  I've had rude calls with some staff, spent over £9 on calls to @TravelodgeUK to get this refunded for the charity, their customer service emailed saying that even though two of their staff & virgin media said I should get a refund that they are not going to refund. #badservice

  @virginmedia Nothing. The frustration is there’s no record of an outage yet I’m now told it will be 21st when that is fixed. At which point my issue is still going to exist and I’ll have to phone the awful call centre again to beg for an engineer.

  @virginmedia yes well after waiting in for five hours yesterday for an engineer to come I was just told it had been rearranged for the 28th. The great pity is they never informed me to find out if that was OK, such gross inefficiency abounds within your organisation.

  @virginmedia I tried to get help but didn’t get through to anyone just a text sent to my mobile telling me how to fix it but no joy. Checked the forums and turns out I’m not alone and the upgrade is rubbish so just stuck it in the cupboard.. hopeless!

  @virginmedia I still haven't forgiven @virginmedia for forcing me to update from my old box. Didn't send the correct kit to actually be able to install it, and then charged me for an enigineer to fix their problem. Now this nonsense

  @virginmedia Rubbish. No phone or internet last 5 days. Your team at CSD don’t even care, and was told if I want to switch I can switch providers or wait till VM fixes the issue, and that’s exactly what I did. Worst network provider by far.

  @virginmedia Usual rubbish service from Virgin 🙄. No internet, been on hold for 45 minutes with no voice update just some ear splitting ‘jazz’ repeating the same one track. How can a huge company continue to behave like this 🤨
