-
David A (@tofolo_1) reported from Glasgow, Scotland@virginmedia Are you kidding? I am not paying 30p a minute to call you. The contact us page says webchat but no link? It also says some text service but no number? Are you also just making it impossible to get in touch. If this becomes any harder to set up billing I will cancel....
-
Willem_Wikkelspies (@spongebath63) reported from Dennistoun, Scotland@virginmedia What is going on with your customer care(?) line? I call 789, I get an automated voice telling me that calls are not being connected to this number and I'm told to call 789 to speak to a member of the team, so i call 789, I get an automated voice.........!

Karen Sime 💙 #TeamNHS (@Karencrafts) reported from Glasgow, Scotland@MargMarvelous @virginmedia I know. Virgin is down in Glasgow but I still need a new hub as the reset button on mine is broken. I’ve been going in circles on the app and website for the best part of an hour. A simple email address would have resolved it in 5 minutes!
-
Elaine Byrne (@ElaineB50245734) reported from Glasgow, Scotland@virginmedia I have a complaint and cannot find a email address for it
-
David A (@tofolo_1) reported from Glasgow, Scotland@virginmedia Perhaps if you read my messages? 1st message said I don't have a land line. 0345 is 30p a minute on O2 PAYG (your merger partner) This is a sign of customer service to come. I will cancel before my connection date. Thanks for confirming my fears about virgin.

-
David (@DRoss215) reported from Paisley, Scotland@virginmedia GT it would be easier if you could access a telephone and engage with a customer that needs assistance. I have now wasted another 20 mins of my time 😡😡 how do I get a resolution?
-
dios mio la creatura 🏳️🌈🇺🇦 (@lordofanywhere) reported from Glasgow, Scotland@virginmedia is a complete and utter joke in Glasgow. Apparently there is a fault and won’t be resolved until January 5th. On Twitter, they redirect us to the service status page, which is “experience some problems” and we can’t check service status. Compensation is in order.
-
Banjo (@Chban1967) reported from Glasgow, Scotland@virginmedia Absolute shambles of a company with absolute zero customer care. Harry john (@ahmedbella19101) reportedTired of paying for multiple subscriptions like Sky, BT Sport, Virgin Media, Now TV, Amazon Prime, Disney+, Apple TV+? I have got the solution. This IPTV @8k_Best_IPTV30 offers: • 300,000+ live channels • 65,000+ VODs • PPV events • Netflix • 78,000+ movies 🇺🇸🇬🇧🇫🇷
-
Craig Aldridge (@CraigA3) reported@virginmedia I have messaged you team online, replied to their emails and tried calling. But your team told me my package wouldn't change as I moved home then have sent me a contract for 4x as much and then decided to not pass security with me to fix. It's an evil scam
-
Stewart Neilson ⚒ 🇬🇧 (@HaveringHammer) reportedI’ve just been given Netflix ( I know I’m late to getting it ) by VirginMedia. The first show I’ve started watching is Breaking Bad ( I know I’m late to watching that too ) My question is should I stick with it as I’m 3 shows in and not sure what all the fuss was about yet?
-
Ian (@Jd95975184) reported@virginmedia Contract is up in june i will be leaving soon as possible, had new modem, 3 engineer visits which resulted in my front garden being dug up on 3 seperate occassions for new connection and wire being laid, still get flashing red light on box and intermitant signal, you never help
-
Phil (@philbreadin) reported@virginmedia how come my bill has jumped from £55 to £72 mid contract? I understand it's April and a small price increase is expected but £17 is taking the mick. With the issues I've had lately @skytv is looking more tempting.
-
Alloqui Strix (@AlloquiStrix) reported@virginmedia Perhaps, but not 1 day then 7 days between updates on the same day & within minutes. If this was a water outage for this length of time there would be water tankers delivering water to houses - why are you not providing us with mobile data during this extended SNAFU.
-
Gerbil (@f4ckiam) reportedI feel like I'm on a complaining streak but here goes: This one is for @O2 I have been a loyal customer since the switch-over of Virgin Media customers. I barely use data. So, I've been more than happy with my £9.73/month tariff. The data is unimportant. Unlimited calls/texts is
-
Leighton J Holden (@LJHolden1986) reported@virginmedia I need some help. I have had an O2 SIM card tagged onto my WiFi account. I never wanted this but I was told that I could just throw this away and not use it. I am now being charged £7.50 per month for absolutely nothing. Can you please advise on how I deal with this?
-
Ian (@Jd95975184) reported@misselledee @virginmedia If virgin cant provide you service from 30 days of you reporting the fault you can leave for nothing, they are very incompetent when dealing with customers, deal with one agent who promises to sort it, never does, you phone back then its a different agent and you start all over
-
Lee Black (@leeb9972) reported@virginmedia Dundee DD4 area, limited broadband, any issues you are aware of, i might need an engineer :(
