    @virginmedia Not sure. Spoke to an advisor but have very little faith that the issue is resolved. No confirmation in regards to the compliant and no apology offered. Asked to speak to a manager and was told this wasn’t possible.

    Complaint raised with @virginmedia on the 17th of December when my bill was produced (for more than double what it should be) and still haven’t heard anything yet they managed to take the incorrect payment. Shocking service.

    @virginmedia He has been cut off because of an outstanding payment which he does not owe and should have been removed. I’ve had to phone so many times and it hasn’t been fixed. I was told there would be no more issues now he’s been cut off!!!

    @virginmedia Yes there was a refund put through on Monday to clear it as it was your error charging him for full price when he had a deal! It shouldn’t take 4 days to push a button. I’m going to make another complaint. The upset your company has caused it ridiculous.

    @virginmedia I’m through to someone now. But we’re definitely cancelling. The service on this matter has been severely lacking since set up in September and to be frank we can get him a better package with Sky.

    @virginmedia I have been trying for a week to speak to a person on your helpline. Every time you keep referring me to the website and then cut me off. Restart, check cables doesn’t fix fault. My TiVo is not working, how can I speak to a person?

    Yet again @virginmedia is down in SW17. Status page claims it’ll be fixed by mid-evening. Is this going to keep happening as it’s been on and off for nearly 2 weeks now? Considering the cost it’s not exactly great service.

    @VirginMediaIE Customer for 8 yrs... Am paying 104 p.m for 500mb broadband & TV... already outrageously expensive... deal last yr 52eur p.m 6 mths / 104 p.m 6mths... call & am offered 90eur off 104 p.m to renew for 12 mths. An insult. I will be moving ASAP. #VirginMedia

    @virginmedia I got a phone call from you with deals and offers of a new contract because my current one is ending. The signal cut out and no one called me back. I have since tried to speak to someone on the live chat but nothing happens when I click chat now and I get 404 errors

    @virginmedia no, residential account and there is no issue, the outage has been sorted but it does prove the text is from Virgin officially.
