    @virginmedia as a 25 year plus customer I’m shocked by your behaviour. I got £4.50 increase notified mid jan and called virgin. I was given automated option that said no increase (your system). Now virgin say no record and have introduced increase 😡. Shameful

    So ever since I told @Plusnet I was moving to @virginmedia due to terrible speeds provided in my area against Virgins 1Gig my internet speed has been throttled that it’s barely useable. Only a week to go of the worst service. #broadband #dontsettle

    @ClaireJen79 @virginmedia Sounds exactly the same as me, i got the hub 3 and since that and a fault in december my wifi is weak upstairs and cuts off throughout the day when it wants, they have confirmed i have a fault in my area but when i call with more issues they say im lying.

    @virginmedia Yes I'm running a wired pc and wired lap top. WiFi is 2 mobile phones 1 tablet and tivo box. The problem is the router losing connection. Speed tests done on wired devices current speed 45mps should be near 300

    @virginmedia Yeah they said within 4 hours. I think like that because yesterday our Internet was fine, then around midnight the Internet went down and came back 20 minutes later and now I am at 20-40ish Mbps. Seems a bit weird to me.

    @virginmedia 1/2: Ok so I've done the following. Checked service status, run test, check lights on hub, speed test via samknows, router off and on, reset, found my hubs happy place as per website guidance etc.
