Finally got through to try and speak to a customer service and was cut off immediately when transferred from automated service to an actual person. Trying to sort out my 80 year old dads tv service. Pete (@PeteNCFC1862) reported@Lindstar24 Look up Databank, all the big 3 do it , goes back to 2021 when Virgin Media O2 initiated it via the Good Things Foundation, but Vodaphone , 3 , also via community hubs , food banks , charities. EE BT do similar to help data poverty .
