@virginmedia I spoke to a member of the team who said they couldn’t help as I haven’t received my password in the post yet so couldn’t verify who I was. So now I have to wait a further 5 days for a password to come through.

I rang @virginmedia who confirmed they do have a major problem with their servers and @twitter which will take another day (so four in total) to resolve. So why not put this message on your social platforms to save everyone time including your staff? "Media could not be loaded"
