    @virginmedia We can’t call out now or receive calls with home phone; we have no dialling tone; issue with phone since Thursday; no local issues when ‘test’ is run which is obviously wrong.

    @virginmedia can you advise which channel BBC 2 Scotland is on. As 806 is English, 108 is BBC 4. Totally and utterly confused. Please help.

    @virginmedia No 4HD as stated, never mentioned BBC, Started asking for a pin number half way through a show. Then stated FourHD not available on Virgin. Working now however.

    @virginmedia It went off 4 days ago and no local issues. they tried to fix it over the phone however were unsuccessful. The problem is they could not proceed further until they spoke with my husband (in the house) which I said was not possible, they said there was nothing more they could do

    @virginmedia not satisfied of the service I received when trying to collect item at a newsagent shop. N when speaken to owner he spat at me twice. Also refuse to say he had item when he did.Was going to call police for theft. Also name of shop has been changed.Pathetic service

    @virginmedia probably the worst company for customer service, after spending 1 hour 25 min on the phone to order 2 new v6 boxes -3days later only 1 arrives. Just off the phone again after another 20 min to hopefully get another box. Sort it out Virgin!!

    @virginmedia @JarheadSteve Steve, you need to ask to leave and get to the 2nd line retentions (this is the final line I believe). They can offer you the new customer deal. Be serious about leaving though and go elsewhere if they won’t do it.

    @virginmedia It's absolutely ridiculous. Your service in Edinburgh City Centre is atrocious. As soon as we get another option, we will leave in a heart beat. Your service is terrible. I've lost over 17days this year alone to your services NOT WORKING. ABSOLUTELY DISGRACEFUL
