@virginmedia Broadband service becoming a complete joke. Cutting out all the time. Impossible to get any work done. £100 a month 🤬

  • Gordon_Keenan Gordon Keenan 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿 (@Gordon_Keenan) reported from Glasgow, Scotland

@ramfrancisuk @robmckenzieuk @virginmedia Well this is a new business install... The lack of why there is a problem is the infuriating part. More so, I've taken two days out of my holiday to be there for their install engineers.

  • Gordon_Keenan Gordon Keenan 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿 (@Gordon_Keenan) reported from Glasgow, Scotland

@ramfrancisuk @robmckenzieuk @virginmedia Even posting online, you get nothing back from them, unlike many other companies whose customer care team swoop in and help. Off this is the way the business users are handled....

  • Markobhoy Marko (@Markobhoy) reported from East Kilbride, Scotland

@virginmedia Yeah, scanning fine. Showing a strong signal throughout the house. Must mean VM are choking the bandwidth.

  • kingkong1888 Johnny bhoy (@kingkong1888) reported from Cambuslang, Scotland

@virginmedia sort yourself out ffs...over £100 a month yet it's gone down twice in the space of a week.. #virginmediajoke

  • Markobhoy Marko (@Markobhoy) reported from East Kilbride, Scotland

@terrychristian @SkyHelpTeam It is a pain in the arse, to be fair. We find Virgin seem to strangle bandwidth and slow the network down massively. Two sons, one on a PS4, other on an X Box. Causes major grief. Had Sky before with no issue, yet @virginmedia seems much worse. 😳

  • graemeT2010 graeme Tannahill (@graemeT2010) reported from Glasgow, Scotland

@virginmedia help please I tweet in twice now REPLY

  • Gordon_Keenan Gordon Keenan 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿 (@Gordon_Keenan) reported from Glasgow, Scotland

@virginmedia This is a new installation, and I was told the thing would be operation on Monday 10th after cable installed. I was then told, there is a system problem with Virgin… so I’m a week down the road and no further forward.. Frustrating with no details on why this is happening to me.

  • Gordon_Keenan Gordon Keenan 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿 (@Gordon_Keenan) reported from Glasgow, Scotland

@ramfrancisuk @virginmedia That’s what I am thinking… they are placing a business package in a residential area… I’m giving them the option to just cancel everything and let me move on… but we’ll see what unfolds…

  • debsakawifey debbie kelly (@debsakawifey) reported from Glasgow, Scotland

@richardbranson Mr Branson, I pay for your virgin media services every month without fail, twice this month I have been without tv and wifi for more than 6hrs, this year alone it has went down on more than 3 occasions sort your company out, your quick to take the money from us

  • Gordon_Keenan Gordon Keenan 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿 (@Gordon_Keenan) reported from Glasgow, Scotland

@ramfrancisuk I’m told there is a fault….. but no idea what type of fault….. Oh well, back to work today after 2 weeks off, crap weather throughout, now got a cracked wisdom tooth I think, and no update from @virginmedia on my business install… I’ll change my name to MARVIN I think…

  • Gordon_Keenan Gordon Keenan 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿 (@Gordon_Keenan) reported from Glasgow, Scotland

@vmbusinesshelp @virginmedia New cable installed on Monday, still no service. Being told that they checked this with the internal team and advised that the national hit issue is still outstanding… I am seriously considering cancelling before this becomes even worse!!

  • AMontguire Andrew Montguire (@AMontguire) reported from Glasgow, Scotland

@virginmedia Since changing to virgin Iv had problem after problem No tv services no WiFi 😂😂 I don’t know why I changed in the first place better of give £60 per month to a good cause instead !

  • cmuir1611 Chrisy (@cmuir1611) reported from Kirkintilloch, Scotland

@MarcJWallace @virginmedia Aye it's stupid how it ends up being such a simple thing in the end. :@(8) is an understatement

  • Gordon_Keenan Gordon Keenan 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿 (@Gordon_Keenan) reported from Glasgow, Scotland

@ramfrancisuk @virginmedia It's the completed lack of information that starts to irritate me. If they expect me to pay £61 a month and out of that month not get 100% service then I'll not be happy in any shape or form.

the absolute CHEEK of @virginmedia to put their prices up when their service is worse than ever!! how can you justify almost £100 a month when your internet is so shoddy, our mobiles have been connected to data, not your wifi, for most the month.

  • Amber_Katrinaa Katrina (@Amber_Katrinaa) reported

@virginmedia Yes but its for Monday which is ridiculous! My household is full of people that use computers and phones daily. It just changed to "Connection without internet" suddenly late last night with no problems throughout the day.

  • goodwin859 Lisa Goodwin (@goodwin859) reported

@virginmedia Virgin mobile was partnered with EE Perfect now with O2 pointless having a phone. No or little signal can I leave to back to EE without fines still have a year to go 😩

  • Adeolu_98 AO (@Adeolu_98) reported

@virginmedia this problem is still going on, have had no internet for over 12 hours now. Can I please have an update about what is being done to fix this problem ?

  • katan_hirachand Katan Hirachand (@katan_hirachand) reported

@virginmedia Worth you taking a look at the log of events. I work in a customer facing role and the lack of implementation on agreed follow-ups is staggering. Your staff's feet would not touch the ground in most organisations. Lack of senior management intervention too...the list goes on.

  • SenorNicee Mr.Nice (@SenorNicee) reported

@virginmedia no Internet again?? honestly worst Internet provider I've had, constantly going down, had no TV or Internet since yesterday afternoon

  • BillGlassup Bill Glassup (@BillGlassup) reported

  • cara_sp Cara Sly (@cara_sp) reported

@virginmedia hi, I have no tv, internet or phone in EN5… your service status page isn’t working and the automated phone system just says my connection is offline

  • CallumJW1993 Callum Williamson (@CallumJW1993) reported

@virginmedia Internet down since at least 6am in Dunfermline, cables fine, service checker is showing no problems in area. Showing "No RF signal detected" in hub page. Worked perfectly all last night.

  • AshMoore_ Ashley Moore (@AshMoore_) reported

@virginmedia @Ofcom is there anything i can do here? I've been told I can't even get compensation, as i would need to have had a "full blackout" of all services for that to happen? given the fact that I'm paying £45 a month, and not having a reliable connection for over 2 days would qualify?
