    @virginmedia The point is the contract sent out on 15th Aug wasn't what was agreed when challenged I got put on the virgin no customer service merry-go-round which due to our personal circumstances i had to give up u are an absolute rotten company ur service agent admitted this was appalling

    @virginmedia is there a problem with email all of a sudden? It was working this morning and now when I try to send an email from Outlook or on my iPhone, I’m told my password is wrong and when I try to log onto webmail I’m told I have no password.

    So this is new- I spoke with a CSR @virginmedia in Scotland. I struggled with her accent & she got irritated with me & snarled "Do you even understand English?" I mean, I have a few degrees issued from Canadian universities... maybe they felt bad for me?

    @virginmedia Cannot be rectified as the services have been disconnected. I spoke with someone on Friday that said services would be reinstated within 4 hours. After 6 hours, we received nothing. Called back and basically said that call never happened and have no log of the call.

    @virginmedia I just turned everything off at the mains and restarted it all and that seems to have sorted it. Don’t know why I didn’t think to try that before. Thanks for your help and suggestions 👍

    @virginmedia Yes, we got our package reduced.. And was quoted a price for basic TV, phone line and WiFi.. We received an email confirming this but upon receiving this our TV services was disconnected. On the email it stated that no TV service was included, upon calling up.. We were told this

    @virginmedia Absolute shambles of a company with absolute zero customer care. Phone up and agree a contract only to get something totally different phone to complain they tell you the phones getting cut off, the goalposts get moved continuously, communication atrocious. AVOID!!!

    @virginmedia Not happy with how your staff communicate like every company as manager but virgin media dont seem to have one they always say manager will call you back and its takes 3 months for manager to email you. Bad service but you charge customers 105.99 to 180 month for service.🤬

    Well @virginmedia has been down most if the day, unable to report online as page is down. Tried phoning told high level of calls then got disconnected. You said tv services would be resolved at 3pm but still waiting. This isn't good enough.🤬

    We never had outages in the old days of analogue TV. We never had outages with digital terrestrial TV. We never had outages in the 20 years we had Sky TV, and their equipment is orbiting the Earth at 22236 miles above the equator. So, why are we having them now? #virginmedia
