    @virginmedia I've had enough of this shite. Internet keeps switching itself off all the time. This is a disaster and NOT worth the £60 you are charging me for it. Sort it out or I am leaving. Your customer service is a joke, not even contacted me directly with an apology!!!

    @virginmedia The issue is I have had to make several calls despite severe phone anxiety. I am waiting on confirmation my package has been fixed by email, that better come today.

    @virginmedia I’ve replied to the last email I’d received from the complaints dept where they claimed to have resolved the issue. Won’t be calling again as there’s no point when nothing ever gets resolved and my issue is well documented.

    PSA: it takes @virginmedia 4 months to change your bill after agreeing to reduce it due to bad customer service at which point they put it up. Save yourself some hassle and shout into a well once a month instead, it’ll cost you less.

    @virginmedia After my repeated calls and issues I won’t believe it unless I see it. I haven’t directly spoken to a manager but last time it was apparently approved by a manager and out through while I was on the line. I won’t make anymore calls about this as it’s pointless. I’ll DM my details

    @virginmedia Wow , Virgin, just off the phone on 789, I’m astounded at what I was told , she said even if I’m connected to WiFi I still use my mobile monthly data, Jesus wept, I don’t know what to say about that , who can I speak too , I need help urgently.

    @virginmedia I don’t want to leave been a customer of Virgin media for 30 years, and I’m told my monthly data allowance is used when I connected to WiFi, customer service on 789 was insisting that was the the case , and on web chat exactly the same. What am I meant to do when nobody can help

    @virginmedia my wife appears to be burning through her mobile data at an incredible rate, looking at her recent bill,huge amounts of data in the early hours of the morning despite being connected to WiFi. 6gb of data in less than a week, clearly that can’t be right. Help'

    Sigh. Tried to cancel @virginmedia start of August. Accepted deal. Didn’t go through. Called again last week and guy changed price but had actually changed my package. Thought sorted today but no my channels have been moved on to a basic package and BB reduced 🤬

    @virginmedia I have poor signal on many channels and some don't show at all and display error code W02. I have followed the steps online checking cable connections and rebooting. This has made no difference at all. The same issue occurs on all three TV boxes in the house.

    Intresting, so #HSBC customer services for premier accounts are so helpful. Apparently thier disputes team can help me and will be in contact with the people @virginmedia tomorrow. God I love @HSBC_UK!
