Claire Mawdesley (@ClaireMawdesley) reported@virginmedia just had a shocking experience trying to query my package involving a house move. Do you not have any staff you can discuss things with anymore? Or is it all AI as the answers I got made no sense. So I've asked to cancel.
-
Henley (@HenleyDB) reported@GreyBlackstone @virginmedia They're charging me over £105 for only broadband. They're a bunch of greedy jokers. I had an issue and called them, they made things worse. I'm stuck not renewing my contract. If they mess up again, I end up paying even more but on a new contract or accidentally disconnected.
-
Stewart Neilson ⚒ 🇬🇧 (@HaveringHammer) reportedI’ve just been given Netflix ( I know I’m late to getting it ) by VirginMedia. Phil (@philbreadin) reported@virginmedia how come my bill has jumped from £55 to £72 mid contract? I understand it's April and a small price increase is expected but £17 is taking the mick. With the issues I've had lately @sky is looking more tempting.
