    I’ve been looking at switching to the ultimate Oomph package with @virginmedia but it’s just gone up £20 and as an existing customer (not TV though) it’s probably not nearly as good a deal Vs new customer deal. Looks like I’ll have to renew with Sky again for 18 months.

    My @virginmedia internet keeps going off every couple hours for 5 minutes or so. It’s messed up recording interviews & frustrated my attempts to be a bad homeschool teacher via YouTube.

    @virginmedia Nope, didn’t help. Last time it happened it was late at night while I was walking home and trying to call my boyfriend. From a safety perspective these kind of faults need to be resolved sooner rather than later.

    @virginmedia 2 days and many calls trying to speak to an agent to cancel the broadband contract… Managed to speak to an agent that was supposed to transfer the call to a different department after 30 min waiting the connection dropped. Terrible customer service
