Mind I can’t use most of these support things cause I was never sent my customer number or contract information. This does also make it so I’m unable to cancel my contract @Ofcom

I’ve been stuck with an exorbitantly priced rolling contract because I plan to move house soon and have no idea if wherever I move to will have VM cable in the street.
