ (@D3borah1404) reported from Livingston, Scotland@virginmedia Yes!!! Constantly. Haven't had selected channels now for over 2 weeks and WiFi is abysmal! Seems to fall on deaf ears as the issue is never resolved ! Certainly won't be renewing my contract with yous if its not resolved anytime soon!
-
Lesley Neilan (@lesley_neilan) reported from Edinburgh, ScotlandHi @virginmedia I am trying unsuccessfully to contact you about my current contract. I don’t have WhatsApp and your online help link doesn’t help. My old fashioned ‘telephone’ call ended with ‘there was a fault’. Are there any humans around?
-
John M Hunt (@Johnmhunt) reported from Oxgangs, Scotland@virginmedia hi I’m aware there’s a calling issue just now on Virgin Mobile but I was wondering how to get an upgraded 5G SIM on ultimate Oomph as the one we have is only allowing 4G.
-
David Fyvie (@thefyvies) reported from Edinburgh, Scotland@virginmedia It’s been horrific for the last 4-5 days although today is by far the worst.
-
Patrick McCarthy (@PatMcCarthy37) reported from Edinburgh, Scotland@virginmedia I managed to find a phone number to call you. The message 'don't contact us unless you need to' isn't great is it! Follow up text asks me to rate VM on the basis of my interaction. Not fair is it. Not the help desk fault if everything else is so bad.
-
Tullia (@thelifeoftul) reported from Edinburgh, Scotland@virginmedia @virginmedia now your service status is saying there are no issues in the EH7 area yet we’ve received a text that we won’t have wifi yet again till tomorrow morning? Please can you communicate what is going on?
-
tootsietweets (@tootsieiam) reported from Edinburgh, ScotlandFriday night powered by 5G since @virginmedia delivery via @YodelOnline seems to have disappeared into the ether. So work was painfully slow, and now I’m cleaning the fridge because, it seems everything in this 1860’s house is reliant on broadband. Thank god for @EE 📱
-
James Smith 🏴🇮🇹🇿🇦 (@SobukweScozia) reported from Edinburgh, Scotland@virginmedia If I phone there is a message saying there is a complex fault. The online fault tracker says there isn’t. Hard really to understand what the problem is and when and how it will be fixed. Still no service at all. Not impressed.

Patrick McCarthy (@PatMcCarthy37) reported from Edinburgh, Scotland@virginmedia I have still not heard from you other than to be told that the email account I can no longer access, is not associated with the account we've had with you for 25 years. Am I supposed to just accept this? How do I escalate a complaint?
-
victoria carolina (@vcash78) reported from Edinburgh, ScotlandFinally something positive to say about @virginmedia following a call from Callum at the “executive team” providing the level of current service I would expect from a such a huge company! Perhaps the skills of good customer service need to be a CPD exercise for the call centres!
-
Laura Barbour (@dreamingisfree) reported from Bo’ness, Scotland@virginmedia It is now almost four weeks since I have had broadband. The technician who came out 11 days ago assured me the “dig team” would be out in the next day or two. Having now spent approximately 738 hours trying to contact you, I have finally spoken to a customer (1)
-
upgrade completed (@etjorgensen) reported from Edinburgh, ScotlandThat's virgin media back down to £30 a month from £53, all because of one call. If energy prices are going up just tell everyone you can't afford them any more and they'll soon offer a discount!
-
victoria carolina (@vcash78) reported from Edinburgh, ScotlandTrying to downgrade/cancel your @virginmedia is made harder than it ought to be! Perhaps of your customer service was better then I wouldn’t have made this request after all these years. Diabolical and shoddy! There was a time when I’d have only recommended them over competitors!
