Im howling. The customer service i have recieved from @virginmedia is an absolute joke. Talking to one of their "internet techs" and they didnt even know what a Cat 6 cable was. Not to mention im paying £41 a month for a service that drops randomly every few days.

Cancel and they’ll bill you for the remainder of your contract and do this til you give in and pay, even if the service is so appalling you’ve had to cancel. Even from their own site the amount of frustration is awful. And to direct an irate customer to that 🤯

@virginmedia All I want to know is whether a technician is attending his address today! They’ve sent a new box to install but no remote! The remote is the only thing that was broke. Customer services wouldn’t speak to a man who is 83 who does not know his account number, his email address!
