@virginmedia Connection keeps cutting every 45 or so minutes. Receiving 0 to no network what so ever at any giving time. "Unstable network". Before you asked yes the router has been reset and tested multiple times. Turned off and on and yet still the same issue.

@virginmedia No, it's not fixed. Same thing happening now as it did yesterday. Alexa cannot connect to Internet, yet my phone can. Echo Dot has been checked and is fine so problem is with @virginmedia

So @virginmedia broadband and tv appears to be down (again) for hours and their webpage to check service status is offline. I’m currently having to connect my work laptop to my personal phone just to work. This is not good!

@virginmedia What is going on with your customer care(?) line? I call 789, I get an automated voice telling me that calls are not being connected to this number and I'm told to call 789 to speak to a member of the team, so i call 789, I get an automated voice.........!

@virginmedia The service checker tells me either nothing, or - as in the screenshot - something completely contradictory. There is no way to communicate with anyone and yet, strangely enough, you still charge me for a service which only works intermittently.

@virginmedia The checks tell me there are issues. regardless I don’t really care about wider issues in my area. I’ve been sent in a loop for the past month and it’s still broken, I’ve been paying for this time and not receiving a service - this is not the first time either @Ofcom

@virginmedia Thanks for the reply, it’s off more than it’s on these days and more annoyingly I pay extra for the extra speed. I’ve done all the turning on and turning off and reboots. There appears to be an issue in my area as it was the same last Friday.

@virginmedia I’ve had no service since Monday evening and have just got a text saying it won’t be fixed until the 24th. Over a week to fix a total loss of all services is shameful. I suspect the system that takes all my money each month wouldn’t be out of action for that long.
