The tech changed the hub, did some things in the hub, don't think the speed is any better but haven't noticed any drop today (yet)

I tried again later in the day ...this time for only 35 minutes to no avail. I am currently using my mobile phone but still holding.. now 30 minutes..help.

I’ve called you countless times and its so difficult to get any help. Wish I stayed with Vodafone tbh. 😩
