  @virginmedia The point is the contract sent out on 15th Aug wasn't what was agreed when challenged I got put on the virgin no customer service merry-go-round which due to our personal circumstances i had to give up u are an absolute rotten company ur service agent admitted this was appalling

  @virginmedia no, i’ve not received a resolution. someone contacted me regarding the complaint, then when i responded, they have just ignored it. the complaint is regarding incorrect billing and poor customer service.

  @sephiroth17181 @virginmedia The actual faults were both properties (70 miles apart!) bad power amplifiers along the cable itself underground to the cabinet which required senior network engineers to come out & replace them. Haven’t used them since (2010 was last time) because they dragged feet for so long.

  @virginmedia The outage was a nightmare for me, important online tasks could not be completed. Had to spend ages online trying to find a solution to jobs that could not be done offline. Managed to finally speak to someone at Virginmedia and shown how to get update some progress. Finally, I have got back online again.

  @Simon_Whale @virginmedia Even when you send it back in the packaging they provide, they don’t acknowledge receipt of it and just charge you anyway, takes a month to get your money back after they finally admit they had it for weeks, just like you said. Terrible company
