@virginmedia Cannot be rectified as the services have been disconnected. I spoke with someone on Friday that said services would be reinstated within 4 hours. After 6 hours, we received nothing. Called back and basically said that call never happened and have no log of the call.

@virginmedia The point is the contract sent out on 15th Aug wasn't what was agreed when challenged I got put on the virgin no customer service merry-go-round which due to our personal circumstances i had to give up u are an absolute rotten company ur service agent admitted this was appalling

So this is new- I spoke with a CSR @virginmedia in Scotland. I struggled with her accent & she got irritated with me & snarled "Do you even understand English?" I mean, I have a few degrees issued from Canadian universities... maybe they felt bad for me?

@virginmedia Yes, we got our package reduced.. And was quoted a price for basic TV, phone line and WiFi.. We received an email confirming this but upon receiving this our TV services was disconnected. On the email it stated that no TV service was included, upon calling up.. We were told this

So @virginmedia won't send out a technician because the signal coming into my house is fine - even though I keep telling them it's a problem with the WiFi from the router. I was offered a technician at a cost of £25 !! Absolutely disgraceful customer 'service'.

@virginmedia Absolute shambles of a company with absolute zero customer care. Phone up and agree a contract only to get something totally different phone to complain they tell you the phones getting cut off, the goalposts get moved continuously, communication atrocious. AVOID!!!

@virginmedia They have spent over an hour on the phone trying to get it sorted and just got transferred from one department to another. They have been with you since it was Cable and then telewest etc and have never owed any money. A loyal customer who was in tears this afternoon. Sad.

@virginmedia @virgin received a phone call from your customer service team today. Absolutely disgusted and appalled by it. That is no way to speak to a customer. I will not be returning to you and will be advising everyone not to move to virgin.
