    Sorry folks for the very sudden end of stream, @virginmedia is doing works in my area and that means until 2024, every 4th of the month my inet will go down. Today and 2 days ago where exceptions to prepare for the works. Sorry folks!

    Can you please check and help to sort this out? It's really disappointing that wrong information was provided to me to take my consent for upgrade. If I knew the correct benefits, I would have explored other options. @virginmedia

    @virginmedia the absolute worst service in the world, awful. Dont use them, very very difficult to deal with. Happy to let you at to account via the app, but if you need to reduce as we can't no longer afford it. It's a total nightmare, calls waiting. Difficult difficult

    @virginmedia They attended Wed. Didn’t come to the call out with a replacement hub. Said they would return 10am Thurs with new hub. Didn’t turn up. Didn’t call our mobile. How can we call you as you put our phone onto the internet service you are denying us. It’s impossible to contact you!

    @virginmedia Getting Critical Priority issues with my router when I health check the status of the router, such as "SYNC timing Failure", "No Ranging Response - T3" and "RCS Partial service", which cause drop of wifi for max 60 secs, every 10 mins or so any advice? pls?!

    @virginmedia The issue is that I’ve been on hold on WhatsApp since March 4th. Every time I get connected I have to answer the same questions, and then go back in the queue.

    @virginmedia For an issue to get worse through the week to end up with no service and it still being reported as no issue, seems to negate the purpose of having a dashboard, as it doesn’t serve a purpose? I have another full day of business calls tomorrow and currently no service
