    @virginmedia Your online chat and bot is terrible. I want to reduce my package. First got chucked out during security. Then they couldn't help and put me through to relations but your bot thinks I have a mobile query. I'm trying not to phone as requested but this is unworkable.

    @virginmedia please can you advise if your customer service number is working. Very annoyed that when trying to cancel my contract with you I was put on hold and the person never came back to me after 45 minutes and the phone cut out. Now I can’t call back.

    @virginmedia You take subscription from all but your customer service is entirely geared toward the web savvy. There is zero service to anyone who isn’t comfortable navigating websites. I expect you have endless UX projects but you entirely ignore customers like my parents.

    Special award to @virginmedia for expecting me to borrow a phone from my neighbour during lockdown or buy one to analyse a fault with my phone line. Typical scripted response from the Indian call centre and to add insult to injury they cut the call! Awful service and company.
