I have 2 properties in the one block I requested one of them to be disconnected! VM disconnected both the tenant is now screaming at me as she works from home 😡😡

I was offered a technician at a cost of £25 !! Absolutely disgraceful customer 'service'.

Called about renewal as I can see online for 1gb broadband and anytime chatter for £37.99 yet my renewal for the same package is £58 a month.
