@virginmedia How can I phone 151 when my phone line isn’t working! And yes, I’ve dialled the 0345 number on many occasions yet still can’t speak to anyone!!no doubt I will hear from you when I cancel my direct debit and move to another supplier!

Never ever going with Virgin Media again. Internet has been down for nearly 24 hrs, and it's been down nearly everyday for at least 1-5 hours over the course of the last week or two.

@virginmedia 18 hours after first issue virgin still does not know root cause? I wonder if all they do is as they love to advise, just turn it off and turn it on again. Hey presto it works until it doesn’t again.

@virginmedia Called Virgin tech support twice today, kept on hold for 20-30 minutes both times and got cut off twice! Never managed to speak to anyone. Business internet still not working properly when I left work this eve. Thank god we just signed to move to BT a couple of weeks ago!
