No doubt me constantly changing my password. Suggested fix within 5-days. Said they would email me when done!!!! First noticed it about a week ago. Galling when you get the followup marketing text.

Finally got through to try and speak to a customer service and was cut off immediately when transferred from automated service to an actual person. Trying to sort out my 80 year old dads tv service. Hard really to understand what the problem is and when and how it will be fixed. Still no service at all. Not impressed.

I was cut off today after their call handler could not answer the simplest of questions on an overcharged bill.

You instead are always reactive when someone complains and slow to compensate for loss of service. Your frequency of drop outs in service are held as secretive.
