    Day ³ of no @virginmedia service & 2 engineers turn up. Not convinced as they are baffled how we got a cable to our house (it seems "you guys dug up the garden" is a mind blowing response) & while agreeing that @SGNgas messed the wires it seems "f**k knows" is all they can offer

    @virginmedia It’s not made me thought I want to cancel. I actually am. Sick fed up of your no broadband at weekends when I spend the most time at home. Get Richard Branson to fix the problem. I won’t be flying in one of aeroplanes either.

    @virginmedia Broadband. We're at 166 Buchanan Street. Office block in Glasgow City centre. Every business in the building that uses Virgin is affected. No broadband service.

    @virginmedia It's not a problem with my box, some sky channels have moved and the message is a VM generated one to inform people of that fact. It needs whoever generated the message to cancel it at VM.
