Wanted me to crawl down on the floor and reach behind the cupboard to start unplugging and then plugging things back in again. Explained in the to her that I have arthritis in my spine as an elderly person and I’m result took a real battle to get them to send a Technician out - apart from anything else tiring having to navigate all the various menus to even get to speak to a human being.
