@virginmedia No t.v or internet, V6 box gives error code C233 even though it says its connected to my wifi with a signal strength of 100%. Wifi light is solid green on the hub and stasis bar flashing green, any suggestions, tried rebooting both already

12:10 last night @virginmedia business broadband down again. Another modem reset this morning to sort. There had not been one week of stability with this garbage business service. Utter garbage is of course bring polite. #releasemeftomthiscontract

@virginmedia We have tried quite a few things to see if it gets better. Unfortunately nothing really works. It does just seem to be during the day on the weekdays. 8/9am-5/6pm we're getting incredibly slow speeds, seemingly linked to the lockdown/more people at home right now.

@virginmedia Which one, the first one was for my internet to be disconnected whilst they tried to fix the tv. Which didnt work and left me internet less or the multiple calls that ended with the while you wait music ending and then silence.
