@stevegoodman @bt_uk @virginmedia I’ve given up on VM they’ve been the only fibre in the area for years and their service has gone from ok to bad to worse. Working from home was proving challenging. Teams would always say poor network quality

@virginmedia Eventually got through to your overseas call centre. Guy couldn't help and booked me an engineer for Wednesday evening. He then hung up on me when I suggested that I shouldn't be charged for the next few days #believeinbetter

@virginmedia I switched over to you on the 31st December and had a speed issue very quickly and between online chat and two phone calls yesterday was told issue at street cabinet twice on phone chat says no issue. Bring back BT 😔

@virginmedia I'm not sure.... I think at this stage she is saying no thanks after being let down so badly. Virgin just didn't want to pay what council were asking to dig up one pavement as it was new.... @SkyUK sorted her out and she will be going to the regulator. Disappointing

@virginmedia This has left her charity and her partners business with websites and headed paper wuth the wrong number as @virginmedia are saying they can't do anything about the landine that was transferring to you. A mobile is also involved. She is in tears and your staff have been rude
