    @virginmedia Currently only getting between 20-40mbps speeds on my 350mbps connection. YouTube videos not able to run at HD. Your service status says all ok but the network test on the Hub 3 says there are broadband issues. EH53

    @colletteb89 @virginmedia They are absolutely shocking. My mum is 82 and her tv box is slow and freezes and because IT ppl can’t find any wrong they have forced her to cancel all services after 10 +years. Customer service is a total disgrace 😡😡😡😡😡😡

    @daveake @virginmedia Pleased that Telewest (as it was) had fibre to the end of the road, then cable to the house. I pay for 200 Mbps down, 12 Mbps up. So recommended, if not for service quality (direct access, incomprehensible accents, unsolicited phone calls etc.).

    @virginmedia The same thing every time, switch off, reset, test everything, do a remote test, an engineer puts a signal booster on, another engineer who takes signal booster off, an engineer recommends a new WiFi hub, then we had to ask for new TiVo box....signal is brilliant when it works.

    @virginmedia Yes it is. EH6. Has been 'sending engineers' since yesterday at this time (must be hundreds of them there by now). Every other service I pay for that relies on broadband is unusable, @Skype @Steam @Spotify - never factor this into your "sorry letters". Happy to price hike though.

    8 weeks of @virginmedia incompetence and blaming the customer. @SkyUK took one phone call on a Sunday to get @bt_uk out this morning to fix the fault within an hour, including setting up devices.

    @dilan_ipekx @JackofallReeds @virginmedia The planned disconnection was to a Virgin Media box which was requested from VM. The work was done earlier than originally scheduled therefore causing the issue as everything hasn't been transferred to a new unit. We are now working closely with VM to rectify the issue.
