@virginmedia What is going on with your customer care(?) line? I call 789, I get an automated voice telling me that calls are not being connected to this number and I'm told to call 789 to speak to a member of the team, so i call 789, I get an automated voice.........!!!!!!!!!!!!

@virginmedia He treated me like I was stupid. Turned it off and on again and replugged the wires, he replaced the box and left. I mean I am stupid but there really was no need @virginmedia

@virginmedia Yeah, I’ve already done this. I had a guy sent out to take a look and he just left without fixing it. Mind I can’t use most of these support things cause I was never sent my customer number or contract information. This does also make it so I’m unable to cancel my contract @Ofcom

@virginmedia The service checker tells me either nothing, or - as in the screenshot - something completely contradictory. There is no way to communicate with anyone and yet, strangely enough, you still charge me for a service which only works intermittently.

@virginmedia The checks tell me there are issues. regardless I don’t really care about wider issues in my area. I’ve been sent in a loop for the past month and it’s still broken, I’ve been paying for this time and not receiving a service - this is not the first time either @Ofcom

@virginmedia rang in January to book visit for March 2nd due to house move, was told too early for March but will be booked for end of feb then it’ll be changed when March is available, was never changed and now being told it’s not possible for that day! #rant

@virginmedia No, the service is still intermittently failing. However, major, major breakthrough today. Made yet another call and all the gods at once must have been looking down on me - I made a connection to a UK call taker. My God, what a difference, at last, real customer service.
