    @virginmedia hi, I just downloaded American Utopia and the sound was awful. Also, when I tried to sign up to the Virgin Store the text on the TV screen was really screwed up. Have you been having problems,?

    @virginmedia There was no resolution made! That’s part (a very small part) of the problem! And after being called a Liar by said manager I certainly will not be “clicking here” I shall be taking it further!

    @michaelt1967 @virginmedia We gave up, constant hassle with poor virgin wifi... fitted Nest wifi and turned our virgin Hub to Modem mode. Everything is brilliant now.

    @virginmedia Been a Virgin customer for years. Cancelled Tv but have broadband and phone. Even my Freeview channels have been blocked on my boxes!! How churlish can a company get??😳 Freeview channels?! Show some compassion to your customers

    Absolute joke of a company @virginmedia call the “Customer Services” for help but staff are rude, and obnoxious & apparently need retrained if the Manager is anything to go by as the staff have been giving out the incorrect information, which i just need to accept! #pathetic

    @virginmedia after 4 weeks of trying and hours wasted eventually got through to a human. After problem analysis he announced “our systems are down, please call back after 4 hours”,I asked him to call me back,our system cant do that,really? Worst customer service - bye Virgin. 👋

    @virginmedia just been on/off hold with 2 call handlers to get cut off after 1hr 40 mins regarding upgrading with black Friday personalised email I received. Absolutely disgraceful customer service.

    @virginmedia really disappointed with your service , I recently moved houses and was meant to get everything installed , the engineer came and fixed the broadband and left. And 5 days later I still don't have e my TV box set up. Really disappointed.

    @virginmedia really disappointed in the ongoing poor service you are providing Wifi is terrible & although entitled to 3 boosters was provided with 1 which has made no difference to the poor speed/quality Can’t speak to anyone as the system set up is to avoid any customer support

    @virginmedia come on Virgin, I've just worked 7 days straight, come home hoping to chill out and catch up on some gaming and Netflix and the sodding Internet is down with a eta fix of 8 hours away. Can't wait to bin you appalling service off once my current contract is up

    @virginmedia Just the yellow one at the bottom. I've been over the various resets with your phone team a few times and none of them have been able to sort. The hub is clearly not working correctly and needs and engineer to fix it.

    @HapG86 @virginmedia Ongoing issues from Sat 25th Sept at Red Bee Media, who playout the channels, means they are still off air after a fire incident. They are being repaired, but their servers have been damaged, so as The Box is working, it is being used as a back up feed for its sister channels.
