The service I am receiving is disgusting. 40 minutes call and to be told that in a #CostOfLivingCrisis you want £650+ to disconnect a service. In the first one they offered me a terrible offer and said it was the best and moving took ages. They did this in a slow way, always trying to divert the conversation. 1/

I phoned today about being overcharged obviously the call handler was so inept she cut me off rather than fix it. But she did get in the fact that this terrible service was going up by 20% next month.
