@virginmedia ...before you can do anything. Was told that we couldn’t even talk to anyone from cancellation department...until we either paid or went through collections department. There was/is no care for what has happened...just “give us some money and we’ll help”

@EveryNextDream @virginmedia I’ve had issues with their customer service for years. I worked for them part time whilst at uni when they were “Telewest”, and went through the whole Virgin take over. We all knew it was doomed from that moment. I’ll be leaving when contract is up.

@virginmedia We have tried that route also...they weren’t any help either. Absolutely no one is willing to listen to us or the actual facts of what has happened to us. It would be good if someone could actually call us and try to help

@virginmedia you have taken £162 out my account without my permission ...... that is stealing . I spoke to a girl today and told me yes it was virgins mistake but she can’t return the money I told her I wanted to cancel and she said it would cost me £490 .... this is wrong

When you are web-chatting to the @virginmedia customer services team about wifi connectivity and their insightful questions are basically how do you connect to WiFi - well through the WiFi obviously!!! 1/2

@virginmedia We have been down this road before today on the phone, despite having fibre we were told to hardwire into the modem…defeats the object really. We have been told there is a fault then there isn’t (when there is) I’m sick of it and want an address to bill you for my time

@virginmedia I use that and it says the upstairs has good coverage, but if my one son is on the computer I cant watch any thing on the firestick as it keeps cutting off and the same the other way round . My phone gets very poor coverage upstairs too
