@virginmedia... starting to get frustrated with your level of service! I have been trying to sort out black spots in WiFi in my house since the start of Jan. Tonight I was on hold 39mins for someone to do some tests & we got cut off. 2nd call and it’s been 10mins on hold so far..

@virginmedia It just drops out all the time. Using your online checker it says that there is a network issue coming into the home. Told me to check the connections / reboot rooter etc (which I've done several times) and nothin has improved.

@Thecarmagdriver @virginmedia 1) ISP hardware is total shite (Virgin in Particular) don’t use it. It is worth what you paid for it £0. 2) Draytek router and Ruckus wifi (connected via Cat6) is what you need to distribute throughout house (a single WiFi point is never going to work)! 3) it will cost money!

@virginmedia I’m sorry but this is the same response I have been getting from the call centre when I’ve called and logged this and on Twitter . Like a lot off people I’m working from home and can not afford wifi to go down . Virgin media has not in the last month come out and resolved this

@virginmedia Trying to cancel my Virgin TV and broadband package. Keep getting passed to a “disconnection team” and after 15 minutes of waiting to talk to a person the call is ended. You are the worst TV and Internet provider.
