@virginmedia I phoned up on the 15th of September and said I wanted my contract stopped after it ends, which is tomorrow. How is that not cancelling?! I was told I would need to call on the 9th or 10th to cancel my contract, so I phoned today. I'm guessing the calls are all recorded?!

@virginmedia The agent over the phone checked with the support team, who advised that because the notes apparently say I didn't ask for a disconnection (I did) then the 30 days has to start from today. I am not paying up to the 9th of November as after Monday I will not be using the service.

@virginmedia I am a residential customer and yes its extremely frustrating as the service is not fit for use. Everytime I've called, the customer service keep doing the same thing. They reset things from customer service side (remotely), yet nothing and this has been done atleast 20 times.

@virginmedia I do have a genuine reason. I cant get a signal at top floor were my office is was able to at one point then suddenly no. Even when I mo e router closer still no joy. I pay for a service e that I'm not getting if I was asking for mo ey off or something

@virginmedia If I'm paying £48 a month and in that month my Internet goes down two thirds of the month I should at the very least be compensated for two thirds of my bill, if it continues to go down in the following months that should increase for all the inconvenience! That would be fair!

@virginmedia Well I have a complaints number and a response. But as indicated it paid no attention to my actual complaint. I was told my price would not rise when called during the pre price rise ability to leave. Then when the rise happened I called again to be told period to leave expired.
