Joined a virtual queue of around 12,000 that took half hour and although would like to have been lower down at the gig, I can’t have many complaints. #peterkay

Phone up and agree a contract only to get something totally different phone to complain they tell you the phones getting cut off, the goalposts get moved continuously, communication atrocious. I’ve been going in circles on the app and website for the best part of an hour. A simple email address would have resolved it in 5 minutes!

They hound you with calls, set you up as an existing VM customer, and then unknown to you, you have an 02 threatning letter asking for £30 a month. This was not agreed to or even known...help 🙏
