Got live TV but catch up etc not working. EH54 5HR. Used online help wasn't working, but is now saying network error. Can you confirm problem I've rebooted router etc. Thanks

But seems this issue has been lingering around for over a year now. I appreciate there will be issues, but you seem to have more bad days than good days with your internet service
