@virginmedia The checks tell me there are issues. regardless I don’t really care about wider issues in my area. I’ve been sent in a loop for the past month and it’s still broken, I’ve been paying for this time and not receiving a service - this is not the first time either @Ofcom

@virginmedia Yeah, I’ve already done this. I had a guy sent out to take a look and he just left without fixing it. Mind I can’t use most of these support things cause I was never sent my customer number or contract information. This does also make it so I’m unable to cancel my contract @Ofcom

@virginmedia The service checker tells me either nothing, or - as in the screenshot - something completely contradictory. There is no way to communicate with anyone and yet, strangely enough, you still charge me for a service which only works intermittently.

@virginmedia Yes I logged on, ran the tests, switched TiVo off. Waited. Ran tests again. My TV is working. All was working when I went to bed last night. It's not worked since I switched on this morning. And WiFi shows medium signal even though I'm 2m from the hub in the same room.
