The great pity is they never informed me to find out if that was OK, such gross inefficiency abounds within your organisation.

I asked is this a total of over £600 and she said, “yea mamm,that is correct”. My response was purely to laugh. This conversation has happed in the last 15 minutes. Absolutely despicable!

The government should intervene in this matter to ensure that all public goods cannot outsource their customer service. A few months ago, I had a horrible call with virgin media after my contract finished
