Hey @virginmedia it’d be pretty cool if you guys fixed my internet at some point. Like i know I’ve only spent £30 trying to call you guys and I did get to speak to this nice angry man on your support line who hung up on me immediately (which is a bargain)

@virginmedia The checks tell me there are issues. regardless I don’t really care about wider issues in my area. I’ve been sent in a loop for the past month and it’s still broken, I’ve been paying for this time and not receiving a service - this is not the first time either @Ofcom

@virginmedia The service checker tells me either nothing, or - as in the screenshot - something completely contradictory. There is no way to communicate with anyone and yet, strangely enough, you still charge me for a service which only works intermittently.

@virginmedia Yeah, I’ve already done this. I had a guy sent out to take a look and he just left without fixing it. Mind I can’t use most of these support things cause I was never sent my customer number or contract information. This does also make it so I’m unable to cancel my contract @Ofcom

@MoneySavingExp My WiFi from @virginmedia is unreliable so I have to have a higher data allowance on my mobile (not Virgin) to compensate for this as previous times I've gone over my phone data limit where WiFi is not working. I would use less than 2gb if WiFi was reliable

@virginmedia My uncle made a complaint re letter sent 02.10.22 for cancellation of contract as he cannot speak due to disease but no respond. His partner called the disconnection services but no help then went to the web chat but the respond on the email is case closed and pay.

@virginmedia 4 months without internet and I work from home. In all honesty, it feels like your customer service people have contempt for customers - the pre install people are even worse and your install field managers never respond to request for call back to discuss. Service is so bad!!!

@virginmedia I appreciate that. Your customer service is DIABOLICAL. You put the emphasis on the customer to call and have them wait HOURS. You promise to call back and DON’T. You alter contracts and make MISTAKES. And when I want to CANCEL you drag it out and ENFORCE further notice periods.
