    @virginmedia The point is the contract sent out on 15th Aug wasn't what was agreed when challenged I got put on the virgin no customer service merry-go-round which due to our personal circumstances i had to give up u are an absolute rotten company ur service agent admitted this was appalling

    So @virginmedia broadband and tv appears to be down (again) for hours and their webpage to check service status is offline. I’m currently having to connect my work laptop to my personal phone just to work. This is not good!

    @virginmedia How can I phone 151 when my phone line isn’t working! And yes, I’ve dialled the 0345 number on many occasions yet still can’t speak to anyone!!no doubt I will hear from you when I cancel my direct debit and move to another supplier!

    @virginmedia no, i’ve not received a resolution. someone contacted me regarding the complaint, then when i responded, they have just ignored it. the complaint is regarding incorrect billing and poor customer service.

    @virginmedia No, it's not fixed. Same thing happening now as it did yesterday. Alexa cannot connect to Internet, yet my phone can. Echo Dot has been checked and is fine so problem is with @virginmedia

    So @virginmedia won't send out a technician because the signal coming into my house is fine - even though I keep telling them it's a problem with the WiFi from the router. I was offered a technician at a cost of £25 !! Absolutely disgraceful customer 'service'.

    @virginmedia I have never experienced such shocking service on the telephone for 150 mins still not resolved. I have 2 properties in the one block I requested one of them to be disconnected! VM disconnected both the tenant is now screaming at me as she works from home 😡😡

    @O2 The whole 'customer service' provided by O2 in relation to this matter has been nothing short of appalling. As O2 is now associated with Virgin Media, I will be taking the earliest opportunity available to switch the services I have with them too.

    @virginmedia Are you able to contact the staff that used to work on them because I have a long running complaint and despite forum staff having access to info nobody at 150 can help and apparently the ONLY time my problem got identified and fixed nobody can find except for forum staff.

    @virginmedia Yes the service stays page says no issues. But the helpline said 24 hours now the chat help saying another 24 hours. Lots of neighbours having the same issue. Can you advise please?

    @y_alibhai @virginmedia Change your internet provider. Or ring their cancellation number and they'll likely push heaven and earth to help you then. If they don't, definitely change. I was with them years ago, absolute rubbish of a service.

Commence a claim under the direct debit guarantee scheme for the un-agreed unauthorised increased amount Never have anything to do with @virginmedia again Except for suing for damages for falsely registered credit reference
