Complaint raised with @virginmedia on the 17th of December when my bill was produced (for more than double what it should be) and still haven’t heard anything yet they managed to take the incorrect payment. Shocking service.

@virginmedia Not sure. Spoke to an advisor but have very little faith that the issue is resolved. No confirmation in regards to the compliant and no apology offered. Asked to speak to a manager and was told this wasn’t possible.

Been trying to sort my @virginmedia bill since November. Raised a complaint and spent hours on the phone. 4 agents have told me everything’s fixed. Just received another bill and it’s more than double it should be. Why can’t they get this right?!

@virginmedia I’ve just had a phone all from a call centre stating it was from virgin media. They were saying that I’m having issues with my internet speed and needed to turn on a computer or device to check my speeds. Is this something that your tech division door is it spam?

@virginmedia Wifi still not working. Been down for about 4 days now. Ended up unplugging our superhub 2 and plugging in the superhub 3 which was sent out a while back. Still not working though

Going through the usual farce with @virginmedia now my broadband contract has ended. Taking hours to speak to anyone on the chat, then getting terrible offers that are far more expensive than published "new customer" deals. How exactly do they expect to keep you doing that?!

@virginmedia Just off a call to Coco in the pre-installation team. Despite me asking him multiple times to cancel all services, he hung up on me as I wouldn't let him "educate me" as he so condescendingly put it. You don't half employ some imbeciles.
