    @virginmedia is a complete and utter joke in Glasgow. Apparently there is a fault and won’t be resolved until January 5th. On Twitter, they redirect us to the service status page, which is “experience some problems” and we can’t check service status. Compensation is in order.

    Virgin Media @virginmedia should be investigated by Ofcom they are taking money from people while not supplying a service. They are providing a substandard service when the do supply it. Major areas of Glasgow no internet until Jan 5th. Do not join this company they are the worst

    @virginmedia how do I contact the help team? Recently joined and trying to setup billing / online account says to call you. But 0345 is 30p a minute. Can't find webchat, can't find text thing, don't have a live landline yet. I can access the dark web easier!

    @virginmedia Perhaps if you read my messages? 1st message said I don't have a land line. 0345 is 30p a minute on O2 PAYG (your merger partner) This is a sign of customer service to come. I will cancel before my connection date. Thanks for confirming my fears about virgin.

    Hey @virginmedia, can you help please? I’ve never plugged a landline phone to my router since becoming a customer. (I never needed one til now). So I just took the voip/landline adapter out the box and it’s broken. How do I get a new one so that I can plug in a landline? Thanks.

    @virginmedia I have had no broadband in G75 8 area of East Kilbride since 10.30pm on 3/11. We've had 4 rolling fix times which now says 14.15 today. tried your WhatsApp - told you are not taking anymore fault reports. Can you give honest fix time please?

    @virginmedia I have the app, seems very basic. I want to change my security password that I use when I ring up and the memorable that helps you remember the password, since it was all changed when I was hacked but haven’t be able too and person who sent who I spoke to on the phone never 1/2

    @O2 just signed up to O2 in the hope to use the volt option however I’m greeted with the message virgin media isn’t available at your address - I’ve been a virgin media customer since 2018 so it is most definitely available at my address.

    @MoneySavingExp ive been with Virgin Media 20 years+, out of contract & have tried to negotiate on price to no avail. The a/c is in my name. If I cancel my contract, can my partner sign up as a new customer? We do not have a BT phone line & can’t have new cabling so feel tied.
