@virginmedia probably the worst company for customer service, after spending 1 hour 25 min on the phone to order 2 new v6 boxes -3days later only 1 arrives. Just off the phone again after another 20 min to hopefully get another box. Sort it out Virgin!!

@virginmedia It's not a servicing issue. If you look at my twitter feed or my account, you will see that some numpty in your company turned our Internet off three weeks before it was scheduled. We have been without Internet for 5 ******* DAYS! Sort it out.

@virginmedia not satisfied of the service I received when trying to collect item at a newsagent shop. N when speaken to owner he spat at me twice. Also refuse to say he had item when he did.Was going to call police for theft. Also name of shop has been changed.Pathetic service

@virginmedia The broadband box was erected against my fence surrounding my back garden, making it easy for intruders to climb over, Virgin media have said that the box could have been placed at my front garden, where it would not have created a problem, but the manager did not come back to me

@virginmedia my wifi has been terrible for weeks now. Constantly having to use my mobile data when not near my hub. Tried contacting various times. And when I did get through. Language barrier was a problem. And my problem was never resolved. Customer service is a joke!!!

@virginmedia Loss of signal anywhere in my home. Only get connection in my living room where the hub is. Connection drops constantly. I had the WiFi boosters which helped. They don’t turn on now. I called to tell them this. Said they would call back after checks. This ever happened.

@virginmedia Tbh it’s nothing to do with cables etc they are all good it is the service that drops totally or drops to sub 5Mb rendering viewing hard - it is what it is and I’m resigned to it being a ‘unintended consequence’ of being a VM customer - the others must be the same?

@virginmedia It's new years day tommorow so nothing will happen then either. I've also had to use my mobile for the call this morning which was over an hour. I'll be expecting some sort of Compensation for my loss of service and phone call. I have the contract which has clearly been broken.
