    @virginmedia Just been on web chat for 45 mins then phone call for 25 mins to someone who doesn't understand or doesn't want to understand, waiting on hold again, disgraceful customer service.

    @virginmedia Need to discuss an o/s balance and also discuss why after I called to cancel 2 months ago, when I was billed again it was still at the higher rate / can’t afford and now cut off entirely.

    @thepenGW @virginmedia Yea mate me too been with them 15 years & be better leaving & coming back seriously considering @SkyUK especially as our wifi down AGAIN & they want an extra £25 a month from me for same package i currently have!!

    @mdf200 @Balr0g @virginmedia It's how virgin work. They guarantee speeds to the router, which they control..... Not to the devices. They then throttle as and when needed. It's annoying as I pay for gigabit and will never get gigabit speeds. Better than nothing tho

    @TInderbiscuit @virginmedia I've never had good experiences with Virgin Media. I found the download speeds were okay, but if I exceeded some hidden threshold for upload they'd regularly throttle the speeds for 24-48 hours.

    @virginmedia shocking customer service. Rang before Christmas to explain I was struggling to pay my contract and asked to remove some services and all I got was THREE POUND OFF…rewind to last week I rang again explaining the situation and that I could pay on the 11th and (1)

    @virginmedia Not checked service page but have now. It says I should have issues with my tv. I don’t use the tv function as the signal strength is not good enough. I have issue with broadband which test says is fine and to reset hub. Hub won’t reset. It just stays white.

    @mdf200 @virginmedia That's absolutely contention. They've signed up too many people on your exchange. Pick another provider. BT always get mates rates off openreach or spend way more and have more bandwidth in the exchanges than Virgin and the others. Switch out and tell them the contention's bad.
