No doubt me constantly changing my password. Suggested fix within 5-days. Said they would email me when done!!!! First noticed it about a week ago. Galling when you get the followup marketing text.

The fault has no fix and my vulnerable parents are still left without the phone service.

The service I am receiving is disgusting. 40 minutes call and to be told that in a #CostOfLivingCrisis you want £650+ to disconnect a service. I need to book an engineer to come & check connection/equipment etc but can’t get logged in to do this either on computer or phone

At which point my issue is still going to exist and I’ll have to phone the awful call centre again to beg for an engineer.

I phoned today about being overcharged obviously the call handler was so inept she cut me off rather than fix it. But she did get in the fact that this terrible service was going up by 20% next month.

Chancellor Reeves left VodafoneThree, Virgin Media O2 and EE out of the British Industrial Competitiveness Scheme which gives a 25% cut on electricity bills to thousands of other businesses. Telecoms firms are now facing full 33% energy price rises triggered by the Iran war and are drawing up emergency plans including slowing speeds, restricting data during peak times and charging premiums for heavy usage. One network warned up to 9,000 jobs could be at risk and 5G rollout plans shelved. VodafoneThree said it is “disappointed” and urged the Government to protect the critical digital networks the country depends on. Virgin Media O2 added that if the Government wants growth it cannot overlook the networks Britain relies on.

Last price hike took me package to £235 a month. Now with EE at £86 a month for similar TV and broadband package but no landline phone which we didn't use anyway.
