@virginmedia this has got to be THE WORST service in the whole world. Been a virgin customer for years and years then when you bill goes up and you phone you get a good deal... promised a deal. Sitting all day waiting for instalment to phone to be told it was rejected!

@virginmedia It's not an area issue; you prematurely closed my account on the wrong date as I'm moving house and the team members handling the cancellation put the wrong date in. I phoned customer service yesterday morning and was able to be reconnected, it's fixed now.

@virginmedia Yeah, spoke to them briefly. Waited 75 MINUTES. Your rep admitted the fault. Said he was outing me on ‘silent hold’ for 2 minutes then 20 MINUTES later the line went dead. Absolute joke. Shambles of a customer service. Apparently that is quite common.

@virginmedia I had to hang up, the accumulative time now is 7-8 hours on the phone and still no further forward. It simply is not good enough, and no one takes responsibility at all to try and get resolution!!!

@virginmedia We have issues EVERY day. I gave up trying to get the live streaming event (that I'd paid £11 for) to work on either of two TVs. We've had a replacement Superhub already. It has the same issues. They're just unreliable kit.

@virginmedia Completed installation after moving house, ordered on 26.11.20, moved in on 11.12.20 with virgin engineer attending and ordered Repull’ as no signal - ordered for 16.01.20 and then rescheduled for 18.01.20! On numerous occasions this has been promised earlier #keyworker #nhs
