@virginmedia Stoping them should be automated. It’s more than just a casual annoyance. You caused additional stress in a very bad time, and all your staff denied the issue and made it worse. Automation isn’t an excuse for bad customer experience.

@virginmedia left feedback on the play store, was then sent a link to follow. Link doesn't work. Go through service status tests time and time again. Has it fixed your issue? Yes or re-run test. No option to click no, to book an engineer or to actually contact anyone. Not good.

Fed up with @virginmedia in the space of a week lost service 3 times, one occasion for almost 24 hours, and they don't have the decency to reply to my request for pr rata refund. After over 20 years with VM it's time to look at switching to SKY.
