@virginmedia You might have the smallest and smartest v6 TiVo box, but a: I don’t have a v6 I got an pre v6 box, b: the v6 is has been out for years so unless there is a v7 coming out for every customer in September your mention of the v6 doesn’t justify £3.50 increase for everyone

@virginmedia It only happens with this channel, it doesn't happen with any other channel. The issue also affects a friend of mine that lives in Birmingham, so suggests an issue with the source. I have rebooted, same issue.

@virginmedia boasts and brags about their hub 3 being the best ever, the only thing they are the best ever at is the amount of times they go offline, thankfully @VodafoneUK has a decent network i am able to stay online unlike my hub3

@virginmedia As outlined in the original tweet, there is an issue with channel 624, France 24 English HD, the audio and video are not in sync. It is still ongoing. If you've access to it, watch the lips of the broadcaster and note they don't move in sync with the audio.

@virginmedia have turned out to have terrible customer service #pishpoor left in a queue to tell them I’m leaving. This is the third time. Slave labour using cheap call centres in Asia but charging customers through the nose

@virginmedia I am totally disgusted by your company’s disregard and lack of care towards a phone line that is not working when that phone line is part of a community care alarm system as a lifeline for medical emergencies. 24 hours is too long for a lifeline to not be working.

@virginmedia I tried to sign with you but apparently the extra 300/400 metres was too much effort for the workers. so one block up my mum has fibre optic best broadband with you guys. But yeah no fibre optic just down the road.. Summerston area, around the schools. John Paul academy.

@virginmedia No still not sorted. I was promised calls and no one called. Your chat takes ages to wait on, calls are not usually answered or dealt with effectively. All in all a very poor experience. Will be simpler to cancel my service with you.

@virginmedia since the 23rd October we have had no tv service. I have called 4 time and got NOWHERE! The next available engineer to come is 26th November ! Absolute shocking ! I then asked to cancel my contract, but guess what the lady ended the call on me ! And I was polite !
