@virginmedia I’ve now resorted to. Connecting my tv to my mobile phone data in order to watch Netflix etc as the connection from you is so bad and cuts out every few minutes. Is anything being done about this? What we actually paying for?

@virginmedia Stoping them should be automated. It’s more than just a casual annoyance. You caused additional stress in a very bad time, and all your staff denied the issue and made it worse. Automation isn’t an excuse for bad customer experience.

Yesterday I was on your online portal from 1-6pm for my case to be closed without it being resolved and today I have been on since 8am and it is now 12 noon and no one has contacted me. Shocking customer service #virginmedia
