@michaelt1967 @virginmedia We gave up, constant hassle with poor virgin wifi... fitted Nest wifi and turned our virgin Hub to Modem mode. Everything is brilliant now.

@virginmedia after 4 weeks of trying and hours wasted eventually got through to a human. After problem analysis he announced “our systems are down, please call back after 4 hours”,I asked him to call me back,our system cant do that,really? Worst customer service - bye Virgin. 👋

@virginmedia Hi I’m quite frankly sick of paying out the arse for your service and my internet cutting out CONSTANTLY! Done all the necessary tests as suggested online and it’s still doing it! Can’t even get through to anyone on the phone as it’s all automated and sends me round in circles!

@virginmedia I call the customer help line and it just tells me to go on the website and do the tests and I have done them all already including a reset. My internet cuts off no joke about 15 times a day! How am I suppose to work from home when it does that all the time?!

Tearing my hair out with @virginmedia They make it impossible to leave! No way to do it online (Is this the only company in the world that won't let you cancel online? Then tells you it might take them an hour to answer the phone (once you've connected and paying for the call!)

@virginmedia Has since been fixed presumably by something done your end yesterday. I also asked about this in VM Community Forum. From replies it seems quite a few others had same problem - & also found it fixed around same time. Can someone in VM advise what the issue was & what fixed it?
