@virginmedia (2) so tried to confirm. Chat service just kept repeating same thing 5 times - despite my explanation that none of options applied. Then tried Tel call & after rigmarole of security got cut off. No engineer, day wasted and parcel only just available to collect now.

@virginmedia home wifi is down, call the help line for them to run a test through automated system only to be cut off so I call back to be told it’s a 30 minute wait to speak to someone because I’m ‘still’ experiencing the same issue! Help!

Ordered 2 new phones from @virginmedia on Thursday. @YodelOnline were due to deliver on Friday. No attempt made Fri or Sat after waiting in all day. About 8 conversations with yodel and virgin later and I’m now told it will be tomorrow. Yodel are the worst company to deal with 😡

@virginmedia hi had call from you guys saying as a loyal customer you would add on calling mobiles to my landline. Then agent mentioned TV package and when I declined said he’d leave my package as it was and rang off!!! Not impressed!!

That’s me up to 7 days with broken broadband and WiFi, despite an engineer call out and numerous calls. Finally @virginmedia have agreed the hub is faulty. New one arrives on Tuesday. That’ll be 10 days. #whatapalaver

@virginmedia Thank you for your response. I will look into this. I appreciate this is not Virgin Mobiles fault and the bad experience is because of Yodel but, I am a VM customer not a Yodel customer. I am hoping to receive the phones today but not too confident. Thanks.

@Chrisitv This won't bring any benefits or improvements for O2 customers. I have been with O2 since November 2013 & will probably end up leaving once this goes through, knowing how abysmal Virgin Media is on their customer service.
