@virginmedia Still no reply from the initial text message I sent yesterday and my internet is currently off again and status page says no issues, this is getting beyond a joke! I'm trying to do school work with my kids, this is very frustrating

@virginmedia No I have given up to be honest. I am days in spending hours waiting with no reply. I have to go through the poor service every time explaining to them I can't afford the payments but they try and push a package on me at a higher price. I CAN'T AFFORD IT

I’m having real issues with my @virginmedia broadband. Is anyone else being affected by their service? It’s an intermittent fault and my broadband drops which is so frustrating when #workingfromhome I have to say that @virginmedia haven’t been helpful despite calling them often.

@ThirdSectorLab @virginmedia I had a similar frustrating experience with Virgin Media a couple of weeks ago. I was on a loop of nonsense via text messages for over a week. I resorted to calling again and selecting the option “thinking of leaving”, 10 mins later - problem solved. Terrible customer service.

@virginmedia We've received a bill that spans a period beyond the 30 days following the cancellation date ie beyond 30th April. The bill is for one month and hasn't been adjusted also FYI our TV service and phone line stopped working yesterday so why would the billing period extend beyond?

@virginmedia Thanks JB, I know you're just the messenger but I've raised this as a complaint. £19+ more monthly than a new customer is ridiculous. It's nearly the cost of a broadband contract with other providers.
