@virginmedia Broadband and TV been down in Balloch G83 since early hours of this morning neither are up and running. Only work I can do is by tethering my phone to the computer killing my own data allowance. Any idea of timelines and how major a fault this is please ?

Hey @virginmedia I haven't received anything new with my service in over 3 years and you tell me I'm getting a £5.75 (almost 10%) price hike! That's not including previous hikes just this one! Nothing else has gone up by a massive 10% so how can you justify this?
