@virginmedia As with many in West Central Scotland, my Internet is down. I have tried turning the router on and off shark, but to no avail. What's bothering me most is that Virgin Media are refusing to acknowledge what must be a huge outage. I'm in the PA2 area.

@virginmedia I called within 30 days to cancel bc of move and still charged. Had to call AGAIN and told money to be within 14 days - Sept 2 mons after last bill was supposed to be. Plus no service in our area for days. Billing error on their end plus outage
