@virginmedia Your online chat and bot is terrible. I want to reduce my package. First got chucked out during security. Then they couldn't help and put me through to relations but your bot thinks I have a mobile query. I'm trying not to phone as requested but this is unworkable.

Update, I've managed to get some phone service back and called @virginmedia the lady I spoke with was very nice but told me apparently most of virgins services are down and they have no idea when it will be out back on. I'm fuming.
