    @virginmedia Ridiculous that as a existing customer now out of contract that I cannot be offered the same monthly deal as new customers. My bill is to rise by £50 pcm which is not acceptable. I ask if I can take your Bigger tv bundle with sports as advertised for £72 and told no.

    @virginmedia I switched over to you on the 31st December and had a speed issue very quickly and between online chat and two phone calls yesterday was told issue at street cabinet twice on phone chat says no issue. Bring back BT 😔

    @_ran1gers_ @BazBowsk1 @virginmedia YouTube to rename one of the two signals the box sends out. I found this helped. then I got a another router and put hub 3 into modem mode and now it works as it should. The hub 3 is a terrible box.

    @virginmedia Want 2 explain why our internet and tv goes down for a change instead of the usual "known issue crap" . If it's maintenance why not just tell the folk that pay your wages the real issue for not bein able to watch the shows they want browse the Web or even work.

    Im howling. The customer service i have recieved from @virginmedia is an absolute joke. Talking to one of their "internet techs" and they didnt even know what a Cat 6 cable was. Not to mention im paying £41 a month for a service that drops randomly every few days.

    @virginmedia The up load speed keeps dropping out to zero resulting in loss of connection! Think engineers call that surging! We have had the same issue at our property before but according to your engineers was only us and they couldn't find fault!

    @virginmedia has they worst customer service I’ve ever experienced, month after month I’ve been trying to sort out my bills with no help whatsoever 80 minutes and I’m still on the phone no further forward as one person says one thing and another person says another😡😡

    @virginmedia Thanks but I've done all that. Website says 'no known issues' but the automated answer message says there are 'complex issues' that engineers are working on. We had an engineer booked yesterday but they called off saying it was fixed. It's not.

    @virginmedia No again it's only when test is complete it tells you there a problem! When we call they say there is a problem but the service status for the area isn't updated with the problem or estimate fix time! The cust services have no idea what I'm talking about! Scripted calls!

    @VirginMediaIE I'm still offline, it's been 24 hours. Virgin Media twitter support is telling me to use one router, WhatsApp Virgin Media support is telling me to use another. Can someone just sort me out? I just need someone to confirm what device to plug in and test with me.

    @alrightfans @skytv I was asked for a review @virginmedia yesterday. Gave me great pleasure to denounce the worst company i've ever dealt with. Call centres remind me of indian commentator, if you can ever get through. Even accused me of lying about a discount the sales team gave me. Absolute *****.

    @virginmedia Hi - we live in Bermondsey, not Lewisham. This is clearly a much wider issue. It dropped out around 9pm last night and apparently not due to be fixed until 9pm this evening - that’s 24 hours?! Please also confirm your compensation policy.

    @virginmedia Hi, yes both down.. have checked the fault service and have requested a message when back up but when I got the message last night to say it was working it wasn’t and spent ages on phone to Virgin last night, gone down again this morning 🤬
