@virginmedia The connection drops at the router, and on all devices. Your chat function in the app is rubbish as they always say “you’ll need to phone” this you end up repeating yourself. Apparently there is no issues - there is! I’d leave u back to sky 2mrw if I wasn’t stuck in a contract!

8 yrs with @virginmedia -numerous internet problems & no actual working phone for over 6 of those yrs, we finally decide to leave. After 30 mins on hold we’re told it will take a further 1hr on hold to get to the cancellation dept who will then require 30 days notice 😡 #rubbish

Just registered for 1GB internet (up and down) with phone for less than I’m paying @virginmedia for 200 MB. Not available yet but coming soon. Meanwhile @virginmedia still hassling me about equipment I sent back at the weekend. They took over a week to send me packaging.

That was ehhh wierd ..so wierd yesterday, website showed had zero mobile data ,(knew had 6ghb left for next 8 days) Options pay £3 a day pr £10 for 1gb...was a mad but paid , swiftly sorted & so far always top rate customer care well done & thanks @virginmedia #virginmobile

@virginmedia Entire service was cancelled on 15th July. Spoke with Matthew and even confirmed everything was done and cancelled. We have received emails with random products and now a first bill with no indication of the service being cancelled. Impossible to contact anyone. HELP

@virginmedia I don't have another phone to try the sim in. The service was spotty at best in the town that I work but now it has become none existent and it is the same indoors and outdoors. (I work outdoors)
