It seems to work well locally on my home network but over a bigger distance (10miles) or on a slower network Virgin Media <-> 4G it falls apart.

The engineer reviewed it in less than 4 hours and informed us that this is a virgin media cabinet and that he cannot fix it because it must be fixed by virgin media. He thinks fan is broken fan causing overheating
