    @virginmedia And nothing wrong with it at all only to be told it was worth £20 because a problem with the display but when it left here nothing wrong with it. Brightstar and Virgin didn't want to know. I would have been better off waiting until my contract expired. Now I am out of pocket

    @virginmedia What's the point of calling when they don't answer? Why can't you get them to call me? Any small business would have the courtesy to call their customers if there was a problem. On the odd occasion i have managed to get through, nothing is resolved.

    @virginmedia I don't really blame you because I know it's not your fault. But the fact that you can't forward on my information to a department WITHIN THE SAME COMPANY is farcical. Nobody takes any responsibility to resolve my issue. I just get given the same unhelpful responses.
