I rang @virginmedia who confirmed they do have a major problem with their servers and @twitter which will take another day (so four in total) to resolve. So why not put this message on your social platforms to save everyone time including your staff? "Media could not be loaded"

@virginmedia I didn’t create a post on the forum I looked on for advice but to be honest if you cannot get me the help I need to get started it doesn’t put much trust in you. I would then have to wait how long for a technician to come out for you to charge me for this service?

@virginmedia @AlanC_44 I had an issue. Reduced my package in april to £120, You are now charging £214 per month. Phoned up. "Sorry about that, someone will call back in 48hrs" That was 620 hours ago.

@virginmedia Made numerous complaints since last Friday. They are not being resolved. Mis sold the product by agents. Account not been created correctly, wrong hub has been installed. Engineer did not install at point requested and WiFi extenders not provided. Super bad service

@virginmedia @BBCWatchdog I was told that weekend calls were free in my package and now I’ve been charged £50 for 2 weekend calls. I would not have used the landline if I’d known the costs. Its false advertising. Daylight robbery. Also customer service took 3 hours to get through
