    @virginmedia Hi- yes, just had a truly awful call so I raised a complaint, reference is C2312202125. Looks like a few more days of suffering with an unreliable internet system, with devices sometimes working other times not working.

    @virginmedia trying to cancel my services as moving soon, get transferred the the moving team and you hand up on me! Phoned 3 more times and the same thing! Not phoning again, you can private message me for my details to the account to cancel

    @virginmedia Virgin media, tried all day to call and the line is constantly not available, terrible service , make a complaint on line and they say it will take up to 28 days to respond , who gets away with treating customers like that , unbelievable

    @virginmedia I’ve got an engineer visit booked for Saturday as that’s all your website would let me do but it seems more likely it’s a network issue as the internet is fine between 9pm and 11am every day. It’s up and down the rest of the time. EH5 area.

    @virginmedia You are trying to say if I had of picked the standard option I wouldn’t of had any problems. Virgin media is a joke these days. phone calls every day to try and upgrade my package even tho I tell them to stop calling. Moving house soon but will get sky after 10 years with virgin.

    Bored of being fobbed off @bt_uk @OpenreachHelp No WiFi since December 18th, consistently promised fix dates and still no resolve. Escalated again today, no one will contact us till next week - promed today it would be fixed. If you're in Edinburgh just go with @virginmedia 😩

    Anyone else having WiFi issues with @virginmedia done everything they suggest online and now been on hold for 20mins. Two days without wifi is far from ideal. Lucky it’s the weekend and I just want to watch Bridgerton and not trying to do more important things.

    Very unimpressed with @virginmedia #virginmedia , no surprise there it would appear. Sales pick up after one ring but when transferred to customer service currently on hold for 30 mins and counting. Each of those minutes brings me closer to wanting to cancel my subscription.

    just spent 3 hours on the phone with @virginmedia trying to get an early termination fee waived (for an account which they cancelled) only to be passed to about 8 departments, and then be told it’s not possible and I’d have to make a complaint.. make it make sense pls

    @virginmedia “As soon as possible” ... this has been going on for 2months affecting many in our street. The website states no issue and if we are patient enough to wait for an hour to call you, a level 4 issue has been found but this was supposed to be fixed by 25/2 ... we are still waiting.

    @virginmedia Yes it was from you, as it came from the same number that sends me texts when my allowance is refreshed. I don't get a discount. I just pay a monthly bill (out of contract since Sep 2020). The tariff is all I pay for since then. The £7 discount is showing when I login to my 1/2

    @virginmedia That's never been offered to us when we've called. We've spent £60+ buying 2 boosters of our own, whilst telephone operators have assured us that our current router and plan should be enough to cover.

    The clubs/FAI will lie down and accept this bullshit, as usual. Clearing up the costs around the WatchLOI service should be a priority for clubs (how much did RTE spend ?) Hopefully the FAI can convince Virgin Media to do a highlights show. They might care and do a better job.

    @JW09019313 @virginmedia They're shocking and I wish my partner hadn't just signed a renewal contract, 3rd time in 9 months for me. Internet has been down for 2 hours now but hey, they'll still charge the full amount when it comes to bills though.
