    @virginmedia Your online chat and bot is terrible. I want to reduce my package. First got chucked out during security. Then they couldn't help and put me through to relations but your bot thinks I have a mobile query. I'm trying not to phone as requested but this is unworkable.

    Hey @virginmedia why can’t I down grade my package online, via email or live chat? I can upgrade no problem. Calling the customer help line says most of your offices are closed and I would have an hours wait to speak to someone. An hour!!!

    @virginmedia contacted your 150 number and asked to use the text service which I did . Unfortunately they asked to contact oomph team on 150 . Unable to get through on 150 to speak to an advised as just a message telling me to use text service help please

    @virginmedia Not heard a thing from Virgin since they hung up on me in 16th May whilst trying to give notice to leave. I’ve complained on the app and emailed complaint pro forma on the website. Great business practice!
