@virginmedia I would just like an engineer to come to my house next Saturday as early as possible and fix my hub3 thanks as I know it is not working properly as when I try to connect my phone on wifi the is no network name like wm8763213 for example

Waiting on @YodelOnline to deliver our Virgin Media QuickStart kit, tried to DM them and had no response. Absolutely terrible service, can’t even speak to someone on the phone!

Processing in this case being passing information to Yahoo search, and as that is based on Bing, on to Microsoft

Funny how when I’ve been put through to cancellations at @virginmedia TWICE after holding for ages .. it doesn’t connect to anything ... hey, we are leaving, and have a new service booked in. No wifi again all day until tomorrow.. & paying 3 figures a month!! *nah *on hold again
