    @virginmedia as a 25 year plus customer I’m shocked by your behaviour. I got £4.50 increase notified mid jan and called virgin. I was given automated option that said no increase (your system). Now virgin say no record and have introduced increase 😡. Shameful

    @virginmedia Made numerous complaints since last Friday. They are not being resolved. Mis sold the product by agents. Account not been created correctly, wrong hub has been installed. Engineer did not install at point requested and WiFi extenders not provided. Super bad service

    So ever since I told @Plusnet I was moving to @virginmedia due to terrible speeds provided in my area against Virgins 1Gig my internet speed has been throttled that it’s barely useable. Only a week to go of the worst service. #broadband #dontsettle

    Time to go to @ofcom regarding @virginmedia . Got a deal then they put a price increase in. This never happened before when agreeing a price for a contract term. I will escalate this.

    @virginhelp I’ve been a virgin media customer for 25 years and am raging after receiving a massive hike in my monthly payments. My contract comes to an end and I’m minded to move. Can you call to discuss or provide complaints number.

    @virginmedia I’m paying for 200mbps and sometimes I achieve that, like now, but I still can’t watch @BBCiPlayer without constant buffering. This “local” issue was supposed to be sorted. Seriously considering other options to watch @BBCMOTD

    @virginmedia I’ve done all that and it always says “no issues” but often when you get through on the phone you’re told there are and engineers are working on it. I’m just fed up of having to go through all the tests and restarts every time I want to record something or watch catch-up tv

    @virginmedia Well you better sort it out before you lose more long serving customers. Had same issues last year, and now customer service arguing with me re my contract term when I have in black and white! DO NOT GO WITH THIS COMPANY, too big for their boots, don't care about the customers!

    @virginmedia Did not think you would. This is the issue promised loads of call backs with your call centre and never happens. The customer service is shocking. In this day in age and a company your size can’t call a customer to resolve this issue. I hope future customers see this. Unreal!!!!

    @virginmedia If this isn't sorted out today, I think I'm going to have it to take it to the financial ombudsman as this is an awful way to treat a customer who paid their full contract and no one is trying to get it resolved with any urgency!
