@virginmedia Well yes it have did the test on my virgin media app why can’t virgin media put a notice or send a notice on this app to tell us network problems in certain areas and also this twitter page why cant it be updated with area out of service terrible 😡

@virginmedia Rebooting and factory resetting doesn’t help, unfortunately. I switch the hub to modem mode, the light goes purple like it should, connect the other router but this then shows no internet

@virginmedia My Internet connection has been buffering since last week it came back on this morning then just 10 minutes ago went back off I turned the router on and off and it seems fine but it is really annoying so I would like to know if they are problems in my area 28

@virginmedia @ycruiselesley It seems there is cynical removal of channels and an increase in monthly costs at the same time. This coupled with the exorbitant costs of the helpline add up to very poor value for money

Day ³ of no @virginmedia service & 2 engineers turn up. Not convinced as they are baffled how we got a cable to our house (it seems "you guys dug up the garden" is a mind blowing response) & while agreeing that @SGNgas messed the wires it seems "f**k knows" is all they can offer

@virginmedia Hi there. Since signing up for virgin media I have had very poor WiFi service. Connection dropping a lot. A resolution for this is using the super hub 3 in modem mode and connecting another router, but I’m having a lot of issues doing this

@virginmedia It’s not made me thought I want to cancel. I actually am. Sick fed up of your no broadband at weekends when I spend the most time at home. Get Richard Branson to fix the problem. I won’t be flying in one of aeroplanes either.

@virginmedia This is a premium no will cost more than monthly saving, looking onto this it would appear lots of customers have same issue, I was totally mislead by your staff as told them I wanted same channels would rather take this forward with a written complaint please advise how

@virginhelp @virginmedia I have been reaching out to you to cancel my virgin broadband order which I received yesterday which has not yet been activated yet. No one is ready to help to get it cancelled instead asking for a disconnection fee for service which I don't even have!

@virginmedia No not sure if they are still coming . Guessing not, as its dark out. It's been a month now. @virginmedia not fix both Internet and tv, it unacceptable. I said give to the end of the week moving on to Sky. Engineers keep getting booked , either can't fix it or don't turn up

@estherbeadle @virginmedia My wife had an appalling experience from @virginmedia related to bereavement and I can bet I know the type of maddening, inhumane, illogical calls you've had to endure. More generally I've only had shockingly bad customer experience from them

@virginmedia I did both. Tried. Same. Then I did a power off of the hub for a minute, turned on. Left it. Orange light still but seems to be working now. On my phone at least. Will try connecting other devices and see how we go. Cheers for the help
