@virginmedia so, been trying to get through to these guys for weeks. Can't get thru via phone, chat function on the app doesn't work, the website give options to upgrade or leave, can't remove services and you are directed to the number that u can't get through on 👎

@virginmedia online chat !!! What a joke. Waited an hour to chat to someone, “reset your router to factory settings so we can resolve your issue” done that, now having to wait again for advisor. I’m guessing another hour. 😡😡😡😡

@virginmedia my internet service has been absolutely shocking the last two weeks (not that it’s actually that great usually anyway!!) sick of paying for a service I don’t get between this and the mobile problems wish I’d never joined virgin for anything

@virginmedia I’ve tried to speak with someone for weeks re issue with my email connection, your recordings provide a link to help online, but it is only suggestions of what might be wrong! I can’t access emails and now having bother with my WiFi. Customer service is shocking!!!!!

@virginmedia We’ve been having issues. Especially with the on demand service or anything we record. Constantly asking us to test the connection. I’ve switched everything off and back on again. Including modem and still getting the same error.

@Kennyf1283 @virginmedia They also do a fine line in "shocked and surprised" when you report a fault in Glasgow City centre, like you're the only person in a city of millions who has had this issue.

@virginmedia My WiFi has been cutting off at least once a day and if not then running extremely slow, making most days almost impossible to WFH. Mobile issues are more to do with customer service which I have already logged complaints about. Just wish I could exit early without any fees

@virginmedia I have used the virgin service to run test on line - so much that I’m unable to for the rest of the day. This is why I turned to another website to check and see if there were others having same issue. Which they were. My router restarted itself 5 times in 1 hour. Not right! :/

@virginmedia I have done that. I have spoken to the so called 'technical team' and they didn't even know about the issue or what I was talking about! Even though you play an automated message about complex on going issues. Nothing makes a difference.

@virginmedia Checked & there was faults called no. I was given,after 15 mins answered it was customer services then put through to faults dept, after 10 mins answered,same woman from customer services again transferred & again got customer services then the call ended 😡 after an hour.
