@terrychristian @SkyHelpTeam It is a pain in the arse, to be fair. We find Virgin seem to strangle bandwidth and slow the network down massively. Two sons, one on a PS4, other on an X Box. Causes major grief. Had Sky before with no issue, yet @virginmedia seems much worse. 😳

@vmbusinesshelp @virginmedia New cable installed on Monday, still no service. Being told that they checked this with the internal team and advised that the national hit issue is still outstanding… I am seriously considering cancelling before this becomes even worse!!

@virginmedia I tried to book a engineer on Wednesday,for 12pm-4pm today but the page kept coming back with errors. Now I have to wait 24 hours again before I can even book another one. 3 times this week my connection just drops for hours. This is now impacting my work.
