@virginmedia once again, on day 2 of Burgin Medias incompetence it would seem that lack of competence has surfaced its ugly head again and my complaint has been registered in a non active account that I have no way of accessing so therefore been told NO ONE AT VIRGIN can help

@virginmedia I would just like an engineer to come to my house next Saturday as early as possible and fix my hub3 thanks as I know it is not working properly as when I try to connect my phone on wifi the is no network name like wm8763213 for example

@virginmedia hi TV box & Router switched off and rebooted minutes later, No broadband since. Got live TV but catch up etc not working. EH54 5HR. Used online help wasn't working, but is now saying network error. Can you confirm problem I've rebooted router etc. Thanks

@virginmedia Hi John. I phoned today. Automated service. Switched router on and off. Speeds now up at 390mbs. I will keep checking speed through the evening. It has done this before so I expect the speed to drop to a crawl later but let’s see.
