Phone up and agree a contract only to get something totally different phone to complain they tell you the phones getting cut off, the goalposts get moved continuously, communication atrocious. "Unstable network". Before you asked yes the router has been reset and tested multiple times. Turned off and on and yet still the same issue.

It worked first time. Copper lines being phased out in favour of VoIP.

Then refused any contact with me afterwards due to not being a customer!
