@virginmedia I am totally disgusted by your company’s disregard and lack of care towards a phone line that is not working when that phone line is part of a community care alarm system as a lifeline for medical emergencies. 24 hours is too long for a lifeline to not be working.

@virginmedia As outlined in the original tweet, there is an issue with channel 624, France 24 English HD, the audio and video are not in sync. It is still ongoing. If you've access to it, watch the lips of the broadcaster and note they don't move in sync with the audio.

@virginmedia I tried to sign with you but apparently the extra 300/400 metres was too much effort for the workers. so one block up my mum has fibre optic best broadband with you guys. But yeah no fibre optic just down the road.. Summerston area, around the schools. John Paul academy.

@virginmedia boasts and brags about their hub 3 being the best ever, the only thing they are the best ever at is the amount of times they go offline, thankfully @VodafoneUK has a decent network i am able to stay online unlike my hub3

@virginmedia It only happens with this channel, it doesn't happen with any other channel. The issue also affects a friend of mine that lives in Birmingham, so suggests an issue with the source. I have rebooted, same issue.

@virginmedia Due to an engineering fault we have had total loss of service since 24/10/2022. I have made endless amounts of phone calls, two separate engineers visited saying "NOT MY JOB" CS agents that just do not listen, quite happy to keep adding bills on though. (1/2)

@virginmedia I have sky sports package and get bt sports as well, but you do not give it in HD as standard , you do on bt sport and get a 4k channel, you should not have to pay extra for HD, all sky sports channels should now be HD to offer us the best service, we pay enough

@virginmedia as someone trying to join as a new customer this is pretty bad customer service. I was told as long as I called back within 60 days we would still get the same deal.
