We were £135 got them down to £84, they no longer have over seas advisors working for them there for taking ages to get thru . Keep trying good luck 😉

I phoned on a Tuesday late afternoon and they booked a call out for the Thursday PM. They arrived on time and fitted the new Hub. I had no issues.

Why can't they just cancel what you were sold, give you the compensation (which they are legally required to on Ofcom auto compensation anyway for lost connectivity) and fix your service urgently.
