    @joelycett Used the text chat service of @virginmedia once. Response after 3 days waiting was to call their helpline. Only got through on the 4th attempt on the helpline, after first 3 attempts disconnected after an hour on hold. 😁😅

    @virginmedia Just spent 90 min on the phone technician took 20 min to fix internet signal so will see how long that lasts he was very helpful then put me through to get a better deal on my package and was on hold for 70 min unbelievable and still no answer time to move on 😡

    @virginmedia And I have already used the scanning service about 6 weeks or so ago . TV is directly wored to router and has no broad band connection either

    @virginmedia been trying for 9 weeks to fix our wifi house acc. 7 phone calls an email,nothing has been done except yesterday a staff member cancelled our wifi which we need for work. I’ve been hung up on twice yesterday and got passed on 4 times. Appalling service

    @virginmedia please explain why we are into our third week of intermittent outage? You confirm its fixed at 6pm every day - yet we have the same problems in the area the next day. When we complain were told to troubleshoot - its an area outage not our equipment! WFH issues!
