@virginmedia Sorry, I can say for certain regarding wired as I don’t have an ethernet cable to test but wireless is constantly down - usually a few times a day signal completely stops.

@virginmedia Yes. I was assured that it would be fixed by 9.20 this morning after dealing with support from abroad that took 20 mins. Tried again 7 hours later and same result.

@virginmedia We don’t have a home phone hooked up. So If I phone, I’ll be charged on my mobile. Can I please have the contact details of the complaints department. It’s unacceptable that Virgin thinks its okay to let their customers go without service for several hours.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced @virginmedia as a customer for 20 years I have never been treated so bad in all my life, would think twice if you are a customer of Virgin Media and switch to someone else 😡😡

10 years a customer of @virginmedia and they just tell you that if you want to reduce your bill to a reasonable amount you can’t and their first offer is to disconnect you... which takes 30 days. Looking forward to something new with @SkyUK or @bt_uk now. #Shambles

Just had an extremely frustrating experience trying to cancel broadband from @virginmedia. The transfer from Retentions to Cancellations kept failing so had to call back and give details over again. Once through it took over 20 minutes repeating I wanted to cancel. Never again.

@MW1CGG @alexbloor @pythag_mjw That's assuming that Virgin Media's mandatory CPE doesn't do nasty thing like send fake RSTs or break NAT sessions they deem to be inactive. I have quite a few problems running various tunnelling protocols across Virgin Media, but I guess that modem mode might remedy it.
