    Just one week ago @virginmedia carried out "essential works" on their network. Today the Internet connection has failed again. Eventually I was able find out there were "issues" in our area. And their app is a waste of space.

    @Robwhitt07 @virginmedia I literally just moved back to Sky because virgin always went down, particularly during working hours and they never compensated me despite my requesting it. Sky has all the great shows unavailable everywhere else unless you're willing to pay. I say get rid!

    @virginmedia How can I send in positive feedback about one of your customer support team? I was having multiple problems with kit, billing and tech faults. After numerous calls, web chat etc I called today to sort this out and Dale was fabulous. I’d like to send a proper thanks.

    Without any shadow of a doubt @virginmedia you have by far the worst customer service available. Just called them for the problem with my box and as always it's awful and a real nightmare. My bills are far from being cheap yet you treat you customers like 💩💩 #nothappy 😤😤

    @virginmedia Nah. They only give out first names but I have the call log time for (all of ) the teams I have spoken to over the past month or so. It’s been a long drawn out issue.

    @virginmedia It's about listening to the customer and applying common sense rather than dismissing them & going through a list of useless troubleshooting questions which end up being the same anyway.I have a box that is lit like a Xmas tree & reboots itself instead no.We go through the list.

    @virginmedia I have not been able to access any Virgin Media broadband services - either my own or the local hotspot - since around 6pm. I have turned my router off and on again before you ask. Down Detector suggests a national problem with Virgin broadband.

    @virginmedia Why? This is a national problem, apparently. What will me clogging up the phone line achieve? It's not just the Facebook-owned apps, it's your broadband service too.

    @virginmedia Yes, I do if/when the hub keeps resetting on its own or when all my devices suddenly can't connect to wifi even though the hub claims to still have a signal (usually right before it drops & resets anyway) It works, but the frequency of the hub rebooting on its own is the issue

    @virginmedia I had 600mb it went down to 60mb over WiFi today all the green lights are flashing on my hub3 router. I have just spoken to 4 people given my details 5 times restarted the router 6 times and now waiting for a virtual engineer that may call me in 4 hours but not today

    @virginmedia So it's back but only at 50MBps and should be 350. The service status page is useless. This is clearly a wider problem that is not affecting just me yet it says there are no known issues

    @virginmedia The current wired speed is similar to the Wi-Fi speed and currently very good with 332mb download. Yesterday, my computer which is plugged directly into the router had either no internet connection connection or very slow. I had to use my phone as a hotspot for most of the day

    @virginmedia can you look at the poor network reliability in NN15 please? Yet again our internet is down. Last Friday the connection was so poor we teathered from a @ThreeUK mobile to GoogleMeet friends as your service was unuseable.

    @virginmedia I haven’t as I’m in the hospital wards all day I’m unable to reply whenever I get the txt message and then the handler disengages. I’m writing a letter to the CEO as this is the most unavailable customer service I’ve encountered. I can’t believe I’ve 18 months to endure.
