    @virginmedia I submitted a complaint 10days ago using online form but I've not heard beyond the automated email. Your email says usually within 7days but upto28. I asked in the complaint that I be contacted via email to discuss as I could not get full complaint typed on my phone.

    Hey guys beware of @virginmedia if you have a mobile contract with them and cancel your DD and pay by card they will suspend your line until you reinstate the DD. My bills are up to date but my line is suspended. Also beware before taking out a contract with them. @Ofcom

    @virginmedia I returned the super hub but took the V6 box to the new property and had that registered to the account that already existed there. I am now living with family who already had a virgin account. I’ve already explained this to customer service but keep getting emails!!

The work was done earlier than originally scheduled therefore causing the issue as everything hasn't been transferred to a new unit. We are now working closely with VM to rectify the issue.
