@virginmedia hi TV box & Router switched off and rebooted minutes later, No broadband since. Got live TV but catch up etc not working. EH54 5HR. Used online help wasn't working, but is now saying network error. Can you confirm problem I've rebooted router etc. Thanks

@virginmedia can you please advise when you will have broadband available in Eh6, yesterday it went off at 10am for ‘improvements’… it should have been back at 6pm, yet it is still down as you now say ‘the issue is more complex’. This is day 2 where I unable to work from home

@Robwhitt07 @virginmedia I literally just moved back to Sky because virgin always went down, particularly during working hours and they never compensated me despite my requesting it. Sky has all the great shows unavailable everywhere else unless you're willing to pay. I say get rid!

@virginmedia Yes it just says there is s TV issue in the area and hope to have this resolved by 12 o clock today, but it's been saying that for almost 3 days now, the date and time keeps getting pushed back. It does say the broadband is ok, but no one can get on the wi-fi at all.

@virginmedia Well I asked for somebody to come home and check, but the lady on the phone said it’s the area problem, so they don’t want to send anybody. about the issue: 2 flashing green lights, reboot: no changes. The register voice and lady keep saying that is a complex problem of the area

@virginmedia Cheers NB - it's working now, but the service page last night said there were no known issues. However when I used the test hub function it said there was a known issue in my area and that it was being worked on, but no time estimates. But all fine now.

@virginmedia Hi, no others seem to be fine in the area and your checker shows no issues. I reset the broadband (turned off) for over an hour on Friday and reset a couple of times sunday but even this morning it would work for a few seconds then crash.
