    The @BBCiPlayer on @virginmedia is absolutely useless. So unresponsive and slow. The sport is finished by the time it eventually loads.

    @virginmedia No 4HD as stated, never mentioned BBC, Started asking for a pin number half way through a show. Then stated FourHD not available on Virgin. Working now however.

    @virginmedia We can’t call out now or receive calls with home phone; we have no dialling tone; issue with phone since Thursday; no local issues when ‘test’ is run which is obviously wrong.

    @virginmedia probably the worst company for customer service, after spending 1 hour 25 min on the phone to order 2 new v6 boxes -3days later only 1 arrives. Just off the phone again after another 20 min to hopefully get another box. Sort it out Virgin!!

    @virginmedia not satisfied of the service I received when trying to collect item at a newsagent shop. N when speaken to owner he spat at me twice. Also refuse to say he had item when he did.Was going to call police for theft. Also name of shop has been changed.Pathetic service

    @virginmedia It went off 4 days ago and no local issues. they tried to fix it over the phone however were unsuccessful. The problem is they could not proceed further until they spoke with my husband (in the house) which I said was not possible, they said there was nothing more they could do

    @virginmedia Mobile data at speeds below 1mb/s for last 3 days - customer service not available for help, tried online chat and kept waiting for 30 mins w/o response - funny enough for an upgrade someone was online straight away... still no internet or solution.

    @virginmedia Have tried both, pretty much same result. Have completed all the trouble shooting steps multiple times, it is definitely a VM network issue, not internal, as there are occasional points in the middle of night when speeds are ok.

    @virginmedia You see a chat based customer service portal allows both parties to see a log of communications, is not a drain on anyones time and is often an easier conversation than a phone call. Everyone wins.
