    @michaelt1967 @virginmedia We gave up, constant hassle with poor virgin wifi... fitted Nest wifi and turned our virgin Hub to Modem mode. Everything is brilliant now.

    @virginmedia funny how once I've cleared my outstanding bill and ask to be transferred to leave, agent hangs up, and now been waiting 45mins for anyone to answer! That's ridiculous and just reinforces the desire to leave! You would not bethe service your collections team give!

    @Natarlux @virginmedia So when I did get through to your call centre, they assured me that they will schedule a call this morning between 9 and 10am from your U.K. based customer support. It’s coming up to 11am and still no call.

    @virginmedia Not until later today. If there are no problems. Why didn’t the agent state that this would be the situation? I was absolutely clear that our service would not be going live until COB on the 23rd. Surely they should have used some common sense about when services would be ceased?
