So this is new- I spoke with a CSR @virginmedia in Scotland. I struggled with her accent & she got irritated with me & snarled "Do you even understand English?" I mean, I have a few degrees issued from Canadian universities... maybe they felt bad for me?

@virginmedia Cannot be rectified as the services have been disconnected. I spoke with someone on Friday that said services would be reinstated within 4 hours. After 6 hours, we received nothing. Called back and basically said that call never happened and have no log of the call.

@virginmedia Yes, we got our package reduced.. And was quoted a price for basic TV, phone line and WiFi.. We received an email confirming this but upon receiving this our TV services was disconnected. On the email it stated that no TV service was included, upon calling up.. We were told this

@GSpellchecker @virginmedia They are rarely competent, not as bad as Vodafone but no one is. Broadband speed wise though no one is close so no interest in cancelling.

@virginmedia Absolute shambles of a company with absolute zero customer care. Phone up and agree a contract only to get something totally different phone to complain they tell you the phones getting cut off, the goalposts get moved continuously, communication atrocious. AVOID!!!

@virginmedia The point is the contract sent out on 15th Aug wasn't what was agreed when challenged I got put on the virgin no customer service merry-go-round which due to our personal circumstances i had to give up u are an absolute rotten company ur service agent admitted this was appalling

@virginmedia is there a problem with email all of a sudden? It was working this morning and now when I try to send an email from Outlook or on my iPhone, I’m told my password is wrong and when I try to log onto webmail I’m told I have no password.

WORST EVER SERVICE PROVIDER 🤬🤬 If you're looking for great service don't choose @virginmedia . Wait 45 minutes to be told they will have to call you back, then they don't. Constantly put you on hold so they don't have to deal with problems.

@DUCKmagstoke @virginmedia I’ve just switched to BT after 14 years with sky. Got sick of sky poor WiFi coverage & basically giving away all the sport to BT & most recently Amazon, yet no decreases in their charges or discounts what so ever. Good riddance to sky

@virginmedia Then when u phone the call centre the person doesnt listen so maybe if i write here you will listen, Anything electrical left within our home was flung out by insurance as there was water damage to the property and they removed all electrucal goods to prevent elctrical faults..
