@virginmedia no, i’ve not received a resolution. someone contacted me regarding the complaint, then when i responded, they have just ignored it. the complaint is regarding incorrect billing and poor customer service.

@edwardrussell @virginmedia Down in Exeter, Devon. I can access Facebook, and my emails (Gmail). Some websites load eg BBC News, others don't. As others have experienced can't use mobile data to access their status page. This fuxks up my working from home. Thanks @virginmedia
