    @virginmedia Now I have an engineer coming tomorrow. They way this has been handled is ridiculous. I lodged a complaint online, was told I’d get a response within 7 days. So patiently waiting. I want to speak to someone UK based with authority to sort this out for me.

    @virginmedia Not hard enough. 20 hours and 20 minutes without television and broadband which I pay dearly for and that's the best you can say. Time for compensation for no service and move away from @virginmedia to someone more reliable and actually cares a little about customer service

    @virginmedia Useless. Moved house and sent self install kit. No socket. Fine. Help me then. Nope I’ve sat on hold three times for an hour so and then cut off and their chat bots also just keep cutting me off. I’m paying to be ignored for help a service that doesn’t work!

    @tvrski @virginmedia Yeah. After disconnecting with their human support, I switched to another browser. This time, their web deal page worked, but the price was 50p higher per month than the one i initially seen. Still, it was significantly better than the offer the human agent gave me, so I just went ahead with the renewal.
