    @virginmedia I have been a customer for years but my bills have become over double what it started I decided to leave, but realised broadband is probably better with virgin! I found a deal on uswitch that was good, to be told no I have to pay double that offer as its only for new customers

    @virginmedia Been off since this morning, didn’t think much of it until tonight. Been off since about 8.30, not fussed much channels and that are still on just no internet, neighbours have same problem

    @Kevin38801124 @virginmedia 2 attempts at contacting their tech dept. 90mins in total waiting, I gave up. They directed me to a forum for help. But all that showed me was I wasn’t alone. 😡

    @Kevin38801124 @virginmedia They don’t care. Cancel and they’ll bill you for the remainder of your contract and do this til you give in and pay, even if the service is so appalling you’ve had to cancel. Even from their own site the amount of frustration is awful. And to direct an irate customer to that 🤯

    @Kevin38801124 @virginmedia I’m trying to get out of the contract. The hassle is too much. Every couple of months something happens and it’s never resolved accordingly. The amount of engineer visits I’ve had. Ridiculous

    @scottmaguire4 @Kevin38801124 @virginmedia I tried retentions previously but because I had 20months still in my contract (I’ve been with them 9yrs but apparently package changes mean new contract dates) they weren’t giving s ****.

    When you get in from work late and just want to catch up on @Stranger_Things and can’t because, for the umpteenth time @virginmedia is down in PA1. Seems routinely to have problems after midnight yet they never admit to any issues. 💩

    Gotta laugh. My @virginmedia home phone is not working yet they want me to call on my virgin media phone to resolve fault. I am NOT paying over inflated charges from another line to fix my landline

    @virginmedia Please contact me ASAP about my complaint. I was driving when your advisor contacted me and wasn't able to talk. Yet again my broadband is incredibly slow. I dont pay for slow broadband, but it appears that you charge me for it nonetheless.

    @virginmedia I’ve followed all these steps and been on phone waiting on Technical for 45mins. There was a known issue yesterday that was being fixed apparently. Since then no broadband access.

    @virginmedia A complaint has been raised about the delay in installation, the untruths being told by customer services, the lack of notification for todays no show, the amount of time being spent on the phone trying to resolve this.

    @virginmedia I had 4 people tell me there wasn't a problem and then the 5th admitted there was. That's not good enough. Tomorrow will no doubt be the same nonsense all over again.

    @virginmedia No and tbh no apology for my internet not working since the day after install Friday and now I've been threatened in in contract ! I have 14 days to cancel can you confirm please . Im not paying for a fault after 5 days plus it's not worked from install .
