I know how to switch the system on/off to reset ! customer service is a joke to get thru on !! And when you do they hang up 🤬 3rd time this has occured in the last 2 months!

This is why I turned to another website to check and see if there were others having same issue. Which they were. My router restarted itself 5 times in 1 hour. Not right! :/

If you go into any school of college, their internet is filtered. The technology exists to enable the bill payer to control internet access. But of course this is not, and never has been about protecting children, it is about digital ID.
