Hey @virginmedia why can’t I down grade my package online, via email or live chat? I can upgrade no problem. Calling the customer help line says most of your offices are closed and I would have an hours wait to speak to someone. An hour!!!

@virginmedia Day 6 and still no internet. Use phoned me yesterday and then hung up and I tried to phone use back and couldn't get through many times. I'm not accepting this I want to cancel.

@virginmedia @vmbusinesshelp Ah, didn't find them to tag when I searched. Back up and running now, then down for a bit again yesterday. Downtime seems to be becoming a feature, and not one I like. I was happy with my previous ISP, just not the @OpenreachHelp infrastructure which is pretty poor where I am.

@virginmedia They tell me the bill will be cancelled after the collection have they any conception of how annoying it is to receive a bill for payment not due. It may help their record keeping but boy does it harden my resolve never to use Virgin again.

@DanielaGabor @virginmedia The ONLY way I found to get thru to @virginmedia is to write a proper old fashioned letter of complaint directly to their CEO (now in Reading I think). Their call centre staff are ALL completely incompetent and the social media team need sacking immediately. Good luck!
