@virginmedia On nearly 20 minutes of being on hold. I can upgrade online but not remove channels, yet other providers are letting customers switch off and on channels each month. Virgin media completely lagging behind the curve. Not to mention a loss of service last week for whole area. Poor

@virginmedia Another utility has dug up the pavement outside my house and damaged the ducting you installed quite recently. It is now already half full of soil. After they reinstate, it will no longer be usable as ducting. It would be much easier for you to fix it now while it is exposed.

@RobaireBeckwith @virginmedia I’ve just had a similar experience today and throughout the pandemic they were impossible to get hold of to help us with a faulty mobile we were paying a lot of money for. Gone back to 3 who have excellent customer service.
