@virginmedia It's not an area issue; you prematurely closed my account on the wrong date as I'm moving house and the team members handling the cancellation put the wrong date in. I phoned customer service yesterday morning and was able to be reconnected, it's fixed now.

@virginmedia 1/ Thanks but it's the dog biting its tail. The service checker does only detect issues for tv while we clearly are heavily impacted on broadband. If i try and run the Check on the hub, it just says it can't run the services at the moment. Since it can't run the checks ..

Guy Williams 🇺🇦

@virginmedia I can't call to complain because I'm on hold that long that before I get through to someone the internet cuts off & we start all over again. As a new customer in my 3rd month with you, I'm beyond disgusted. That's without mentioning the gift I never got for joining you. Joke!
-
EmmaMowles
(@emmayay) reported
@virginmedia No they didn’t. The last repair date we were given was 6pm on 10th Oct and we were told it will definitely be fixed by then. This has been an ongoing issue all summer and it’s so frustrating. We just want to get this resolved and receive the service we are paying for.

@virginmedia Expand a little.... Ok.... At 52 mins past the hour on the hour since the "engineer" fixed the issue... We have lost internet connection which means we've lost TV, internet & phone. Again putting you in breach of ofcom regulations.
-
Bibi

@virginmedia taking money out of peoples accounts for missed appointments when your engineer doesn’t call prior to the appointment or turn up on the day as he’s supposed to, is illegal. Stop this practice. Listen to the complaint and start behaving like

@virginmedia After 5 phone calls and 4hrs and lots of negotiation I may have settled with a deal. Will look through the deal probably today as I have a 14 day cooling off period. If I did cancel your retention department would be on it straight away. Both BT and Sky are more than competitive
