@virginmedia can someone actually sort my daughter and son in laws services from you. Phone calls & texts haven’t got them anywhere and they are not paying for a service they are not getting to use. A formal complaint has already been placed as it’s beyond a joke now

@virginmedia phoned to cancel but got told it was a 45 minute wait and to call back at quieter time which is Saturday as they don’t offer call backs - gave up when I was transferred to 5 different departments - is this a joke #stressed

@virginmedia As with many in West Central Scotland, my Internet is down. I have tried turning the router on and off shark, but to no avail. What's bothering me most is that Virgin Media are refusing to acknowledge what must be a huge outage. I'm in the PA2 area.

@virginmedia are the absolute worst. Broadband box has been doing an update for 2hrs. Phoned the help and the best they can do is offer me an engineer when I have to take time off work. £41 p/m for terrible internet speed and now the box isn’t working. Absolute joke.

@jayrayner1 @virginmedia I was in dialogue with them for months on poor service. Then it got interesting when they told me I was in contract. I wasn’t. I challenged this, they lied and still haven’t sent all the transcripts to prove they’d lied. Check out TikTok - it’s happened to lots of people.

@Virginmedia Was told they would waive activation fees on Whatsapp. Never waived. Have contacted 10 times, keep getting told they will waive the fees and £10 apology and still not waived. Bill get taken out in three days. This has been ongoing for a month.
