@virginmedia Not hard enough. 20 hours and 20 minutes without television and broadband which I pay dearly for and that's the best you can say. Time for compensation for no service and move away from @virginmedia to someone more reliable and actually cares a little about customer service

@virginmedia I would just like an engineer to come to my house next Saturday as early as possible and fix my hub3 thanks as I know it is not working properly as when I try to connect my phone on wifi the is no network name like wm8763213 for example

@virginmedia hi TV box & Router switched off and rebooted minutes later, No broadband since. Got live TV but catch up etc not working. EH54 5HR. Used online help wasn't working, but is now saying network error. Can you confirm problem I've rebooted router etc. Thanks

@virginmedia I’ve just called and it says there are no issues. Our internet cuts in and out constantly. It’s been doing it for weeks now. The engineer reset our router, but that didn’t help. I called him a week later and he told me it’s a city wide issue

@virginmedia I don’t use wired devices as never needed to, but since you increased the speed this has happened, I have spoke to the team several times and get nowhere and always spend 45 mins plus in the phone and get nowhere
