    @virginmedia been on the phone(150)for almost 30 minutes with a TV problem ( picture freezing intermittently). Went through usual ritual and the call centre have arranged a call back for tomorrow to see if problem still exists. It does. Sadly this is almost a monthly occurrence

    @virginmedia shocking customer service. Cut off parents box for no reason, taken a week to get anywhere. Passed about from person to person going through the same thing, 1 call lasted over an hour!

    @virginmedia Nothing in service status. This on a 1 Gbps connection hard wired. Last time something like this happened my then modem was declared obsolete, as the head-end had been upgraded without any considerations for existing customers’ modems.

    When you are web-chatting to the @virginmedia customer services team about wifi connectivity and their insightful questions are basically how do you connect to WiFi - well through the WiFi obviously!!! 1/2

    Just registered for 1GB internet (up and down) with phone for less than I’m paying @virginmedia for 200 MB. Not available yet but coming soon. Meanwhile @virginmedia still hassling me about equipment I sent back at the weekend. They took over a week to send me packaging.

    @virginmedia Thanks JGS. The appt date is only part of the issue as the call centre customer service is abismal with no explanation or offer of compensation for lost service. We pay a small fortune each month & have reported numerous issues with Internet connectivity & its only getting worse.

    8 yrs with @virginmedia -numerous internet problems & no actual working phone for over 6 of those yrs, we finally decide to leave. After 30 mins on hold we’re told it will take a further 1hr on hold to get to the cancellation dept who will then require 30 days notice 😡 #rubbish

    @virginmedia Yes, there's been a fault for 24 hours that your engineers are 'still working hard to correct'. Over 24 hours! Hopeless. Leaving @SkyUK was the worst decision ever.

    So cancel @virginmedia subscription August, pay credited Sept bill in October, only for them to take full DD today. Turns out “someone” cancelled the disconnect!! But no October bill!! Absolutely useless!

    @virginmedia m your customer service is a ******* joke. Internet supposed to be installed on the 10th November, put back to the 18th November. Then today, put back to the 30th December WITH NO EXPLANATION. And don’t even get me started on your hold music.

    @virginmedia such a bad experience with virgin had no internet for 26 days as virgin media was doing work in my area and they admitted i had no internet but still wont give me the 8.40 a day am due in compensation
