    I rang @virginmedia who confirmed they do have a major problem with their servers and @twitter which will take another day (so four in total) to resolve. So why not put this message on your social platforms to save everyone time including your staff? "Media could not be loaded"

    @virginmedia I am not a VIRGIN MEDIA CUSTOMER, I cancelled my subscription with you a very very long time ago, so I dont know how you can say I am a customer??

    Got a phone call yesterday from someone saying my VM router was being used by other people. Guess it is a scam. Plus broadband down completely today ....and bad yesterday. Appalling service in #Glasgow G 11. @virginmedia

    @virginmedia once again, on day 2 of Burgin Medias incompetence it would seem that lack of competence has surfaced its ugly head again and my complaint has been registered in a non active account that I have no way of accessing so therefore been told NO ONE AT VIRGIN can help

    @virginmedia No, it’s an issue regarding the SIM card. I’ve just spent almost 2h in a chat with customer service, where not only any solution was provided, I also had to wait an average of 5 minutes for the agent’s reply to each of my questions. Very frustrating and terrible customer service.

    Well done @virginmedia for leaving my husband, an NHS doctor, without a working phone while he is on call at the hospital for the next 48 hours. And NO solution via customer service. Terrible and very disappointing service!

    @virginmedia I most certainly will not be taking anything of issue to the council as my privately owned home is not council property, and your contractors dug into my private garden therefore it's your issue and if I cant resolve it here next step will be Daniel Potts

    @virginmedia I dont need to supply I have the evidence in photographic form that the inside of my propert has been damaged by your firm, and I will track down the engineer in question who said himself it was put in wrong place and this I do have proof of from the neighbour in question who was

    @virginmedia Totally wrong show from iPlayer. E4 and a few other channels say that you cannot fast forward as the channel doesn’t support even if you watch live, pause and try and fast forward the ads. Pretty rubbish

    Fault with my @virginmedia tv box, tried calling that give you a link to diagnose the problem instead of talking to someone, link does not work. Absolute joke @virginmedia and you want to charge another £9 for this service!

    So I'm on day-5 of waiting in a WhatsApp @virginmedia queue for support. Hike the prices of your services, then make it next to impossible to get through to anyone. Nice business model.

    @MartinSLewis maybe Im bad at haggling but I didn’t accept the automatic discount from virginmedia and then when talking to them on the phone they couldn’t give me any better deals or discounts. The best offer they had increased my price by £15pm. I obviously declined it.

    @virginmedia Website says no problems. Router reset has us online again, but the connection is terrible. Streaming radio is in 60-90 second bursts with long pauses in between, yet a speed test comes back fine.

    @virginmedia However if I want to get rid of expensive unused services its impossible to get through to your customer services team. 5-days and counting. Is that a reasonable way to treat your customers @virginmedia?

    @virginmedia If I did that I would have to reprogram all my smart stuff. Plus that would not explain no signal on the cable. It's like it's been unplugged at the box on street. Others in my area say there's is out too. I posted in a group for my street.

    @vmbusiness Our business land line developed a fault 3 days ago, endless phone calls later and promises of a fix and reconnection and nothing! How long our business of 32 years can survive without a phone is terrifying us. Our customers cannot contact us and we feel totally abandoned.
