Sorry folks for the very sudden end of stream, @virginmedia is doing works in my area and that means until 2024, every 4th of the month my inet will go down. Today and 2 days ago where exceptions to prepare for the works. Sorry folks!

Come on @virginmedia, this is getting ridiculous now. Been without Internet for over 24hrs - ever since yesterday's maintenance at 9am. Still not got my Oomph unlimited data to help ease the pain either and no ETA on fix. This is beyond silly.

@virginmedia disgraceful customer customer service from you. Trying to sort your mistake and being hung out out to dry. Prepare for cancellation. Almost 90 minutes on the phone and still being told to wait. Total disrespect for a long time customer. No more.

Seriously @virginmedia , after your phones not working for two days, you put me on hold for 45 minutes then hang up. Anyone would think you are purposely making it hard for customers who want to leave.

@virginmedia I would just like an engineer to come to my house next Saturday as early as possible and fix my hub3 thanks as I know it is not working properly as when I try to connect my phone on wifi the is no network name like wm8763213 for example

@virginmedia is there a problem with phone lines as been trying for one & half hoours to get through to speak to a person also if i press 1 it sends me text telling me to go online i want to cancel my contract so need to speak to a person

@virginmedia Not hard enough. 20 hours and 20 minutes without television and broadband which I pay dearly for and that's the best you can say. Time for compensation for no service and move away from @virginmedia to someone more reliable and actually cares a little about customer service

@virginmedia Unfortunately no. I've spoken to multiple agents all day and an engineer is scheduled for tomorrow. If it isn't intermittent outage, it's a massive speed decrease (currently getting 50Mbps down/3Mbps up on a Gig1 line, usually 800Mbps down/55Mbps up)

@virginmedia Moving the hub is not feasible without making internal damage inside my home which o don’t want… my previous providers hub didn’t have this reach issue, like I’ve said, you can send me a hub 4, you just don’t want to, it’s not even your latest I don’t see why it’s so difficult

@virginmedia Just done that. Had to cancel as it couldn’t be fixed over the phone and was told it would be November 30th before you could send an engineer to sort it. Quicker to change to new suppler and get that installed.

@virginmedia My internet installation was to be finished by 7oct (which anyways was a long wait since I got the service requested in mid Sep) they came and confirmed that there is some pre installation work required which finished on 31oct and now I have to wait till 22nov for installation
