Despite @virginmedia increasing it's prices they continue to disrespect customers. We have had no broadband for 2 whole days, no response. I have been on the their website asking for help to enable me to work during a pandemic, nothing helpful. One the phone for 45 mins and????

Unbelievablely poor customer service from @virginmedia Was waiting on phone for ages and spoke with me to be told my husband has to come home from work to deal with it!!! Day 2 no WiFi and I’m working from home and daughter finishing masters online 😤😤😤

@virginmedia I’ve now resorted to. Connecting my tv to my mobile phone data in order to watch Netflix etc as the connection from you is so bad and cuts out every few minutes. Is anything being done about this? What we actually paying for?

It appears @virginmedia can't communicate with it's customers. Perhaps @Ofcom and @BBCWatchdog would like to investigate how their inability to provide customer service is affecting customers ability to work during a pandemic.

My @virginmedia internet service is now down for the third consecutive day in Glasgow and yet again I’m having to tether to my phone’s data to be able to work from home. This is woeful service when so many are working from home relying on their internet - get it sorted!!!

@virginmedia spent 3 hours mainly waiting and eventually speaking to virgin media. Did not resolve internet problem and told me to phone gadget rescue team -said would be free service. Phoned - only way I could get support was with min £45 payment. I’m disgusted. CS shocking!!

@virginmedia your internet is appalling. Currently getting 0.78mbps and we pay for 200mbps. Call centre staff said they can't do anything. The contract says the minimum guaranteed speed is 107mbps. Prices go up, service goes down! #virginmediadown #virginmedia #sortitout

If you're reading this and you are with @virginmedia I am here to tell you that virgin media are going to upgrade their docsis to 3.1. Soon by the end of the year so bandwidth will increase by a lot as help with the current overstretched system.
