    @virginmedia I called in March to cancel all but my broadband . Having checked my account a month or so ago I realised I was still being charged the full amount . I discussed this with you’re team for hours and had been informed they could see on the system it had been cancelled and

    @virginmedia Irrelevant. The issue here is the amount of the price rise. Why isn't it the same for all customers? Why are so many customers getting a different percentage, depending on their package? 23% is a huge increase to my price. Too much for me to be able to deal with, especially now.

    @virginmedia I have just moved, asked for my account to be moved, told my account would be closed and a new one made and told I would have to fork out £108, I asked 5 times for my account to be closed so I can find a better provider, got an email saying I have a new account I never asked for
