Currently trying to work from home and @SkyHelpTeam broadband has been down since the weekend. Called and they said there’s no known issues, yet the issue I have is I STILL can’t get connected. A switch to @virginmedia might be in order

@virginmedia That's the result from running the test after logging in from the link you sent me. Running the test from my router doesn't show up any problems. Logs at the times had No Ranging Response, SYNC timing Sync failure, RCS partial service, no unicast maintenance opportunities errors.

@virginmedia usually singing your praises however your safeguarding policy for customers who are older people needs refinement. Sales teams not speaking to customer service has caused me and my parent great upset. Please look into training for all your sales staff please.

@iamalisonperry @virginmedia To be fair VM supply to your house, beyond that you are on your own. Boosters are probably the worst way as they half the signal each turn. We receive 200Mbps, and 3 floors or in the garden up we still have 200. Look at powerlines or mesh networks — best investment you’ll make.

I’m feeling let down by @virginmedia. I called them to make them aware of my financial struggle. Been a customer for over 15 yrs & never missed a payment. They told me they couldn't extend the payment date without pay £5. I only have £10 left to eat until April. Some service. 😡

@virginmedia Firstly, my name isn't Mike - cue my point re customer service. Secondly, you honestly must be in dreamland proposing a 21-quid-a-month increase for all customers in the current conditions. This is the highest increase I've seen across any provider. Totally out of touch.
