@virginmedia I got a new box replaced yesterday am by your engineer. It was saying there is a c1020 error. Your engineer said every new installation is being affected because of a registration outage but would be fixed last night. Same problem this morning. Any updates?

@andycousins1 @virginmedia They’re a horrendous company mate. Made me pay £240 cancellation fee even though I never signed up to renew my contract. Would never ever go anywhere near them again. Then they kept ringing me asking me to stay. Terrible bunch. They won’t do anything about it

@virginmedia so switched from Sky less than 12 hours ago and mega disappointed. WiFi in the house goes on to 4G. Less coverage than Sky and they were crap! Top it off can’t pause longer than 2 mins. WTF 🤬 want to cancel

@virginmedia I've restarted it but it has started to crash (normally when I'm really getting into a programme), it is not receiving remote signal too well (yes I've changed batteries and tried a different remote). It's just knackered as I've had it for 8 years.
