This is why I turned to another website to check and see if there were others having same issue. Which they were. My router restarted itself 5 times in 1 hour. Not right! :/

Still not got my Oomph unlimited data to help ease the pain either and no ETA on fix. This is beyond silly.

Website says 'no known issues' but the automated answer message says there are 'complex issues' that engineers are working on. We had an engineer booked yesterday but they called off saying it was fixed. It's not.

If it isn't intermittent outage, it's a massive speed decrease (currently getting 50Mbps down/3Mbps up on a Gig1 line, usually 800Mbps down/55Mbps up)
