My @virginmedia internet service is now down for the third consecutive day in Glasgow and yet again I’m having to tether to my phone’s data to be able to work from home. This is woeful service when so many are working from home relying on their internet - get it sorted!!!

@virginmedia I have tried to get hold of you 3x this week. On hold for 1hr+ every time. Tried to resolve issues via the website 2x (hasn’t worked). Yet to speak to someone. Called your sales team and the call was answered immediately. I know why, but how is that good enough?
