I can upgrade online but not remove channels, yet other providers are letting customers switch off and on channels each month. Virgin media completely lagging behind the curve. Got live TV but catch up etc not working. EH54 5HR. Used online help wasn't working, but is now saying network error. Can you confirm problem I've rebooted router etc. Thanks
