    @virginmedia No I have given up to be honest. I am days in spending hours waiting with no reply. I have to go through the poor service every time explaining to them I can't afford the payments but they try and push a package on me at a higher price. I CAN'T AFFORD IT

    @virginmedia Yet again my broadband connection has disappeared, rebooting hub hasn't helped. This is happening every day and when I do get connected it's super slow, not good enough!

    can you please sort your internet out @virginmedia! I apprecIate there’s probably more people on the network during the week but at the weekend and a very hot summer night.. constantly dropping in and out. It’s not like it’s cheap to have you as a service provider!

    @wendyg I can likely change protocol if needed. No notice from @virginmedia about any change required or email service degradation, but that’s typical.

    @virginmedia status page is down, so unable to check if any issues, but our channels are not working properly, picture and sound keeps breaking up on all channels.

    @virginmedia Still no reply from the initial text message I sent yesterday and my internet is currently off again and status page says no issues, this is getting beyond a joke! I'm trying to do school work with my kids, this is very frustrating

    @martyajackson @virginmedia This seems to have been a UK wide issue, lots of talk of Vodafone, Sky, BT, EE and TalkTalk all having issues. All back up now though. Virgin shouldn’t have been affected but who knows at what box the issue lay

    @ColourMeGreen5 I’m led to believe that all internet providers slowed there supplies down during lockdown as they were getting hammered. My WiFi with @virginmedia has been slow for months and it’s meant to be their top speed. 😤

    @virginmedia I had an engineer out today as landline has been down for 4 days not that I minded as never use the thing. I mentioned my WiFi speed to engineer and he told me we were running at 59mbps & I’m paying for 200mbps although kindly sorted it for me. Just saying 🤔

    @virginmedia I’m getting a little fed up of the constant goal post changing with regards to the fix time of our broadband outage! It’s been 4 days now and you give no updates other than keep moving the estimated fix time back EVERY time! 😡

    @MartinSLewis 1/2 Hi Martin. I’m just asking for advice because I have experienced an outage problem with virgin media for four days and so far, I have had no help or clarity from them so I am now thinking about changing providers.
