Been trying to sort my @virginmedia bill since November. Raised a complaint and spent hours on the phone. 4 agents have told me everything’s fixed. Just received another bill and it’s more than double it should be. Why can’t they get this right?!

@virginmedia is terrible, on demand and catch up down in my area since yesterday and told online it will be fixed by the 8th, if it’s not that it’s the broadband, definitely leaving when my contract finishes, don’t even get my broadband speed and I’m on 200mb😡

@virginmedia Thank you so much for answering, however, the community forum is not what is required, your engineer couldn’t find the DP which often gets flooded therefore water ingress impacts our service, I really need this resolved by a person. I am a loyal customer (20 years +) Thank u 🙏

@marksw10 You're right, when they're good they are great @VirginMedia. That was fixed within the hour. Been happy since I negotiated my bill down to £25.95 p/month for the 100mps Mix package for 18 months, which is the same as it was when I first signed up. Not paying more than that!
