@virginmedia The connection drops at the router, and on all devices. Your chat function in the app is rubbish as they always say “you’ll need to phone” this you end up repeating yourself. Apparently there is no issues - there is! I’d leave u back to sky 2mrw if I wasn’t stuck in a contract!

ok ... I called and an engineer is coming on Monday but 9 times out of ten it's an outside or area problem. TV stopping and starting. In 11 years we have had well over 30 break downs. This is the West End in Edinburgh @virginmedia

My experience with @virginmedia was 50/50 today called downgrade got a whole lot of crap from the first person. Ended up at the cancellation department who listened to me & saved me as a customer.

@virginmedia Yes and yes, spent hours over the past few months on the phone to customer service representatives who just ask me to perform a hard reset this then gives me a boost for a couple of days then it goes back to the standard poor service.
