@virginmedia you are not very good at keeping your side of the contract but you expect regular FULL payment for INCOMPLETE SERVICE AND EQUIPMENT. Your customer service need more training on how to complete work orders and deliver the proper equipment.

So @virginmedia won't send out a technician because the signal coming into my house is fine - even though I keep telling them it's a problem with the WiFi from the router. I was offered a technician at a cost of £25 !! Absolutely disgraceful customer 'service'.

@virginmedia twice now appointment for line pull has been scheduled and twice now there’s been no engineer. Move of service to new house required , now being told 10th November, not acceptable.

@virginmedia Thanks. I'll try that. When I do a status check it flags Tivo right away but shows no issues with broadband or phone when I then run a broadband check it says there's an intermittent fault in my area. !

@virginmedia Hi, it's been like this since last Thursday. Our Tivo box is constantly flashing and apps don't work as we have no Internet probably. Internet not worked since then. Its a real issue as we need Internet to work.

@virginmedia The point is the contract sent out on 15th Aug wasn't what was agreed when challenged I got put on the virgin no customer service merry-go-round which due to our personal circumstances i had to give up u are an absolute rotten company ur service agent admitted this was appalling

@virginmedia OK. That's fine . Every time I service check my broadband it tells me there's a fault in my area and its being investigated and to come back in 24 hours and it will be looked into but when I do this it just gives the same response . Its very confusing. And not very helpful at.

@virginmedia For the past 5 days I've had limited Tivo use and no access to apos at all in Ml15hd also no Internet 90%of the time. Virgins site says they're working in my area to fix this by 20th October. So will I get a reduction on bill for a week of no service.

@virginmedia Hi, thank you for replying. I can't see where to register. I did another service check and it says an intermittent service fault is affecting my area. But gives no guidance/option to register for loss of service. Guidance please.

@virginmedia I have had no broadband in G75 8 area of East Kilbride since 10.30pm on 3/11. We've had 4 rolling fix times which now says 14.15 today. tried your WhatsApp - told you are not taking anymore fault reports. Can you give honest fix time please?

@benjitindz @virginmedia To be fair, the speed is the best option and I’m on 250mbps whereas the best I’d get on ADSL is 10-34mbps. Agreed, customer service is worse than a RyanAir equivalent

@virginmedia I called last Thursday to be told it can't be reset (after 1 hour and 12 minutes waiting). Based on your response several Virgin reps lied when they told me it could *not* be reset over the phone. How about some customer service for once and you call me?

@Matthew_Wright @virginmedia They have a cable running down Gloucester Av. I came off Virgin then went back (no pun int.) in which time I seem to be over loaded with users. Had to switch off again PDQ. Plusnet seems to work great now.

@virginmedia Well you’re 16 days in so far. If I hear nothing by the 28th day I will feel I have no choice but to cancel my contract. While I appreciate this is a hard time for all I still feel a little bit of care and consideration goes a long way.
