@virginmedia Unfortunately no. I've spoken to multiple agents all day and an engineer is scheduled for tomorrow. If it isn't intermittent outage, it's a massive speed decrease (currently getting 50Mbps down/3Mbps up on a Gig1 line, usually 800Mbps down/55Mbps up)

  • CountingSheep5
Darren Ja-la-la-la-la-la-la-la-land (@CountingSheep5) reported from Falkirk, Scotland

@virginmedia And it's back down at just 16Mbps now. It happens intermittently.

  • annabellcoach
Anna Bell Coaching (@annabellcoach) reported from Bo’ness, Scotland

@virginmedia Thanks but I've done all that. Website says 'no known issues' but the automated answer message says there are 'complex issues' that engineers are working on. We had an engineer booked yesterday but they called off saying it was fixed. It's not.

@virginmedia On nearly 20 minutes of being on hold. I can upgrade online but not remove channels, yet other providers are letting customers switch off and on channels each month. Virgin media completely lagging behind the curve. Not to mention a loss of service last week for whole area. Poor

@virginmedia I was meant to get a call back over 2 weeks ago from Maddie. Still waiting 🤔 Clearly saw the state of the complain & decided you couldn't be bothered. Every time my mum has rang, you have documented it as something completely different. Terrible service really 😑

@virginmedia ive now spoken to three of your customer services team over the last few days to confirm at the end of my contract which was 31 May I wanted all my tv package to be ceased and broadband services to be reduced to 350mb on a rolling contract...tv still working!!

  • RHenry652

Tired of paying for multiple subscriptions like Sky, BT Sport, Virgin Media, Now TV, Amazon Prime, Disney+, Apple TV+? I have got the solution. This IPTV @8K_World_IPTV6 offers: • 300,000+ live channels • 65,000+ VODs

  • melvynmalloch
    Melvyn Malloch (@melvynmalloch) reported

@virginmedia connected to your network yet they worked perfectly with @TalkTalk without any issues. It's so frustrating

  • DrBaalt
    ♛ 𝔹𝕒𝕒𝕝𝕥 (@DrBaalt) reported

@footballontnt What’s the deal with TNT Sports and Virgin media and the HBO app. Signed up. But the app doesn’t allow access. And for that reason I’ll be gone in 30 days. This time forever. Such a ridiculous solution. Doesn’t work. So it’s gone and so is my business. Forever.

  • laankaan
    kaan #freeimamoglu (@laankaan) reported

@virginmedia how stupid is that to push an update to my router/hub in the middle of the ******* day? How the hell am I supposed to work without internet?

  • kevmcgin1888

@virginmedia broadband has just went down and its impossible to get speaking to someone on the phone. Live chat directed me to WhatsApp and still nothing

  • Malcolm_Sillick
    Malcolm Sillick (@Malcolm_Sillick) reported

@London_W4 The trouble is that O2 are now in bed with Virgin Media, who also have dreadful Indian 'Tech Support', who can't sort anying out and just read from scripts. Like many companies these days, if you can even find a phone number, they just give loads of messages, telling you to go to their website. The UK could do with a dose of American style customer service!!

  • RavinandnSingh
    Ravinandan Pratap Singh (@RavinandnSingh) reported

@VirginMediaIE @virginmedia Still they have not resolved the issue. They charged over payment for 4 months and refunded only 2 months. Also no compensation for this fault. Is this how you are making money?
