    @virginmedia Yes it said there was an issue and a technician would fix it at 3 separate times yesterday and it’s still not fixed today. This happens a lot yet we still pay our full bill, it’s not ideal.

    @virginmedia is their something wrong with the virgin phone line I connect through my hub and it’s a bad line I have reset my hub 3 times checked both handsets and still cracking down phone line

    @virginmedia has packed in 3 hours before the @ManUtd game tonight. They say they have identified the problem and engineers are working on it anticipating having service back by 9.30!!! To stop a riot it better be fixed sooner @UnitedStandMUFC

    @virginmedia usually singing your praises however your safeguarding policy for customers who are older people needs refinement. Sales teams not speaking to customer service has caused me and my parent great upset. Please look into training for all your sales staff please.

    Good old @virginmedia happily enjoying the football on BT on my iPad when your crappy app decides to freeze then kick me out and refuse to recognise my login. Dreadful bit of kit, never works properly.

    @virginmedia in Sept I had 21 days of outages to my (supposedly) high speed fibre broadband! I’ve just learnt that there is again an outage all this week. It’s unacceptable. Pls can someone contact me to discuss as I’ll be taking this to OFCOM if it continues like this.

    @virginmedia trying to renew my broadband contract with your non-existent customer services. Initially offered 18mnth/M250 for £24.75, I accepted. Since had 2 separate contracts through for £32 + £50. Customer service now saying they can't honour £24.75 quote! HELP THIS IS A SCAM

    @virginmedia Took over an hour to get through to pre installations again. Looks like the guy yesterday didn’t reprocess it properly again for Thursday delivery so are doing it again now. Been speaking to the lady for an hour who is trying her best - but just getting system errors repeatedly

    @virginmedia Your wi-fi is absolutely awful it’s been off since 11pm last night! i’ve had to upgrade to a hub 5 and the wi-fi is still Crap i can’t believe your charging me £40 or so a month for crap mcdonald’s wi-fi.
