@virginmedia will be Tuesday next week, so for the whole weekend and Monday I will be cut off from my service, and I just moved to you hoping for a better customer care, i can't express enough how disappointed I am and how angry because of that. How can you let this to happen 😡

@virginmedia I’ve had no services since Tuesday. Discovered this after CS closed Tuesday night, as I’m a nurse and work long hours. Contacted Wednesday, got attitude from a call handler, spoke to a manager who couldn’t help much. New router, self install, still nothing!

@virginmedia Now I have an engineer coming tomorrow. They way this has been handled is ridiculous. I lodged a complaint online, was told I’d get a response within 7 days. So patiently waiting. I want to speak to someone UK based with authority to sort this out for me.

@virginmedia I called Sunday to give notice. With no discussion she advised I would incur a termination fee and disconencted me there and then. She did not tell she had done that, when I challenged the fee, she advised there would be no fee and I would have service until 21st march

@virginmedia Price changes, increases, mean that you can keep your profit margins healthy. In no other industry does fix term contracts mean the operator can increase prices to what they like. I will not extend my three accounts when they end.

@virginmedia I have been on hold 45mins. I want to cancel my contract and you will not speak to me, or answer letters. I have been a customer for 8yrs and can get a better deal from @bt_uk , far better. Maybe one for @itvMLshow A £4 off for 6m isn't even close.
