    @virginmedia boasts and brags about their hub 3 being the best ever, the only thing they are the best ever at is the amount of times they go offline, thankfully @VodafoneUK has a decent network i am able to stay online unlike my hub3

    @virginmedia You might have the smallest and smartest v6 TiVo box, but a: I don’t have a v6 I got an pre v6 box, b: the v6 is has been out for years so unless there is a v7 coming out for every customer in September your mention of the v6 doesn’t justify £3.50 increase for everyone

    @virginmedia I am totally disgusted by your company’s disregard and lack of care towards a phone line that is not working when that phone line is part of a community care alarm system as a lifeline for medical emergencies. 24 hours is too long for a lifeline to not be working.

    @virginmedia Yes. I was assured that it would be fixed by 9.20 this morning after dealing with support from abroad that took 20 mins. Tried again 7 hours later and same result.

    10 years a customer of @virginmedia and they just tell you that if you want to reduce your bill to a reasonable amount you can’t and their first offer is to disconnect you... which takes 30 days. Looking forward to something new with @SkyUK or @bt_uk now. #Shambles

    @virginmedia I don't think you understand. There is no issue with the network. The issue is with your pricing. Your Products are to expensive for what you are giving. I need more upload but the max you can offer is 50 up for £69 which is disgraceful.

    @virginmedia So I arranged for a technician last week. Both customer service and the technician stated I was entitled to a booster as I’m on the Oomph bundle. Hub had to be swapped again. I’m on the phone now to order one and am now told I’m not and that I have to pay for it. Service 👎🏻📉

    @virginmedia Your text bot system on 07533051809 that you advised us to contact doesn't work. Delays between messages and repeats the details incorrectly. So I am guessing when we finally speak to am agent we will have to go through it all again! Utterly appalling!!

    Wow. Called @virginmedia to sort out my contract. Was on for 10 mins to a lady then she put me on hold to transfer me to another team. Held for 5 mins and she just hung up. Thanks. I can not afford to pay £44 a month just for internet. Can someone please help me out?
