@virginmedia I didn’t create a post on the forum I looked on for advice but to be honest if you cannot get me the help I need to get started it doesn’t put much trust in you. I would then have to wait how long for a technician to come out for you to charge me for this service?

I rang @virginmedia who confirmed they do have a major problem with their servers and @twitter which will take another day (so four in total) to resolve. So why not put this message on your social platforms to save everyone time including your staff? "Media could not be loaded"

@virginmedia It's not an isolated issue, it's multiple times a week. The service website says all fine, yet loads of people on here are complaining at the same times as me. Paying for fibre optic and barely get 40mbs on a good day! We're switching today. Had enough of poor service.

@virginmedia I spend 2 hrs on the phone last night to be told 1) I need to cancel my contract !?! and 2) I will get a refund by cheque 45 days later! I say no i don't think so spend an hour waiting to talk to someone else who then cancels and said I can get my refund in 5 days!

@virginmedia Under what Customer Service standards is it acceptable to break an appointment then leave holding for AN HOUR when they call to find out why. Please do not hide behind the excuse that you are short staffed because of the pandemic- this is an insult.
