    @virginmedia I’ve just had a phone all from a call centre stating it was from virgin media. They were saying that I’m having issues with my internet speed and needed to turn on a computer or device to check my speeds. Is this something that your tech division door is it spam?

    @virginmedia Not sure. Spoke to an advisor but have very little faith that the issue is resolved. No confirmation in regards to the compliant and no apology offered. Asked to speak to a manager and was told this wasn’t possible.

    @virginmedia I’m through to someone now. But we’re definitely cancelling. The service on this matter has been severely lacking since set up in September and to be frank we can get him a better package with Sky.

    @virginmedia is terrible, on demand and catch up down in my area since yesterday and told online it will be fixed by the 8th, if it’s not that it’s the broadband, definitely leaving when my contract finishes, don’t even get my broadband speed and I’m on 200mb😡

    @virginmedia Yes there was a refund put through on Monday to clear it as it was your error charging him for full price when he had a deal! It shouldn’t take 4 days to push a button. I’m going to make another complaint. The upset your company has caused it ridiculous.

    @virginmedia He has been cut off because of an outstanding payment which he does not owe and should have been removed. I’ve had to phone so many times and it hasn’t been fixed. I was told there would be no more issues now he’s been cut off!!!

    Been trying to sort my @virginmedia bill since November. Raised a complaint and spent hours on the phone. 4 agents have told me everything’s fixed. Just received another bill and it’s more than double it should be. Why can’t they get this right?!

    @virginmedia But regardless of the technical side of things, I'm disgusted by the way I have been treated from the start by customer service. I was messed about constantly, even from the point of installation. Even the installation team said 'what the heck are they playing at'.

    @virginmedia We had a total loss of service. We received the box late October and it hadn’t worked since the first installation appointment was a failure on the 2nd November. Will be speaking to your team later this week but dreading it as usual.
