    @virginmedia Need to discuss an o/s balance and also discuss why after I called to cancel 2 months ago, when I was billed again it was still at the higher rate / can’t afford and now cut off entirely.

    @virginmedia The issue is I have had to make several calls despite severe phone anxiety. I am waiting on confirmation my package has been fixed by email, that better come today.

    @virginmedia have to have the worst customer service ever! Over 75 mins on the phone and still no replacement for out faulty box 😡

    @virginmedia After my repeated calls and issues I won’t believe it unless I see it. I haven’t directly spoken to a manager but last time it was apparently approved by a manager and out through while I was on the line. I won’t make anymore calls about this as it’s pointless. I’ll DM my details

    Sigh. Tried to cancel @virginmedia start of August. Accepted deal. Didn’t go through. Called again last week and guy changed price but had actually changed my package. Thought sorted today but no my channels have been moved on to a basic package and BB reduced 🤬

    @virginmedia It's become the lvl of service I'm expecting from vm to be fair. Twitter doesn't give me the space to repeat my complaint (C-020222517) which was raised 2Feb. I've wasted far too much time on this and to be perfectly honest I've lost any sense of trust that anything will be done.

    @virginmedia I utilise an ethernet connection Monday to Friday 9-5 for work without issue. But then my WiFi connection during this time doesn't drop out and lose connection.
