    @virginmedia I have been trying for days to call 150 from my virgin home phone but can never get through I just get told all lines are busy and it hangs up. Is there a reason for this? Very strange that I don’t get the normal options.

    @virginmedia very disappointing customer service, expected a call hours ago to reset a mobile PUK and get my 11yo son his mobile freedom, paying for a SIM I can’t use. Thanks Virgin - maybe I should’ve stayed with my previous network 😡

    @virginmedia is terrible, on demand and catch up down in my area since yesterday and told online it will be fixed by the 8th, if it’s not that it’s the broadband, definitely leaving when my contract finishes, don’t even get my broadband speed and I’m on 200mb😡

    @CarmensStory @virginmedia I’m not sure Virgin are coping at the moment as the call centre asks you to call back later, that tells me the call volumes are massive, so I might not be the only one having this issue. The kids also need it for Uni & School 😢

    @virginmedia Thank you so much for answering, however, the community forum is not what is required, your engineer couldn’t find the DP which often gets flooded therefore water ingress impacts our service, I really need this resolved by a person. I am a loyal customer (20 years +) Thank u 🙏

    @virginmedia what an absolute disgrace! I have been trying to get through fir weeks on phone. I’ve emailed, I’ve filled out complaint form and nothing! I want to cancel my account!!!I will tweet every day till someone contacts me!

    @virginmedia We have submitted a complaint as you advised, not heard a thing! Our WiFi is awful & our TV is now impacted, can’t watch catch up! Will be phoning tomorrow to cancel services, poor show @virginmedia 😔

    Online teaching was great during the 1st lockdown as I had robust WiFi, now I am having WiFi issues with @virginmedia, an engineer was out 2 weeks ago & just reset the router, this improved momentarily, back to square 1, please send help #virginmedia your CC not taking calls 📞

    @virginmedia Yes there was a refund put through on Monday to clear it as it was your error charging him for full price when he had a deal! It shouldn’t take 4 days to push a button. I’m going to make another complaint. The upset your company has caused it ridiculous.

    @virginmedia Not sure. Spoke to an advisor but have very little faith that the issue is resolved. No confirmation in regards to the compliant and no apology offered. Asked to speak to a manager and was told this wasn’t possible.

    @virginmedia I’m through to someone now. But we’re definitely cancelling. The service on this matter has been severely lacking since set up in September and to be frank we can get him a better package with Sky.

    @virginmedia still my internet is intermittent as it has been for 5-6 weeks. You had the cheek to charge me for missing an engineer that came at a different time than was booked. I also submitted a complaint 5 weeks ago. I expect someone to contact me ASAP.

    @virginmedia The estimated fix time has constantly changed since Sat evening i.e. has said early hours Sun/Mon, afternoon Sun/Mon etc Its Tuesday tomorrow, so its a bit of a joke...there are train strikes etc. so need to be able to WFH without tethering the entire day. We need a proper update

    @virginmedia I received no call and come the end of October, the games started again. Another wasted hour of trying to speak to a manager to explain the issue and no call ever occurred and still I paid the additional costs for that month.

    @virginmedia Again told it would take 24-48hrs and got nothing, except another bill which I paid. We are now in December and the issue is still ongoing, with me paying an additional £62 every month as the Volt package is £85.

    @virginmedia spent over a ****** hour been put on hold until the calls drop only to be mugged off the dam phone a few mins before the line closes assured that the issue will be resolved. Surprise surprise nothing has been done. What an F’n waste of time.

    @virginmedia As I was saying I have been paying an additional £62 for the past 3 months and when speaking with collections today they offered me £22.50 compensation (insulting) and cannot change my package until I pay the balance. I raised a complaint I want my money back and canceling Virgin
