@virginmedia Truly awful Internet service provided since I joined 18 months ago. Disconnects constantly, 20mb download speeds when I should be getting at least 200Mb. Home working becoming impossible due to constant outages. Old dial-up connection was better ☹

@Maiwand_A @virginmedia @CommunityFibre I left virgin to join community fibre, which ever ISP you're with there'll always be people who complain. Technical issues will unfortunately occur, eg damage caused by road works etc. My issue with virgin was stupidly expensive bills for a much slower service.

@virginmedia I'm not paying you for intermittent service , I'll I'm paying you to supply me with continuous stream of broadband or my money back ,don't dangle a carrot and say it's fixed when it's clearly not. I can't run my home on your intermittent/NO service.
