    @virginmedia Stoping them should be automated. It’s more than just a casual annoyance. You caused additional stress in a very bad time, and all your staff denied the issue and made it worse. Automation isn’t an excuse for bad customer experience.

    @virginmedia On nearly 20 minutes of being on hold. I can upgrade online but not remove channels, yet other providers are letting customers switch off and on channels each month. Virgin media completely lagging behind the curve. Not to mention a loss of service last week for whole area. Poor

    @virginmedia Yeah, that’s the number I called. Call 1: Never answered, gave up after 45mins. Call 2: Stopped after 30mins as your system cut me off. Call 3: Was during the tweet above. Finally got through to a chap that processed my request. 1hr What a waste of over 2 hours of my life.

    @virginmedia They speak English but many of them have impenetrable accents. I know perfectly well what the problem is - works are being done in my area but it was Virgin itself that claimed I need a visit from a technician. Neighbours are having the same problems.

    @virginmedia I was advised to ring your support line that just kept saying ‘there was a problem that was difficult but we’re working on it’. Had that for about 2 weeks now. The internet seems more reliable if I unplug the phone, does the router need replacing?
