@virginmedia Eventually got through to your overseas call centre. Guy couldn't help and booked me an engineer for Wednesday evening. He then hung up on me when I suggested that I shouldn't be charged for the next few days #believeinbetter

@virginmedia They came a couple of times but they couldn’t find parking so then the team left. Then they said they would need to close down the entire road in order to put a new supply

@virginmedia That says it all.... “higher call volume than usual” they have confirmed an issue in the area. But seems this issue has been lingering around for over a year now. I appreciate there will be issues, but you seem to have more bad days than good days with your internet service

All the old @virginmedia equipment has been disconnected and unplugged! It’s been like night and day getting @bt_uk #fttp installed, so far 10 families in my street have moved away from VM... that’s what you get for poor customer service

@stevegoodman @bt_uk @virginmedia I’ve given up on VM they’ve been the only fibre in the area for years and their service has gone from ok to bad to worse. Working from home was proving challenging. Teams would always say poor network quality

@virginmedia I switched over to you on the 31st December and had a speed issue very quickly and between online chat and two phone calls yesterday was told issue at street cabinet twice on phone chat says no issue. Bring back BT 😔

@virginmedia Root of all the problems - disconnection when my mum died, with no notice. sales team advised only way for me to get service for my dad was in my name. He couldn’t set up in his name, as he had no phone etc because VM disconnected etc

@virginmedia Checked This every day, checked last night and just now. It says no issues. But the support agent on Monday and last night said there was outages in the area and these wouldn’t be resolved till at least 30/3. Called 3 times last night.
