@virginmedia how do I contact the help team? Recently joined and trying to setup billing / online account says to call you. But 0345 is 30p a minute. Can't find webchat, can't find text thing, don't have a live landline yet. I can access the dark web easier!

@virginmedia - 3hrs on the phone today to several of your "Managers, Collections, and Tier 1 and 2 staff" No further forward, due to unprofessional calls, rudeness, and staff with a sloppy shoulder approach with no solution, no acceptance of error. Shocking customer service.

Hey @virginmedia, can you help please? I’ve never plugged a landline phone to my router since becoming a customer. (I never needed one til now). So I just took the voip/landline adapter out the box and it’s broken. How do I get a new one so that I can plug in a landline? Thanks.

@virginmedia I have had no broadband in G75 8 area of East Kilbride since 10.30pm on 3/11. We've had 4 rolling fix times which now says 14.15 today. tried your WhatsApp - told you are not taking anymore fault reports. Can you give honest fix time please?

So @virginmedia won't send out a technician because the signal coming into my house is fine - even though I keep telling them it's a problem with the WiFi from the router. I was offered a technician at a cost of £25 !! Absolutely disgraceful customer 'service'.

It seems I made a good call using the OVO priority link this morning and not one through virgin media. Joined a virtual queue of around 12,000 that took half hour and although would like to have been lower down at the gig, I can’t have many complaints. #peterkay

@virginmedia new equipment installed yesterday. No sky sports, but a error code saying it's being loaded up. 28 hours later and still not on. Spoke on the phone to someone at 10am today, it'll defo be on by 8pm. Still not working. Such a frustrating company.

@virginmedia Nothing unless I call i hear Nothing and then they don't stay on the phone long enough to advise anything as they put the phone down . Took 7 attempts to get through to pre installation team as they was picking the phone up an putting it down .

@virginmedia We had asked this before and was told I was added but told today I was not. No one Customer Service Centre spoke to mum via my mobile and mum gave her security answers - we were cut off later do I called back and was told by UK Customer Service Centre they could not do this ….
