This is why I turned to another website to check and see if there were others having same issue. Which they were. My router restarted itself 5 times in 1 hour. Not right! :/

Every time I call the operator goes through the same script then sends out an engineer. 3 visits so far they all say it's IT. Left my disabled wife and family without internet.
