Phone up and agree a contract only to get something totally different phone to complain they tell you the phones getting cut off, the goalposts get moved continuously, communication atrocious. AVOID!!!

It was working this morning and now when I try to send an email from Outlook or on my iPhone, I’m told my password is wrong and when I try to log onto webmail I’m told I have no password.

I spoke with someone on Friday that said services would be reinstated within 4 hours. After 6 hours, we received nothing. Called back and basically said that call never happened and have no log of the call.

You can just try it on your phone via the app and if it’s better you can go through the hassle of setting it up on your router once and then forget it.)
