I spoke with someone on Friday that said services would be reinstated within 4 hours. After 6 hours, we received nothing. Called back and basically said that call never happened and have no log of the call.

There is no way to communicate with anyone and yet, strangely enough, you still charge me for a service which only works intermittently.

Phone up and agree a contract only to get something totally different phone to complain they tell you the phones getting cut off, the goalposts get moved continuously, communication atrocious.
