Come on @virginmedia, this is getting ridiculous now. Been without Internet for over 24hrs - ever since yesterday's maintenance at 9am. Still not got my Oomph unlimited data to help ease the pain either and no ETA on fix. This is beyond silly.

@virginmedia No, only on certain channels (5 HD being the worst) there seems be a static interference. The box is very old so not sure if it is compatible anymore

Sorry folks for the very sudden end of stream, @virginmedia is doing works in my area and that means until 2024, every 4th of the month my inet will go down. Today and 2 days ago where exceptions to prepare for the works. Sorry folks!

@virginmedia Currently at 374Mbps on wireless, so not the worst it's been. 943Mbps on wired.

@virginmedia I’ve just had a phone all from a call centre stating it was from virgin media. They were saying that I’m having issues with my internet speed and needed to turn on a computer or device to check my speeds. Is this something that your tech division door is it spam?

@virginmedia Unfortunately no. I've spoken to multiple agents all day and an engineer is scheduled for tomorrow. If it isn't intermittent outage, it's a massive speed decrease (currently getting 50Mbps down/3Mbps up on a Gig1 line, usually 800Mbps down/55Mbps up)

@virginmedia is there a problem with phone lines as been trying for one & half hoours to get through to speak to a person also if i press 1 it sends me text telling me to go online i want to cancel my contract so need to speak to a person

@virginmedia Tried the WhatsApp number with the same outcome “call the 0345… number”. I’ve already spoken to the fault team and getting nowhere. Even the retention team put me back to the fault team. I’m not sure whether Virginmedia can provide the service I need

@virginmedia Yes I was advised that virgin would take over the line from previous internet provider and so I wouldn't need to cancel as it would do it when you take over and then I was told I will get credited the amount I've had to pay and just passed from pillow to post no one helping
