    Sigh. Tried to cancel @virginmedia start of August. Accepted deal. Didn’t go through. Called again last week and guy changed price but had actually changed my package. Thought sorted today but no my channels have been moved on to a basic package and BB reduced 🤬

    @virginmedia After my repeated calls and issues I won’t believe it unless I see it. I haven’t directly spoken to a manager but last time it was apparently approved by a manager and out through while I was on the line. I won’t make anymore calls about this as it’s pointless. I’ll DM my details

    @virginmedia Just been on web chat for 45 mins then phone call for 25 mins to someone who doesn't understand or doesn't want to understand, waiting on hold again, disgraceful customer service.

    Missus been on fone for over half an hour to cancel our @virginmedia subscription but person couldnt help n pit us thru to someone else so been on hold for another 15 mins... hey @richardbranson aint ur pockets fat enough... disgraceful 😡😡😡

    @virginmedia Unfortunately you've had your chance, this has been the issue since February this year and you either don't have the staff equipped to resolve or plainly just don't want to resolve.

    @thepenGW @virginmedia Yea mate me too been with them 15 years & be better leaving & coming back seriously considering @SkyUK especially as our wifi down AGAIN & they want an extra £25 a month from me for same package i currently have!!

    @virginmedia Need to discuss an o/s balance and also discuss why after I called to cancel 2 months ago, when I was billed again it was still at the higher rate / can’t afford and now cut off entirely.

    @virginmedia I don't know anymore! I was told that the complaint has been escalated to the Deadlock Team who would review & look for a resolution. If this not possible a Deadlock letter would be issued. I was told this can take up to 48hrs. Well past that now. Please clarify where we're at

    @virginmedia broadband has been insanely slow over a week. Tried resetting router multiple times. Did service status check online and said you’ve send someone out but haven’t. Now I can’t even get the service status check to work. Pls help as we can’t work, watch TV, etc
