    @virginmedia No I have given up to be honest. I am days in spending hours waiting with no reply. I have to go through the poor service every time explaining to them I can't afford the payments but they try and push a package on me at a higher price. I CAN'T AFFORD IT

    @virginmedia are the worst, if not one of the worst for customer service. Always someone who isn't English and is hard to understand and think the customer is never wrong!!

    @virginmedia ...before you can do anything. Was told that we couldn’t even talk to anyone from cancellation department...until we either paid or went through collections department. There was/is no care for what has happened...just “give us some money and we’ll help”

    @ThirdSectorLab @virginmedia I had a similar frustrating experience with Virgin Media a couple of weeks ago. I was on a loop of nonsense via text messages for over a week. I resorted to calling again and selecting the option “thinking of leaving”, 10 mins later - problem solved. Terrible customer service.

    @virginmedia Day 6 and still no internet. Use phoned me yesterday and then hung up and I tried to phone use back and couldn't get through many times. I'm not accepting this I want to cancel.

    @virginmedia We have had no TV in L22 since Saturday 11th July, outage checker has shown fix time this afternoon - just received a text to say engineer on the way, fix time now tomorrow. This is a bit more than rubbish, how do I claim compensation? (I thought it was automatic)

    @virginmedia so after 3 days a week or so back without broadband, landline or TV, and no sign of compensation and only the most glib apology, our service is off again today and will be off all day according to their status checker. Not good enough. Time to go.

    @JackHansenFIT @drunkandcoding @InternetH0F You are aware that many companies take multiple measures to make it hard to cancel a subscription right? For example in the uk, virgin media is under fire for multiple cases of them actively blocking customers from cancelling their broadband so they could switch to something else
