They were saying that I’m having issues with my internet speed and needed to turn on a computer or device to check my speeds. Is this something that your tech division door is it spam?

Called technical .. they did some fault clearing and told me to reboot router, now I have no internet at all. Technical can't help reverse the error as they don't have full access .. unbelievable.
