    @virginmedia are you guys serious! You set my account up with a credit limit lower than my package cost so it suspends my services for 20 days, when my bill is paid or make me pay it early! And nobody can rectify it! Over 12+ years a customer for this.

    @lillyt72 @virginmedia Lilly, sorry to hear you still have problems. Was probably one of the last customer on the phone last night & was 1st to be visited today at 8am. The tech changed the hub, did some things in the hub, don't think the speed is any better but haven't noticed any drop today (yet)

    @virginmedia No known issue. We called (on mobile) and have a tech booked for Tuesday night!! Not good enough my wife is a key NHS worker and needs to phone patients and update over Internet. We now have neither so WFH impossible.

    @virginmedia Yesterday I reported a problem with my landlines and was kept on hold for over 40 minutes before giving up. I tried again later in the day ...this time for only 35 minutes to no avail. I am currently using my mobile phone but still holding.. now 30 minutes..help.

    @virginmedia I switched to Vodafone from you then switched back in the cooling off period when you offered a better deal but seemed to have lost my landline in the process. I’ve called you countless times and its so difficult to get any help. Wish I stayed with Vodafone tbh. 😩
