I’ve checked the loss of service and it says it’s all up and running fine! Please don’t expect me to pay you for a service you can’t provide. I will be cancelling my direct debit with yous.

Each time they confirmed I was eligible but told me they couldn’t do it from their end. Each time they tried to “put me through” to another department (mobile, oomph, customer services), it was a dead end.

Whoever is his ISP (such as virgin media, BT, Talk Talk, Vodaphone etc), will have the records!
