    @virginmedia It went off 4 days ago and no local issues. they tried to fix it over the phone however were unsuccessful. The problem is they could not proceed further until they spoke with my husband (in the house) which I said was not possible, they said there was nothing more they could do

    @virginmedia I submitted a complaint 10days ago using online form but I've not heard beyond the automated email. Your email says usually within 7days but upto28. I asked in the complaint that I be contacted via email to discuss as I could not get full complaint typed on my phone.

    Hey guys beware of @virginmedia if you have a mobile contract with them and cancel your DD and pay by card they will suspend your line until you reinstate the DD. My bills are up to date but my line is suspended. Also beware before taking out a contract with them. @Ofcom

    Isn’t it strange when the expert @virginmedia telesales centre disconnects when you tell them your 200mb connection is usually @ 10 . Suspect they don’t think you will “ upgrade “ to the even more expensive service
