@MargMarvelous @virginmedia I know. Virgin is down in Glasgow but I still need a new hub as the reset button on mine is broken. I’ve been going in circles on the app and website for the best part of an hour. A simple email address would have resolved it in 5 minutes!

Guys supposedly from @bt_uk going round the doors in EK saying my neighbours have complained of slow internet speeds. That's ok I'm on VirginMedia. They asked me to do a speed test on my phone. I told them to piss off. 1 I'm not a BT customer 2 I'm not your data source

Virgin Media @virginmedia should be investigated by Ofcom they are taking money from people while not supplying a service. They are providing a substandard service when the do supply it. Major areas of Glasgow no internet until Jan 5th. Do not join this company they are the worst

@virginmedia I have never experienced such shocking service on the telephone for 150 mins still not resolved. I have 2 properties in the one block I requested one of them to be disconnected! VM disconnected both the tenant is now screaming at me as she works from home 😡😡

@virginmedia As above my acc no has been given Cancel my services on the 10th Ive rang for 7 days and used the text service which just gives me options all over again after saying its busy with a 3 hour wait. I’ve waited over a week. Spent half the time on the phone listening to shite music.
