Missus been on fone for over half an hour to cancel our @virginmedia subscription but person couldnt help n pit us thru to someone else so been on hold for another 15 mins... hey @richardbranson aint ur pockets fat enough... disgraceful 😡😡😡

@virginmedia The forums are no use. MyVirginMedia detects there is still an issue and a technician is required. Earliest appointment is Saturday morning which would mean a full week of no broadband 🙃 I would expect the compensation to kick in at this point as its over 2 days, correct?
