@virginmedia No, only on certain channels (5 HD being the worst) there seems be a static interference. The box is very old so not sure if it is compatible anymore

@virginmedia I’ve just had a phone all from a call centre stating it was from virgin media. They were saying that I’m having issues with my internet speed and needed to turn on a computer or device to check my speeds. Is this something that your tech division door is it spam?

@virginmedia @virginmedia done all the usual troubleshooting. Finally got through to customer service and a new hub is being sent out. Initially in 5 days but I escalated it and it’s coming in two. I still find this unsatisfactory though because we need to work from home.
