    @virginmedia now on my 11th call to sort this out in the last 3 weeks. Each time on the phone for over an hour and still no solution. How to I cancel everything if they refuse to do it and pass me through 5/6 call centres

    @virginmedia Been trying to cancel account for weeks, moving house very soon. Do I disconnect equipment when I leave and cancel DD! Appalling customer service, will now not be using Virgin at new house.

    @virginmedia your call centre is rude, they can’t understand simple English, round in circles, the line keeps buzzing out, I want to cancel but they will not put me through to anyone who can. They profess to be from every team everything I ask for help! Shocking how bad this is

    @virginmedia You couldn’t care less about feedback, otherwise it would be easy to contact you, over various platforms. Will cancel my direct debit - I’m sure BT will happily take my business & provide a better service than Virgin.

    @virginmedia I’ve just had a phone all from a call centre stating it was from virgin media. They were saying that I’m having issues with my internet speed and needed to turn on a computer or device to check my speeds. Is this something that your tech division door is it spam?

    Hi @virginmedia, how do I speak to an actual person at Virign Media about a fault with my Hub 3? When I call automated service says restart Hub then hangs up on me. This does not solve the problem.

    @virginmedia Hi it was just Sky movies on demand not working for one night in the end. We ended up watching something on All 4 via a Firestick rather then the film we were intending to watch as it was unavailable.

    We sat down to watch Birds of Prey the new Harley Quinn film on Sky but @virginmedia on demand is broken for the whole weekend - how do I get a refund? It had already started on Sky linear so have had to record it and watch another day. Disappointing.

    @virginmedia I’ve just tried to use the instant messenger and the customer service advisor tells me he can find no trace of any notes on my account regarding the offer made on Saturday. I have a screen shot of the offer, made in your app, yet he says he can’t see it.

    @virginmedia Yes I remain unhappy - what have you done to change this? I am on the phone, hours deep. I am complaining on twitter whilst in that queue whilst waiting for someone to ignore my cancellation request via whatsapp and offer me a new package. SORT IT OUT. CANCEL MY CONTRACT!!!!!!!!!
