    @gawuffy @virginmedia Annoyingly I get no mobile coverage in my flat, I have to stand near the window to do anything and there is only a weak 2G, sometimes 4G signal - so I can't use phone for internet alternative.

    I can see @virginmedia have put a £9.25 BT Sport discount on my May bill. They never told me about it. Their service centres are extremely poor right now at least sky give you the option to cancel the sport channels.

    @virginmedia @dyna_qual Aaaaaand definitely not resolved. We've just dropped out again. Whole box crashed this time so had trouble accessing the logs. Same No Ranging Response T3 Time Out. I'd say you're still having problems

    @virginmedia once again internet is down in SL2 .was down for hours yesterday .woke up and down again .I have checked status .says be fixed by 4 today BUT what I want to know is what is the problem .. internet has been down on and off for days in this area… why so unreliable ??

    @virginmedia @virginmedia Thanks 4 reply. You are the 1st response. I have not contacted BPO who are debt collectors. They will no nothing about the issues with VM. It is up to VM to cancel the invoice & stand down BPO. I have approached VM several times & you disabled complaints yr Web Site.

    @virginmedia It’s her home phone. Rang off my mobile with her and passed security in the end. All notifications regarding times for Enginer were to come to my mobile. Received nothing. Explained health, age issues and asked for priority. You had my number, you record and log. So call back 1/2

    @virginmedia @virginmedia You are just creating more friction and not taking responsibility for the issue. The invoice is disputed and soon to be the subject of a complaint to Ofcom. You have reference numbers on the BPO document. You sort it out.

    @virginmedia Yes I always check that immediately, apparently there are issues ongoing since last night, I’ve never gone without services for this long before! It doesn’t give us a time of when services will be rectified again, like it normally does.

    @virginmedia 1.35pm for 26 mins and second call 17.45. 1st call I was with mum in law, second from home where we have security data (It seems it now wrong?) originally Wednesday was 1st appointment. Explained old, vulnerable and I’ll health. Heat issues today need to be priority 4 hrs given
