@virginmedia On nearly 20 minutes of being on hold. I can upgrade online but not remove channels, yet other providers are letting customers switch off and on channels each month. Virgin media completely lagging behind the curve. Not to mention a loss of service last week for whole area. Poor

@virginmedia @vmbusiness The unreliability of your service is insane. I’d advise against any business to use it due to the high downtime. It’s down at least once a week. All your routers should come with 4g backup as standard at the very least.
