ok ... I called and an engineer is coming on Monday but 9 times out of ten it's an outside or area problem. TV stopping and starting. In 11 years we have had well over 30 break downs. This is the West End in Edinburgh @virginmedia

My experience with @virginmedia was 50/50 today called downgrade got a whole lot of crap from the first person. Ended up at the cancellation department who listened to me & saved me as a customer.

@virginmedia As I said, there are no issues reported for my postcode on that page. When I called it said there are issues for my postcode which will be resolved at 9am. Does that mean 9am tomorrow? Or 9am today, which has passed with the problems persisting. If so what do I do next?

@virginmedia Not sitting on the phone's for an hour for u to read from Ur script to bang on about plugging items into the router that's on a wall upstairs the problem is Ur crappy WiFi disconnect at least 3 times a day then we have to reset all our devices
