    @virginmedia So today I have a new problem affecting my service. As it is a new problem I don’t get a refund as the service has not been down for over 24 hours. Your company relies on goodwill with its customers so play fair!

    Come on @virginmedia play fair. My services are down and I can only get support if I call but you hide your phone numbers. I need to know when the fault will be fixed as it impacts my ability to work

    @virginmedia Customer services said there was no engineer booked out?..my wife has the confirmation txt on her phone..it also says if we fail to show for the appointment we get charged £25...so can i expect the same to apply to your lot..also my lost day at work needs paying for?????..

    @virginmedia For the one film I purchased Elvis ... also discovered one I had bought ages ago and hadn't watched yet also doesn't have it as she got me to check ..I've also googled it and it says the tivo box and store don't support subtitles.

    @virginmedia the last three afternoons our v3 box has gone down, failing to get broadband signal and flashing green. Nothing I do helps but it seems to have randomly started up again late evening - is it the heat? How do I contact tech help?

    @virginmedia Literally that there was no faults found and that they wont be sending an engineer out to rectify the problems unless we want to pay £200+...basically just get on with it...ridiculous...asked about cancelling but you want more money for that...joke..

    @virginmedia I’ve done that. It doesn’t work. Someone clearly has control on my router. Your customer services won’t reset it either. Again the conversation is recorded. I need this sorting asap otherwise I’ll take it further

    @virginmedia Nearly 2 months after signing up, I still have no internet. Every time I call to get an reason or a new appointment I am given false promises and a new date. Then it gets cancelled the day before..again! Worst customer service ever !!!
