@virginmedia After my repeated calls and issues I won’t believe it unless I see it. I haven’t directly spoken to a manager but last time it was apparently approved by a manager and out through while I was on the line. I won’t make anymore calls about this as it’s pointless. I’ll DM my details

@virginmedia As previous post doest justify a double inflation price increase of 25%. If like me customers workout increase & also not honouring price guarantee Virgin Media could loose a number of customers before May 2023 (10th April 2023 opportunity to cancel contract & go with another)
