    I’ve been looking at switching to the ultimate Oomph package with @virginmedia but it’s just gone up £20 and as an existing customer (not TV though) it’s probably not nearly as good a deal Vs new customer deal. Looks like I’ll have to renew with Sky again for 18 months.

    @StevenSum32 @virginmedia Edinburgh! Yes I’ve had same problems for last 2 weeks... rebooting doesn’t help.. presuming it’s to do with too much traffic during lockdown but some explanation from @virginmedia would help

    My @virginmedia internet keeps going off every couple hours for 5 minutes or so. It’s messed up recording interviews & frustrated my attempts to be a bad homeschool teacher via YouTube.

    Thank goodness for 4G on phone, although no use for computer. Looks like @virginmedia broadband is having problems. It’s been off and on all afternoon. More off than on. Grrr

    @virginmedia broadband is down in EH12 5UY impacting multiple people . You site says all is fine. Get this sorted as I need to WFH and engineer on 24/04 isn't really acceptable

    @virginmedia Nope, didn’t help. Last time it happened it was late at night while I was walking home and trying to call my boyfriend. From a safety perspective these kind of faults need to be resolved sooner rather than later.

    @virginmedia Already done and nothing - this keeps happening every few days for a few hours at a time. Can’t believe I’m paying full price for a service I only get 70% of the time - especially annoying when I rely on it to work from home.

    @RyanGayRGS @virginmedia Same times last 3 nights just goes down conveniently out of hours & starts working in the morning again. Agreed to send an engineer out around Xmas & never materialised. Feel like a **** for moaning when all this is going on, but fed up

    @virginmedia Hi, thanks for replying. There is not a breakdown, I was asked to show my deductions from bank and Email them to “Missing Payments” missing payments replied to say they don’t deal with my particular issue, and gave me a number to call.

    @virginmedia So 22nd has been and gone and still intermittent internet from Virgin. What happens now seen as yr not answering the WhatsApp number. Can we cancel our contract and be refunded for a service we haven't benefited from?

    @virginmedia Being able to solve technical issues with technicians would be helpful, apparently the best way to solve issues is just to upgrade. Someone who understands the words that come out of your mouth is also a good idea.
