@virginmedia Yeah I got it sorted however 1hr on a phone line at 30p per minute is not cheap taking a full hour to sort something that is simple is very poor customer service especially for loyal customers

@virginmedia Is the issue with the remote? I'll give it a go, I thought the problem was related to the EPG. For example channel 4 HD used to be 104, two weeks ago we moved and now 104 is channel 4 SD with HD on channel 141. Not sure why it changed?
