@Vadoseflame @Shadow_Official @virginmedia Never have been, I remember having a local techs mobile number because anytime anyone joined locally it borked my connection, and he'd fix it on the way home. So many 2hr+ calls to tell them I was offline and go through "diagnostics".

@virginmedia @Shadow_Official Haha if I called right now and said I had issues with shadow (I don't use mine for gaming) you're "support" wouldn't have a clue what I'm talking about, then they'd say everything looks fine on your end so it must be (a) my pc, (b) shadows servers or (c) it's someone else's fault

@terrychristian @SkyHelpTeam It is a pain in the arse, to be fair. We find Virgin seem to strangle bandwidth and slow the network down massively. Two sons, one on a PS4, other on an X Box. Causes major grief. Had Sky before with no issue, yet @virginmedia seems much worse. 😳

@virginmedia SO172AQ Broadband has been dropping connection constantly, Tried running diagnostics on your service status website, reported no error. Hub 3 is running in Modem mode but also tried normal router mode. Please don't tell me to reboot as I have tried that already.

@virginmedia please please help us. I’ve spent 90 minutes on phones with 4 different Virgin people and still nobody can even find my account (though I have installed and working Virgin broadband and landline). Nobody even knows how to begin to solve this. Need a troubleshooter.
