    My experience with @virginmedia was 50/50 today called downgrade got a whole lot of crap from the first person. Ended up at the cancellation department who listened to me & saved me as a customer.

    @virginmedia Now I have an engineer coming tomorrow. They way this has been handled is ridiculous. I lodged a complaint online, was told I’d get a response within 7 days. So patiently waiting. I want to speak to someone UK based with authority to sort this out for me.

    @virginmedia Before 14 days I asked to cancel the contract with VM. A mistake in your system allows you to ask me to pay a cancellation fee. Was your mistake I was told on the chat. If I know you are doing this with vulnerable people, I will take actions. Thieves are not welcome. Thanks
