    @virginmedia Are you kidding? I am not paying 30p a minute to call you. The contact us page says webchat but no link? It also says some text service but no number? Are you also just making it impossible to get in touch. If this becomes any harder to set up billing I will cancel....

    @virginmedia @stephenblack32 Shocking to say the outage fix could take up to 5th Jan in Glasgow. over a week with no internet during the festive period is unacceptable. I will be cancelling my virgin fibre today.

    @virginmedia how do I contact the help team? Recently joined and trying to setup billing / online account says to call you. But 0345 is 30p a minute. Can't find webchat, can't find text thing, don't have a live landline yet. I can access the dark web easier!

    @MargMarvelous @virginmedia I know. Virgin is down in Glasgow but I still need a new hub as the reset button on mine is broken. I’ve been going in circles on the app and website for the best part of an hour. A simple email address would have resolved it in 5 minutes!

    @virginmedia why does your password reset function not work? Page says it’s down for maintenance when you click the reset link, been like this since I joined you in August and I need access to change my DD date

    @virginmedia Perhaps if you read my messages? 1st message said I don't have a land line. 0345 is 30p a minute on O2 PAYG (your merger partner) This is a sign of customer service to come. I will cancel before my connection date. Thanks for confirming my fears about virgin.

    Virgin Media @virginmedia should be investigated by Ofcom they are taking money from people while not supplying a service. They are providing a substandard service when the do supply it. Major areas of Glasgow no internet until Jan 5th. Do not join this company they are the worst

    @virginmedia is a complete and utter joke in Glasgow. Apparently there is a fault and won’t be resolved until January 5th. On Twitter, they redirect us to the service status page, which is “experience some problems” and we can’t check service status. Compensation is in order.

    Hey @virginmedia, can you help please? I’ve never plugged a landline phone to my router since becoming a customer. (I never needed one til now). So I just took the voip/landline adapter out the box and it’s broken. How do I get a new one so that I can plug in a landline? Thanks.

    @DanExert @virginmedia I have been having the same problem for over 5 weeks now, they have done nothing but push the fix date back, 3 times. Sadly I’m not able to get the buisness gigabit. But still, £50 a month for 220/25 And I’m getting at most 5/7 Ridiculous. Hope yours is fixed soon bud.

    @virginmedia Its has been weeks of this and still no resolution, just pointless messages, mixed messages, lack of customer care, intermittent WiFi and a direct debit for the full amount, a cautionary tale of an unfair contract @Ofcom

    Anyone else having problems with @Absolute80s on @virginmedia? Channel is very jumpy, as if a cd is skipping. Only happens on this channel and Internet is fine....

    @virginmedia Hi there, thank you for the reply. It is the radio channel 951 Absolutel80s. The channel seems to be working now. However, it done this a few hours ago and then went back to jumping again. It's as if the Internet is slow for that channel only. Hard to explain.
