Got this in email from @virginmedia / O2, "Each year your Airtime Plan will be increased by the Retail Price Index (RPI) rate of inflation announced in February plus 3.9%. If RPI is negative, we’ll only apply the 3.9%." No problem with RPI increase, whats the 3.9% for? #robbery

@virginmedia No, it's not fixed. Same thing happening now as it did yesterday. Alexa cannot connect to Internet, yet my phone can. Echo Dot has been checked and is fine so problem is with @virginmedia

@virginmedia The service checker tells me either nothing, or - as in the screenshot - something completely contradictory. There is no way to communicate with anyone and yet, strangely enough, you still charge me for a service which only works intermittently.

@virginmedia The checks tell me there are issues. regardless I don’t really care about wider issues in my area. I’ve been sent in a loop for the past month and it’s still broken, I’ve been paying for this time and not receiving a service - this is not the first time either @Ofcom

@virginmedia I’ve had no service since Monday evening and have just got a text saying it won’t be fixed until the 24th. Over a week to fix a total loss of all services is shameful. I suspect the system that takes all my money each month wouldn’t be out of action for that long.
