Virgin media is a joke these days. phone calls every day to try and upgrade my package even tho I tell them to stop calling. Moving house soon but will get sky after 10 years with virgin.

I was on a loop of nonsense via text messages for over a week. I resorted to calling again and selecting the option “thinking of leaving”, 10 mins later - problem solved. Terrible customer service.

Was probably one of the last customer on the phone last night & was 1st to be visited today at 8am. The tech changed the hub, did some things in the hub, don't think the speed is any better but haven't noticed any drop today (yet)

It took 50 minutes to even get past security checks they took so long. At 2023 I get put onto retentions team........
