@virginmedia is there a problem with smtp server for Blueyonder. Trying to forward emails to someone through Android phone. Settings are correct but told can't send message. Last month I couldn't send emails with any attachments (under size limits)

FFS @virginmedia please sort out your customer service. After finally getting through to change my package, I was put on hold again and transferred to another department. I hung up after 1 hour on hold!!! Think I’ll just cancel and take my business elsewhere

@virginmedia Ridiculous that as a existing customer now out of contract that I cannot be offered the same monthly deal as new customers. My bill is to rise by £50 pcm which is not acceptable. I ask if I can take your Bigger tv bundle with sports as advertised for £72 and told no.

Trying to deal with @virginmedia on behalf of my Gran is one of the most frustrating things. All we want to do is downgrade her package and I've been passed to so many different people. I bet they would keep you on the phone if you wanted to cancel!
