    My @virginmedia internet service is now down for the third consecutive day in Glasgow and yet again I’m having to tether to my phone’s data to be able to work from home. This is woeful service when so many are working from home relying on their internet - get it sorted!!!

    It appears @virginmedia can't communicate with it's customers. Perhaps @Ofcom and @BBCWatchdog would like to investigate how their inability to provide customer service is affecting customers ability to work during a pandemic.

    @virginmedia BT Sport Extra channels are not loading. Blackpool are hardly ever on and now it won’t let me watch. On 360 box, which is a massive downgrade from the TiVo. Currently on hold for your technical support too. Very poor service.

    @virginmedia So I phoned the customer service and they told me this will take 24hours, then blind transfer to someone else who said it'll be 1pm, we are now at 4pm and someone just said 48 hours. I've said you've cut my services off despite me asking for the home move not to be..

    @TheFlyingKipper @virginmedia Yes, that's definitely damaged. We test every single unit after assembly so it must have happened in transit. I'm really sorry about that. :-( The support team will arrange a replacement for you!
