@virginmedia after 4 weeks of trying and hours wasted eventually got through to a human. After problem analysis he announced “our systems are down, please call back after 4 hours”,I asked him to call me back,our system cant do that,really? Worst customer service - bye Virgin. 👋

@michaelt1967 @virginmedia We gave up, constant hassle with poor virgin wifi... fitted Nest wifi and turned our virgin Hub to Modem mode. Everything is brilliant now.

@virginmedia I advised the agent when going through with yourselves I will require a fresh connection to my home due to the work carried out. Engineer came two days ago and left 5 mins after due to not having the correct tools to complete the job. It is Adamant I have this issue sorted ASAP

Hey @virginmedia Been trying to book an engineer since 10am to come and sort a signal issue with my Broadband. Been cut off FOUR times and each person I’ve spoken to all contradicted each other and essentially had zero clue what they were talking about. Absolute shambles!
