@virginmedia As with many in West Central Scotland, my Internet is down. I have tried turning the router on and off shark, but to no avail. What's bothering me most is that Virgin Media are refusing to acknowledge what must be a huge outage. I'm in the PA2 area.

@virginmedia Yes, every time it drops they have been reporting loss of service on the account. Downstairs had an engineer out about 2 weeks back (not entirely sure what they did but assumed it was fixed) then the outages (especially the one at the sameish time daily) keep happening
