@virginmedia The agent over the phone checked with the support team, who advised that because the notes apparently say I didn't ask for a disconnection (I did) then the 30 days has to start from today. I am not paying up to the 9th of November as after Monday I will not be using the service.

@virginmedia It absolutely shocking that we have to wait nearly a week for an engineer to come out because we have no service at all. In the meantime, I cannot work from home which leads to us as a family losing money especially in the current climate...

@virginmedia Stoping them should be automated. It’s more than just a casual annoyance. You caused additional stress in a very bad time, and all your staff denied the issue and made it worse. Automation isn’t an excuse for bad customer experience.

@virginmedia I phoned up on the 15th of September and said I wanted my contract stopped after it ends, which is tomorrow. How is that not cancelling?! I was told I would need to call on the 9th or 10th to cancel my contract, so I phoned today. I'm guessing the calls are all recorded?!

@virginmedia I called in March to cancel all but my broadband . Having checked my account a month or so ago I realised I was still being charged the full amount . I discussed this with you’re team for hours and had been informed they could see on the system it had been cancelled and
