    Dear utilities providers (ex @virginmedia & @BritishGas), if you are offering support via chat, embrace that communication is asynchronous. Can't wait around d for you to pay attention, but i will answer eventually. @hp instant ink got this concept. Ask them!

    @bless_machine @SkyUK @virginmedia Thanks, but my parents have cable and no issues. And I don’t think they ever had a 47% increase on their monthly bill with no warning.

    No Internet in my flat for the next few days since virgin media is ~incompetent~ so could somebody, like, pop a red or blue smoke signal somewhere if one of the candidates reaches 270?

    @virginmedia you told me a router would be delivered on Saturday. Yodel says they couldn’t access the building, even though we were all in. You told me it would arrive today, yodel just rebooked it for tomorrow. I have been your customer for 3 days and I already want to l LEAVE

    @virginmedia It's not an area issue; you prematurely closed my account on the wrong date as I'm moving house and the team members handling the cancellation put the wrong date in. I phoned customer service yesterday morning and was able to be reconnected, it's fixed now.

    @virginmedia Liaised with someone from the community forum, but no solution given. Got told it's IT who will have to solve it. So whilst waiting 2 days so far for them to contact me, I continue to pay for a service I'm not actually able to use. Thanks Virgin Media.

    @JeSuisTC @virginmedia Issue is affecting more customers than just you. We also have issues, VM engineer can’t come out until Friday afternoon earliest. Seems that it’s ok in the morning time for us, then from 12pm onwards it’s regular drop outs and advice unavailability. As it’s hot, maybe a factor?
