    @benjitindz @virginmedia To be fair, the speed is the best option and I’m on 250mbps whereas the best I’d get on ADSL is 10-34mbps. Agreed, customer service is worse than a RyanAir equivalent

    @virginmedia Unfortunately no. I've spoken to multiple agents all day and an engineer is scheduled for tomorrow. If it isn't intermittent outage, it's a massive speed decrease (currently getting 50Mbps down/3Mbps up on a Gig1 line, usually 800Mbps down/55Mbps up)

    @virginmedia twice now appointment for line pull has been scheduled and twice now there’s been no engineer. Move of service to new house required , now being told 10th November, not acceptable.

    @virginmedia It is now almost four weeks since I have had broadband. The technician who came out 11 days ago assured me the “dig team” would be out in the next day or two. Having now spent approximately 738 hours trying to contact you, I have finally spoken to a customer (1)

    @virginmedia Yes!!! Constantly. Haven't had selected channels now for over 2 weeks and WiFi is abysmal! Seems to fall on deaf ears as the issue is never resolved ! Certainly won't be renewing my contract with yous if its not resolved anytime soon!

    @virginmedia Possibly the worst company I have ever dealt with. Cut off twice. I only wanted to buy a new remote. Absolute shambles of a company. Disgraceful customer service.

    @GSpellchecker @virginmedia They are rarely competent, not as bad as Vodafone but no one is. Broadband speed wise though no one is close so no interest in cancelling.

    @botherer @virginmedia @theTRUESPEED Absolutely. My father-in-law cancelled his contract in April 2022. In Sept we realise they were still taking money from him. It was only *this week* that we finally got them to stop. We hope. My wife has spent approx 10 hours on the phone and awful online chat trying to sort.

    @virginmedia I was told they would call me after their dinner break. I need this call back because virgin has told @netflix that I no longer want the service when I never asked for the disconnection. I have no Netflix as we speak and I want it reinstated today

    @LouiCM_ @virginmedia There is your problem, never use their equipment Put the router into Modem mode, buy your own router (netgear nighthawk works well) and problem solved. Can find tutorials online on how to do it. (Virgin even tell you how on their forums)
