@virginmedia It only happens with this channel, it doesn't happen with any other channel. The issue also affects a friend of mine that lives in Birmingham, so suggests an issue with the source. I have rebooted, same issue.

@virginmedia I tried to sign with you but apparently the extra 300/400 metres was too much effort for the workers. so one block up my mum has fibre optic best broadband with you guys. But yeah no fibre optic just down the road.. Summerston area, around the schools. John Paul academy.

@virginmedia No t.v or internet, V6 box gives error code C233 even though it says its connected to my wifi with a signal strength of 100%. Wifi light is solid green on the hub and stasis bar flashing green, any suggestions, tried rebooting both already

12:10 last night @virginmedia business broadband down again. Another modem reset this morning to sort. There had not been one week of stability with this garbage business service. Utter garbage is of course bring polite. #releasemeftomthiscontract

@virginmedia Thanks for the link - no problems shown! Customer service advise that there is a problem for 25 or so connections in my area. It's frustrating. Especially when I'm told that Virgin Media do NOT guarantee upload speeds! I'm not interested in guarantees - I want the problem fixed!

Had nothing but problems from @virginmedia over the last year or so. Regular internet dropouts that last several hours. Phoned Virgin and was told it was a congestion problem which wouldn’t get fixed unless enough people in the same area complained. Seriously considering leaving.

@Richard_MMM @virginmedia @ntlworld Hi Richard, I had to contact Virgin and managed to speak to a human in India. She unlocked my email. It seems that someone had made multiple attempts to access my email account. The only way to fix the problem is to speak to Virgin, not one of their bots! Good luck.

@virginmedia The link just takes me in a loop of potential issues which i've done. I've called the number and it says no known issues in my area. The text i got said there was planned downtime but i didn't get details on how long for which is what i'm trying to find out.
