Time to go to @ofcom regarding @virginmedia . Got a deal then they put a price increase in. This never happened before when agreeing a price for a contract term. I will escalate this.

@virginmedia as a 25 year plus customer I’m shocked by your behaviour. I got £4.50 increase notified mid jan and called virgin. I was given automated option that said no increase (your system). Now virgin say no record and have introduced increase 😡. Shameful

So ever since I told @Plusnet I was moving to @virginmedia due to terrible speeds provided in my area against Virgins 1Gig my internet speed has been throttled that it’s barely useable. Only a week to go of the worst service. #broadband #dontsettle

@virginmedia Engineer coming but 2 days too late. If not fixed tomorrow we are leaving. You should have been all over this. Call centre cut us off. Engineer gave us his number but couldn’t fix. No signal apart from part of downstairs and room above room where router is. Shocking!

Key reasons to not go with @virginmedia - ❌ - internet speed painfully slow but we pay full whack ❌ - nightmarish customer service - can't speak to anyone - hours on hold - keeps hanging up on me ❌ - we booked a technician - never came Who does good broadband in the UK? 🙏

@virginmedia I have a problem that you can solve now but won't because its not on "offer". I know someone who made a simple call and got the hub4, no upgrade, £35 delivered. It seems to matter who you speak to at Virgin. Going to cancel anyway. VM loses a customer & £1200 p/a for a router

Love being unable to leave my home thanks to @virginmedia digging up the street outside! We don’t have access via the back due to a problem in the alleyway. Prior notice we were going to have restricted access to our home would of been nice.

@O2 @virginmedia I’ve been an o2 customer for 14 years and never had an issue. I was a virgin customer for 3 years and had no end of problems. I just got shot of virgin and now this 😢 I really hope this doesn’t effect o2 customers and the fab customer service you provide because virgin is awful!
