    @virginmedia It says there are no problems in my area!what does it take to actually speak to someone, or get a technician out to check where fault is originating from!it’s absolutely shocking!Ive worked in customer service for a good many years, and never experienced such awful service!

    @virginmedia Absolute shambles of a company with absolute zero customer care. Phone up and agree a contract only to get something totally different phone to complain they tell you the phones getting cut off, the goalposts get moved continuously, communication atrocious. AVOID!!!

    @virginmedia I have been waiting since Thursday for a representative to get in touch why? @Ofcom service been disconnected for nearly two weeks. Impossible to speak with anyone from Virgin Media 😡😡😡

    @virginmedia No, it's not fixed. Same thing happening now as it did yesterday. Alexa cannot connect to Internet, yet my phone can. Echo Dot has been checked and is fine so problem is with @virginmedia

    Hey @virginmedia, can you help please? I’ve never plugged a landline phone to my router since becoming a customer. (I never needed one til now). So I just took the voip/landline adapter out the box and it’s broken. How do I get a new one so that I can plug in a landline? Thanks.

    @PeteUK7 @virginmedia I transferred my mothers account into my name after she passed a few months ago, it all seemed to work but now when I try and login they want my fathers password..who passed away 8 years ago and refuse to let me in without it.. Their account system is awful and they don't care.

    Moving house next week, so in the process of sorting TV/broadband. Sky prices have long gone through the roof. Is Virgin Media a decent alternative? Had their broadband before (very good) but never TV.

    @PeteUK7 @virginmedia Awful. When my Nan died Barclaycard wrote and said she had to pay her bill. I'd already told them she'd died, but rang them again only to be told "we still need to speak to her". I replied "well you'd better know a good Medium because her ashes are in my hallway". Utter idiocy.

    @virginmedia @JamieGBarry @virginmedia This really is a terrible response. The price goes up because the price goes up. Seriously? We were with you for years, but got sick of the constant increases and the depressingly asymmetric customer interface... trivial to move to a higher cost contract, but reducing the cost involves sitting on hold then speaking to an overseas call centre. This business model screams desperation. It's customer hostile. Please, wake up and pack it in. We're now with Toob, £29/mo for 900M+ fibre. We ported our phone number to a VoIP service for about £2.99/mo and don't miss the ad-stuffed cable TV channels at all.

    @virginmedia First question - have you checked the cables. Explained a factory reset didn't solve my problem. Still telling me to turn it off again. Considering this whole issue started 13/6 and this was the solution to that problem, they have just sent me another faulty box.
