@virginmedia any chance you can contact me regarding my house phone which hasn’t worked for 7weeks. Have written to Sunderland and spoken to robots, and constantly get told to dial 151 which I can’t as house phone line is the problem!ty

@virginmedia There is no dial tone and I’ve tried another phone and line is still dead, so it must be the socket that is broken. I’m out now until 1230 if someone can arrange even a web chat as it’s almost 2 months without phone.. Ty

@virginmedia How can I phone 151 when my phone line isn’t working! And yes, I’ve dialled the 0345 number on many occasions yet still can’t speak to anyone!!no doubt I will hear from you when I cancel my direct debit and move to another supplier!

@virginmedia It says there are no problems in my area!what does it take to actually speak to someone, or get a technician out to check where fault is originating from!it’s absolutely shocking!Ive worked in customer service for a good many years, and never experienced such awful service!

@LichVtuber I don't remember a time a UK internet provider has tried to screw me. BT had constant disconnects each day, Same with Sky. Talktalk had daily connection issues. Virgin Media I stay away from, my friends have had nothing but bad experiences with them.

@virginmedia When I had a problem with Sky I was able to phone them and speak to someone who would resolve it during the call. With Virgin, I can’t speak to anyone and the Twitter support directs me to a form which will get responded to within 28 days. I’m done with you!

@LichVtuber @virginmedia I once had NTL as a provider and they where crap .. turns out Virgin Media is just NTL with a new name and same **** service. source i had to deal with them as virgin tooand the connection was always crap.

@virginmedia I had a builder cut through a wifi cable earlier and my wifi is down, you can’t come out for 8 days. I work from home so can’t do anything now for a week. Appreciate it wasn’t your fault but is there nothing you can offer sooner? Guy on the phone didn’t seem to care!

@virginmedia I’ll sort out the sound system separately as there’s no issue with it. But we keep losing the signal to the tv which is really annoying not impressed as there’s nothing but problems since we had the tv360 remote in august. Can I have a new box in case there’s an issue with it?

@LichVtuber Virgin media suxxx 😤 would always get dropouts. If you ever live in an area with Hyperoptic I'd say go for it, paying £30 for 500Mb down and up and 0 dropouts in over a year
