    Very unimpressed with @virginmedia #virginmedia , no surprise there it would appear. Sales pick up after one ring but when transferred to customer service currently on hold for 30 mins and counting. Each of those minutes brings me closer to wanting to cancel my subscription.

    @virginmedia lovely engineer today fixed everything. Your customer service had removed the wrong box and I’m now the proud owner of new V6 which actually plays Netflix! Took three weeks of my life but hey ho!

    @virginmedia I’ve got an engineer visit booked for Saturday as that’s all your website would let me do but it seems more likely it’s a network issue as the internet is fine between 9pm and 11am every day. It’s up and down the rest of the time. EH5 area.

    @virginmedia You are trying to say if I had of picked the standard option I wouldn’t of had any problems. Virgin media is a joke these days. phone calls every day to try and upgrade my package even tho I tell them to stop calling. Moving house soon but will get sky after 10 years with virgin.

    @virginmedia Hi- yes, just had a truly awful call so I raised a complaint, reference is C2312202125. Looks like a few more days of suffering with an unreliable internet system, with devices sometimes working other times not working.

    Anyone else having WiFi issues with @virginmedia done everything they suggest online and now been on hold for 20mins. Two days without wifi is far from ideal. Lucky it’s the weekend and I just want to watch Bridgerton and not trying to do more important things.

    @2wheels2dex @virginmedia No, as in the internet cuts off a lot. The reason I think it’s a MacBook problem is I’ve sat with both a laptop and a MacBook on zoom simultaneously, one has cut out repeatedly whilst the other’s been fine. Every MacBook (three) in the house has had the same problem.

    Bored of being fobbed off @bt_uk @OpenreachHelp No WiFi since December 18th, consistently promised fix dates and still no resolve. Escalated again today, no one will contact us till next week - promed today it would be fixed. If you're in Edinburgh just go with @virginmedia 😩

    @AldoScrim89 @virginmedia Virgin Media are arseholes - I cancelled my contract with them last week only for them to renew it again without my consent. Raised a complaint as this is, you know, illegal. Complaint so far has been ignored. Arseholes mate

    @virginmedia It was bad all the way through the undercard. It was not acceptable to charge for the bad picture. You are due a lot of people a refund.

    @virginmedia It’s the payment method not the logging in . I’m calling back the retentions team now as it’s just a joke that since the 22/05/22 I’m still dealing with the same issue that nobody is rectifying. I have literally had enough.

    @virginmedia I cancelled within the 60 day period where the cancellation would not include an 'early exit fee'. Talked to 2 different people and was assured my contract would cancel when it was due to expire on June 18th (it was an 18mth contract). Unhappy to say the least.

    So my broadband contract is up for renewal in November. I’m with Virgin Media. They’re good, tbh. Stable l, fast service. I’m going to cancel my home internet and see what SIM only deals I can get from them. (Currently on 10GB, unlimited calls and texts included in package).

    @virginmedia Thanks but I have had multiple private chats with your companys complaints whatsapp, which has taken hours of my time and resulted in nothing except for being told a pack of lies. I just want this fixed. Also your complaints team always say they are from billing and can’t help
