Iโve been going in circles on the app and website for the best part of an hour. A simple email address would have resolved it in 5 minutes!

There is no way to communicate with anyone and yet, strangely enough, you still charge me for a service which only works intermittently.

Called technical .. they did some fault clearing and told me to reboot router, now I have no internet at all. Technical can't help reverse the error as they don't have full access .. unbelievable. Worst service ever. How can a technician make things worse and then tell me an engineer will be with me Monday ..
