    @_ran1gers_ @BazBowsk1 @virginmedia YouTube to rename one of the two signals the box sends out. I found this helped. then I got a another router and put hub 3 into modem mode and now it works as it should. The hub 3 is a terrible box.

    @virginmedia Want 2 explain why our internet and tv goes down for a change instead of the usual "known issue crap" . If it's maintenance why not just tell the folk that pay your wages the real issue for not bein able to watch the shows they want browse the Web or even work.

    Trying to deal with @virginmedia on behalf of my Gran is one of the most frustrating things. All we want to do is downgrade her package and I've been passed to so many different people. I bet they would keep you on the phone if you wanted to cancel!

    @virginmedia your service is diabolical litterly the worst I've ever came across! Your customer support is on par with the service! I've had poor Internet in Glasgow area now for over two weeks and there still no outage notification on your site! Bye virgin media

    @virginmedia No again it's only when test is complete it tells you there a problem! When we call they say there is a problem but the service status for the area isn't updated with the problem or estimate fix time! The cust services have no idea what I'm talking about! Scripted calls!

    FFS @virginmedia please sort out your customer service. After finally getting through to change my package, I was put on hold again and transferred to another department. I hung up after 1 hour on hold!!! Think I’ll just cancel and take my business elsewhere

    @virginmedia is there a problem with smtp server for Blueyonder. Trying to forward emails to someone through Android phone. Settings are correct but told can't send message. Last month I couldn't send emails with any attachments (under size limits)

    @virginmedia The up load speed keeps dropping out to zero resulting in loss of connection! Think engineers call that surging! We have had the same issue at our property before but according to your engineers was only us and they couldn't find fault!

    @virginmedia No its just pure greed. Virgin line the pockets of their wealthy bosses & shareholders whilst ordinary Virgin staff get punitive pay rises & abuse from unhappy customers. Maybe a better strategy would to be more cheaper than your competitors and reward customer loyalty in future.

    @SkyHelpTeam doesn’t seem to be any priority to existing,long standing customers when it comes to simple fixes anymore.Hard drive error on SkyQ box is taking 3 weeks to replace.Unacceptable when paying so much for the service.considering moving to @virginmedia
