    @virginmedia Well as usual you are not proactive to customers informing them of a lack of service. You instead are always reactive when someone complains and slow to compensate for loss of service. Your frequency of drop outs in service are held as secretive.

    Trying to downgrade/cancel your @virginmedia is made harder than it ought to be! Perhaps of your customer service was better then I wouldn’t have made this request after all these years. Diabolical and shoddy! There was a time when I’d have only recommended them over competitors!

    @virginmedia Very interesting as I was told £216.11 for each service (TV, BB, Phone). I asked is this a total of over £600 and she said, “yea mamm,that is correct”. My response was purely to laugh. This conversation has happed in the last 15 minutes. Absolutely despicable!

    @virginmedia more problems with Virgin, their internet and phone service in EH 14 has had problems for two weeks, no refund for the loss of service though. I was cut off today after their call handler could not answer the simplest of questions on an overcharged bill.

    I've had rude calls with some staff, spent over £9 on calls to @TravelodgeUK to get this refunded for the charity, their customer service emailed saying that even though two of their staff & virgin media said I should get a refund that they are not going to refund. #badservice

    @virginmedia Yes I’ve done all of that and my phone is saying ‘Check phone line’. My land line has been off since last Friday. Ever since it was swapped over to your fibre network and the new adapter fitted to the back of the router. I’m paying for a service I’m not receiving.

    @virginmedia 100% issue with virgin media Tried it with Samsung phone, apple ipad, laptop devices and same issue So that's 3 different email software Tried rebooting router, devices and no luck. I take it the support is 24hrs and that the chat won't end if I don't immediately respond

    Cost of living advice - IF Virgin Media ask for a big price hike tell them you are going elsewhere but will stay for the same price as a new customer would pay. It takes a while but saved £800 (over 18 months) today and will get more for same price/no increase @MoneySavingExp

    Friday night powered by 5G since @virginmedia delivery via @YodelOnline seems to have disappeared into the ether. So work was painfully slow, and now I’m cleaning the fridge because, it seems everything in this 1860’s house is reliant on broadband. Thank god for @EE 📱

    @Benleo Guess what, Ben. @Ofcom after making a complaint o them about @virginmedia inertia not to resolve a service paid for monthly, took the easy way out and copped out. 'Not in our ballpark'. Wonder who owns whom? A regulator not worth the paper it seems!

    @virginmedia Unless you’re going to assist me in fixing your software updates, I don’t see what you can do. But it’s a big problem not being able to rely on your box to record what I’ve asked it to because your constant software updates keeps wiping them.

    @alisterrussell @PeteUK7 @virginmedia My sis in law was in ICU on a ventilator, I had just brought my brother back from another hospital after an MI. A debt collector for a utility Co knocked at his door. Atm the hospital rang to say we had to go down ( SIL later died) the debt guy said not to worry & offered a lift!

    I cannot wait to find a way out of my @virginmedia fibre contract. What a shambles of a company. I book an appointment because my Hub4 isn’t working and they cancel it but don’t tell me. When I call to find out what’s happening I’m the told to “buy a dongle” so we have internet

    @virginmedia Thanks to the shabby way you’ve treated us once again ..that’s it for us now 30+ years a customer but no more ..just signed up to Sky ..had enough of your shite service and inept customer service..oh and £45 a month cheaper
