    @virginmedia It's not an area issue; you prematurely closed my account on the wrong date as I'm moving house and the team members handling the cancellation put the wrong date in. I phoned customer service yesterday morning and was able to be reconnected, it's fixed now.

    @virginmedia considering I had at least one full day of the TiVo box constantly rebooting and making tv unwatchable, why have you charged me for a full months service? Had enough of a half arsed service and you taking existing customers like me for granted

    @virginmedia I had to pay 2 callout charges for an alarm and cameras to be fitted but as the install was not done they had to cancel also 2 lots of £30 for data for a pay as you go sim card via EE so a temporary camera can be used this was explained to virgin

    @virginmedia I don’t get why a reason can’t be given. People rely on the internet to be able to work, just being given a rough estimate of when it’ll be back without any reason why it’s down isn’t helpful. If people knew why, they’d far more appreciate the clarity, than being left in the dark
