Phone up and agree a contract only to get something totally different phone to complain they tell you the phones getting cut off, the goalposts get moved continuously, communication atrocious. Sent the faulty router back but they argued I never sent it back… continued to charge me for over 6 months. After complaining they opened an investigation, admitted they lost it and they did eventually send me a cheque for £400 😎
