    @virginmedia Thanks but I've done all that. Website says 'no known issues' but the automated answer message says there are 'complex issues' that engineers are working on. We had an engineer booked yesterday but they called off saying it was fixed. It's not.

    @virginmedia Ridiculous that as a existing customer now out of contract that I cannot be offered the same monthly deal as new customers. My bill is to rise by £50 pcm which is not acceptable. I ask if I can take your Bigger tv bundle with sports as advertised for £72 and told no.

    Trying to deal with @virginmedia on behalf of my Gran is one of the most frustrating things. All we want to do is downgrade her package and I've been passed to so many different people. I bet they would keep you on the phone if you wanted to cancel!

    FFS @virginmedia please sort out your customer service. After finally getting through to change my package, I was put on hold again and transferred to another department. I hung up after 1 hour on hold!!! Think I’ll just cancel and take my business elsewhere

    @virginmedia I’ve had no services since Tuesday. Discovered this after CS closed Tuesday night, as I’m a nurse and work long hours. Contacted Wednesday, got attitude from a call handler, spoke to a manager who couldn’t help much. New router, self install, still nothing!

    @virginmedia is there a problem with smtp server for Blueyonder. Trying to forward emails to someone through Android phone. Settings are correct but told can't send message. Last month I couldn't send emails with any attachments (under size limits)

    @virginmedia Now I have an engineer coming tomorrow. They way this has been handled is ridiculous. I lodged a complaint online, was told I’d get a response within 7 days. So patiently waiting. I want to speak to someone UK based with authority to sort this out for me.

    That’s me up to 7 days with broken broadband and WiFi, despite an engineer call out and numerous calls. Finally @virginmedia have agreed the hub is faulty. New one arrives on Tuesday. That’ll be 10 days. #whatapalaver

    @virginmedia You keep saying someone is coming! You keep saying we will get our compensation and everything will be fixed. Someone supposed to come on the 21st January but now not until February. Our fibre box was taken apart and nobody has come to fix it. ******* shambles. DO SOMETHING

    @virginmedia Also, now even more faults 20 minutes after the engineer slot. There are ongoing issues here and we do not have a full service. £4.33 does not go anywhere to cover the issues and time spent on this.

    @virginmedia Broadband/internet cuts out much too often, poor upload speeds, as a result the catch up tv service doesn't work. Have checked all connections, but wanted an engineer to check settings are all working optimally.

    @virginmedia I was told in a formal written response from VM!! I know full well that the are issue/s are still ongoing. It is affecting me. I am furious that VM has already sent a formal communication to say that I will not be entitled compensation for an appointment that I didn't cancel!!
