@virginmedia Your online chat and bot is terrible. I want to reduce my package. First got chucked out during security. Then they couldn't help and put me through to relations but your bot thinks I have a mobile query. I'm trying not to phone as requested but this is unworkable.

Hey @virginmedia why can’t I down grade my package online, via email or live chat? I can upgrade no problem. Calling the customer help line says most of your offices are closed and I would have an hours wait to speak to someone. An hour!!!

@virginmedia Just finished on the phone with them now. Got a fault engineer booked for Monday who will come to check services inside. Even though the issue is external cabling! So they'll report the issue on Monday and we'll have to wait again for someone else to come and sort the problem.
