The fault has no fix and my vulnerable parents are still left without the phone service.

The first Help Desk person said 'suspicious activity' and escalated the problem. The second person said that the address was not associated with the primary account holder 1/2

You constantly failed to deliver a service, made constant promises and failed to deliver on them, so you were left with no choice but to agree to the cancellation. You are quite comfortably the worst broadband provider I have ever come across.

I’ve been with them from day one because I always seem to get a good deal. But god help you if you need customer services. In my experience, they tie with Vodafone as the worst in the world.
