@virginmedia Just spent 90 min on the phone technician took 20 min to fix internet signal so will see how long that lasts he was very helpful then put me through to get a better deal on my package and was on hold for 70 min unbelievable and still no answer time to move on 😡

@virginmedia I don’t want to leave been a customer of Virgin media for 30 years, and I’m told my monthly data allowance is used when I connected to WiFi, customer service on 789 was insisting that was the the case , and on web chat exactly the same. What am I meant to do when nobody can help

PSA: it takes @virginmedia 4 months to change your bill after agreeing to reduce it due to bad customer service at which point they put it up. Save yourself some hassle and shout into a well once a month instead, it’ll cost you less.

@virginmedia my wife appears to be burning through her mobile data at an incredible rate, looking at her recent bill,huge amounts of data in the early hours of the morning despite being connected to WiFi. 6gb of data in less than a week, clearly that can’t be right. Help'

@virginmedia Wow , Virgin, just off the phone on 789, I’m astounded at what I was told , she said even if I’m connected to WiFi I still use my mobile monthly data, Jesus wept, I don’t know what to say about that , who can I speak too , I need help urgently.

I have email coms dated in 2017 when I last spoke with you about this problem and you apologised and reassured it was resolved. 5 years later I can see missed payments on my most recent credit file from virgin media/telecoms.

@virginmedia Yes certainly I was offered a package with virgin volt and have had no end of problems - my mum and dad had their package changed last weekend and have had no tv since - how many other long standing customers of 20+ years are getting this poor service
