@virginmedia Wifi still not working. Been down for about 4 days now. Ended up unplugging our superhub 2 and plugging in the superhub 3 which was sent out a while back. Still not working though

@dmckatana @virginmedia They should be making sure you have alternative access and compensation due to the fact you need 24/7 ability to connect to your medical devices and call for help if needed. Really doesn’t fill you with much confidence does it?
