    @virginmedia It’s ridiculous how difficult it is made to cancel without being forced to go through a sales/customer retention pitch multiple times (I.e starting again every time the connection is inexplicably lost). Not fair on your agents either. Why waste both mine and their time?

    @virginmedia We haven’t disconnected yet..I’m going to call later on to the cancellations team I’m just not very happy with the service provided when calling up yesterday..he wasn’t interested at all when I told him we wanted to cancel since you can’t offer us better.
