    @richardbranson hello Mr Branson just wanted to let you know one of your company's customer service is absolutely terrible in Glasgow i love virgin media but seriously think of switching to sky. I hope you read your loyal customer for over 15 year and fix the problem

    Ordered 2 new phones from @virginmedia on Thursday. @YodelOnline were due to deliver on Friday. No attempt made Fri or Sat after waiting in all day. About 8 conversations with yodel and virgin later and I’m now told it will be tomorrow. Yodel are the worst company to deal with 😡

    @virginmedia No 4HD as stated, never mentioned BBC, Started asking for a pin number half way through a show. Then stated FourHD not available on Virgin. Working now however.

    @virginmedia Thank you for your response. I will look into this. I appreciate this is not Virgin Mobiles fault and the bad experience is because of Yodel but, I am a VM customer not a Yodel customer. I am hoping to receive the phones today but not too confident. Thanks.

    @virginmedia This is totally unacceptable&is shocking customer service from you,I have wasted literally hours on webchat &still not resolved.Ticket No: P009177306 raised for this.Can u resolve this&ensure my billing is correct on system&I don't get £7.50 monthly charge texts/emails re this.😡

    @virginmedia It's not a servicing issue. If you look at my twitter feed or my account, you will see that some numpty in your company turned our Internet off three weeks before it was scheduled. We have been without Internet for 5 ******* DAYS! Sort it out.

    @virginmedia home wifi is down, call the help line for them to run a test through automated system only to be cut off so I call back to be told it’s a 30 minute wait to speak to someone because I’m ‘still’ experiencing the same issue! Help!

    Out @virginmedia contract ends on 1st March. Virgin are saying we need to give them 30 days and can’t cancel until 21st March. Can they hold make us stay the extra time even though our contract ends on 1st @MartinSLewis #MartinLewisMoneyShow

    @virginmedia Yes but too much headache why can’t you just carry on same package till the customer want instead of renewing every 18 months now I had package Broadband,Phone,Sim. With new package I have lost Sim because being a loyal customer you charging more. Not happy with customer service.

    @virginmedia My problem still not fixed, can’t send or get emails, spoke to a UK person yesterday they tried to fix it, they told me it could take up to 24 hrs to mend, they also told me they’d call me back about 3pm today, still waiting 😡😡😡

    @virginmedia Yes believe so that’s what I was told in September! i was recently lied to by an advisor who told me the permit had been granted when there is no proof on my file and no one can give me an update on it. All I know is, we are nearly 3 months down the line and still nothing.
