@virginmedia No I have given up to be honest. I am days in spending hours waiting with no reply. I have to go through the poor service every time explaining to them I can't afford the payments but they try and push a package on me at a higher price. I CAN'T AFFORD IT

@virginmedia I had an engineer out today as landline has been down for 4 days not that I minded as never use the thing. I mentioned my WiFi speed to engineer and he told me we were running at 59mbps & I’m paying for 200mbps although kindly sorted it for me. Just saying 🤔

@virginmedia Wi-fi reception in parts of house is poor so called to get a site visit. Ended up being 'encouraged' to take out new contract but had to change from vodafone who i've had for the last 20+ years and been happy with, to O2. Had problems on that part of the deal as well but ....
