Just registered for 1GB internet (up and down) with phone for less than I’m paying @virginmedia for 200 MB. Not available yet but coming soon. Meanwhile @virginmedia still hassling me about equipment I sent back at the weekend. They took over a week to send me packaging.

@virginmedia been on the phone(150)for almost 30 minutes with a TV problem ( picture freezing intermittently). Went through usual ritual and the call centre have arranged a call back for tomorrow to see if problem still exists. It does. Sadly this is almost a monthly occurrence

8 yrs with @virginmedia -numerous internet problems & no actual working phone for over 6 of those yrs, we finally decide to leave. After 30 mins on hold we’re told it will take a further 1hr on hold to get to the cancellation dept who will then require 30 days notice 😡 #rubbish

@virginmedia no callback after raising my complaint, to then be told I can’t change from the £27pm to the £29pm package I originally thought I’d purchased as I am now not a new customer and quoted me £59pm🙂plus installation fee 👍🏼..

@Ofcom are you investigating @virginmedia ? like many others I’ve spent hours on different occasions ringing to cancel and they cut you off (you get straight through to add a service). Via WhatsApp I’ve asked 25 times over 30 hours they still won’t let me leave..

@virginmedia Please read my previous tweets. I've called to cancel but your staff hung up me and now when you call you're told by the answerphone that they cannot deal with your request due to issues at Virgin. That's fine @virginmedia, i can deal with that myself and cancel my DD.
