@virginmedia No, only on certain channels (5 HD being the worst) there seems be a static interference. The box is very old so not sure if it is compatible anymore

@virginmedia On nearly 20 minutes of being on hold. I can upgrade online but not remove channels, yet other providers are letting customers switch off and on channels each month. Virgin media completely lagging behind the curve. Not to mention a loss of service last week for whole area. Poor

Seeing as Virgin Media is trending, has anyone else had broadband connection problems ever since they had no choice in being upgraded to superfast 100MB+? I wouldn't even call it fast a lot of the time! It was fine before that.
