@SupportPDC **** them then mate! Having a similar problem with @virginmedia - given them ample opportunities to sort an issue, no joy. Just cancelling the direct debit instead, that’ll instigate them to contact me!

@virginmedia Fortunately, though unable to resolve the problem, the 4th person I spoke to didn’t feel the need to hang up on me or lie and has arranged an engineer visit for next week. All this after listening to the same hold music for a combined total of 83 minutes (3/3) 👍🏼

@virginmedia Just been on web chat for 45 mins then phone call for 25 mins to someone who doesn't understand or doesn't want to understand, waiting on hold again, disgraceful customer service.

@virginmedia Potential cancellation. My mother was present at the time of the call, and I wanted to discuss options, whether to downgrade/cancel. But contact centre were so unhelpful.

@virginmedia Need to discuss an o/s balance and also discuss why after I called to cancel 2 months ago, when I was billed again it was still at the higher rate / can’t afford and now cut off entirely.

@virginmedia Except that’s a complete fabrication. The outage started at 1am with an estimated timeframe of 4PM in which it would hoped to be fixed. Yet 15 hours pass and nothing, except a new arbitrary timeframe of 8AM tomorrow, meaning it takes someone **31 hours** to fix!? Not good enough.
