@EveryNextDream @virginmedia I’ve had issues with their customer service for years. I worked for them part time whilst at uni when they were “Telewest”, and went through the whole Virgin take over. We all knew it was doomed from that moment. I’ll be leaving when contract is up.

@virginmedia you have taken £162 out my account without my permission ...... that is stealing . I spoke to a girl today and told me yes it was virgins mistake but she can’t return the money I told her I wanted to cancel and she said it would cost me £490 .... this is wrong

@virginmedia It reboots itself. The phone team claim the diagnostics say its fine, but rebooting multiple times a day is not fine. We've tried a factory reset, and unplugging some devices, and no change. Was just watching Netflix when it cut out again.
