    @Vadoseflame @Shadow_Official @virginmedia Never have been, I remember having a local techs mobile number because anytime anyone joined locally it borked my connection, and he'd fix it on the way home. So many 2hr+ calls to tell them I was offline and go through "diagnostics".

    😂😂 all @virginmedia was down for about an hour there and I'm on their Twitter and they are getting dogs abuse and people demanding compensation 😂 that's the modern world for you , my guess is these people were born after 1997 😂😂

    Hey @virginmedia - can we get a more reliable fix time estimate for fault F009536150 in OX11? Been pushed back twice now until tomorrow at 14:00 which is a very long time for folks that rely on their internet connections to work from home. Some more detail wld be appreciated.

    @virginmedia Well it eventually asks me to book a technician, but I know the internet is down in my area (known issue - 'we hope to have this fixed by 21:15') which I assume is causing the TV and phone issue.

    @virginmedia It was on both initially for the last 2 days, and we had to do a router reset to resolve it. Now its happened and its wiped out our 5g wifi, as we have that and 2.4. So we're getting very slow wifi
