    @virginmedia I have reached out. 5 times. Each time it has not been dealt with. Every time I’ve been told the problem has been rectified and it hasnt. They are telling me different things, no one has a clue. You can’t take money out of peoples bank account then put it into credit

    @virginmedia you have taken £162 out my account without my permission ...... that is stealing . I spoke to a girl today and told me yes it was virgins mistake but she can’t return the money I told her I wanted to cancel and she said it would cost me £490 .... this is wrong

    @EveryNextDream @virginmedia I’ve had issues with their customer service for years. I worked for them part time whilst at uni when they were “Telewest”, and went through the whole Virgin take over. We all knew it was doomed from that moment. I’ll be leaving when contract is up.

    Honestly @virginmedia are a joke. Our contract ended in April so I phoned to cancel. They convinced me to stay with a deal for 99 pounds with a 50 pounds off loyalty voucher. Since then we have been charged 138.99, 138.99, 140 and they wrongly took 155 out last week

    @virginmedia are the worst, if not one of the worst for customer service. Always someone who isn't English and is hard to understand and think the customer is never right!!

    @virginmedia Hi, I am trying to logon to My Virgin Media, but my password is rejected. I then follow the reset password instructions -and enter the correct details for the secret question and then my account details - it gets rejected - can you please help

    FFS @virginmedia please sort out your customer service. After finally getting through to change my package, I was put on hold again and transferred to another department. I hung up after 1 hour on hold!!! Think I’ll just cancel and take my business elsewhere

    @virginmedia help! My mobile phone number was meant to transfer to you yesterday. Online it still says processing, and I can use the Internet and send texts and call out. But nobody can call or text me! Feeling slightly frustrated. :(

    @virginmedia No I haven’t.. not sure much can be done. I can’t have a V6 box as you won’t allow me to use a different broadband service (I don’t pay for my current broadband..) so I’m stuck with aging technology of TiVo 😞

    @virginmedia @GlasgBricklayer The problem with @virginmedia is it happens too often . Your staff lie to achieve sales figures and it’s us the public who have the trouble . The chances of talking to the person who caused the trouble is NONE

    Trying to watch via catch up on #stvplayer via @virginmedia #tivo is nothing short of torture. Super slow responses loading / between menus, buffering and you can’t fast forward adverts.. really need to catch up with the times, customer viewing habits and expectation

    I spent 4 hours on the phone in Lanzarote last week and was assured that the problem had been resolved and in September 99 pounds would be coming out of mine and Lucy’s account. I’ve just been billed 165 pounds for September. Get it sorted @virginmedia

    @virginmedia very I happy with my current issue, I have been charged £80 for a contract with has been changed without my knowledge even though I spoke to an agent about 3 1/2 weeks ago and sorted my contract out and it was around £52 a month, now being told that no record of this

When I decided to find more and carried on through once I was told there were no issues. I just ignore it now!

    @virginmedia Yes I read the small print. So unless you are receiving less than half of the advertised average, you can't cancel the contract. How you get away with selling a product called 1Gig with a HUGE margin is quite astonishing.
