@virginmedia Yeah I got it sorted however 1hr on a phone line at 30p per minute is not cheap taking a full hour to sort something that is simple is very poor customer service especially for loyal customers

@virginmedia I got a new box replaced yesterday am by your engineer. It was saying there is a c1020 error. Your engineer said every new installation is being affected because of a registration outage but would be fixed last night. Same problem this morning. Any updates?

@ijjeeezy @virginmedia Honestly, they are terrible! It's all the time! I'm forever having to use my data, because the internet is down. And in my house the internet is patchy in the kitchen and in other places, I have wifi extenders but it's still sh*t. It's super frustrating.

@virginmedia booked collect kit and they never came. Booked again online and the date not even came and I’ve received a text I’ve been charged. Tried to request a return pack but the website always sad “bad request” and not show up. Tell me why should I pay for your service.
