    @virginmedia I’ve tried to speak with someone for weeks re issue with my email connection, your recordings provide a link to help online, but it is only suggestions of what might be wrong! I can’t access emails and now having bother with my WiFi. Customer service is shocking!!!!!

    @virginmedia That's the result from running the test after logging in from the link you sent me. Running the test from my router doesn't show up any problems. Logs at the times had No Ranging Response, SYNC timing Sync failure, RCS partial service, no unicast maintenance opportunities errors.

    @virginmedia We’ve been having issues. Especially with the on demand service or anything we record. Constantly asking us to test the connection. I’ve switched everything off and back on again. Including modem and still getting the same error.

    @virginmedia usually singing your praises however your safeguarding policy for customers who are older people needs refinement. Sales teams not speaking to customer service has caused me and my parent great upset. Please look into training for all your sales staff please.

    @iamalisonperry @virginmedia To be fair VM supply to your house, beyond that you are on your own. Boosters are probably the worst way as they half the signal each turn. We receive 200Mbps, and 3 floors or in the garden up we still have 200. Look at powerlines or mesh networks — best investment you’ll make.

    Can't watch anything at all so may as well go to bed. The service that Virgin Media provide is shocking. The broadband was only down the other day and my partner works from home! #virginmedia

    @virginmedia sham company, appalling service and speed. Signed up for 100mbps getting on average 20/25 even as low as 3mbps. I have spent over 25hrs and and several months trying resolve. It's not worth the stress and disappointment just steer clear!

    Mad that I pay £71 a month for 350mbps a month for @virginmedia for them to only supply me with 40mbps, internet is barely moving, can’t even load basic web pages on my MacBook or phone. Problems in the Birmingham area??

    @virginmedia Staggeringly bad from Virgin Media, since Wednesday broadband has been down. No one you call has any information beyond the ever shifting fix estimate (now next Monday lunch). These are meaningless. I’ve now spent 60 pounds on extra mobile data, which VM must repay
