Said he was outing me on ‘silent hold’ for 2 minutes then 20 MINUTES later the line went dead. Absolute joke. Shambles of a customer service. Apparently that is quite common.

After problem analysis he announced “our systems are down, please call back after 4 hours”,I asked him to call me back,our system cant do that,really? Worst customer service - bye Virgin. 👋

Now 4 years later it is exactly the same. I was with EE and there were no signal issues. I regret leaving EE. I believe it is poor signal with Virgin

Basically anyone other than Virgin Media/Hyperoptic will run on BT’s copper network.. so all the other providers rent off BT’s lines. Hope that makes sense
