    @virginmedia online chat !!! What a joke. Waited an hour to chat to someone, “reset your router to factory settings so we can resolve your issue” done that, now having to wait again for advisor. I’m guessing another hour. 😡😡😡😡

    Good old @virginmedia happily enjoying the football on BT on my iPad when your crappy app decides to freeze then kick me out and refuse to recognise my login. Dreadful bit of kit, never works properly.

    @virginmedia is their something wrong with the virgin phone line I connect through my hub and it’s a bad line I have reset my hub 3 times checked both handsets and still cracking down phone line

    Internet down AGAIN! Can't be over loaded with people at 1am in the morning! Virgin Media are an absolute scam. We pay a lot of money for fast internet and it's just consistently terrible.

    @virginmedia Yes it said there was an issue and a technician would fix it at 3 separate times yesterday and it’s still not fixed today. This happens a lot yet we still pay our full bill, it’s not ideal.

    @virginmedia your customer service is awful. Was put on hold for 40 minutes to then be hung up on. I tried the online messaging system which told me I had to call up for my issue. So now I have to sit on hold again to probably be cut off.

    @virginmedia I phoned to cancel my contract. Constantly have connection issues affecting both TV and WiFi and therefore have decided to change. Queued, transferred then cut off twice being transferred again to sales! I'd like confirmation that our notice had been logged please.
