@virginmedia I have been calling premium numbers for weeks to speak to people. Only one seemed to help but she was from a UK office and said she would call me back. I am still waiting over a week later for anyone to be in touch with me!

@virginmedia your call centre is rude, they can’t understand simple English, round in circles, the line keeps buzzing out, I want to cancel but they will not put me through to anyone who can. They profess to be from every team everything I ask for help! Shocking how bad this is

Is there anything more irritating than the @virginmedia chat bot! Being asked if I want to hold on chat every 30 seconds. Actually feels like it’s deliberate so the customer disconnects! #poorcustomerservice

@virginmedia No I have given up to be honest. I am days in spending hours waiting with no reply. I have to go through the poor service every time explaining to them I can't afford the payments but they try and push a package on me at a higher price. I CAN'T AFFORD IT

@virginmedia now on my 11th call to sort this out in the last 3 weeks. Each time on the phone for over an hour and still no solution. How to I cancel everything if they refuse to do it and pass me through 5/6 call centres

@ThirdSectorLab @virginmedia I had a similar frustrating experience with Virgin Media a couple of weeks ago. I was on a loop of nonsense via text messages for over a week. I resorted to calling again and selecting the option “thinking of leaving”, 10 mins later - problem solved. Terrible customer service.

I’m having real issues with my @virginmedia broadband. Is anyone else being affected by their service? It’s an intermittent fault and my broadband drops which is so frustrating when #workingfromhome I have to say that @virginmedia haven’t been helpful despite calling them often.

@virginmedia I have been on your WhatsApp chat with someone for over 30 minutes and still haven't had my issue resolved. You should be able to cancel your Broadband contract online with a few clicks, but obviously you are intent on wasting my time by making it difficult.
