I phoned today about being overcharged obviously the call handler was so inept she cut me off rather than fix it. But she did get in the fact that this terrible service was going up by 20% next month.

You instead are always reactive when someone complains and slow to compensate for loss of service. Your frequency of drop outs in service are held as secretive.

Not gone through yet while they were out you came and drilled holes in their house and attached cable to the neighbours fence. Went when told to get off their property but you turned up again today.
