Shocking service from @virginmedia tv fault, spoken to five different people at Virgin, each time I’ve had to give all the details again, same procedures and all have failed to resolve the problem. More than two hours spent on the phone - now it’s call back tomorrow. Shambles

@vmbusiness Are you having a laugh! You offer fibre in places where you cannot actually install it. You sign up customers, take payment book installation then cancel on the installation date. This is not how to do B2B engagement

Just had a call supposedly from @virginmedia telling me my internet has been hacked. He asked me if I had a computer, I answered, why ? He said all my information is being downloaded by scammers but he could guide through how to fix it.I said 'fix what'? He hung up. Weird.

@vmbusiness Still waiting for my line to work properly since being installed in August. Ticket open but never gets responded to. Voom BB at my other site drops out at least twice a week. If you're in business and need stable broadband do NOT use Virgin Media.
