    I rang @virginmedia who confirmed they do have a major problem with their servers and @twitter which will take another day (so four in total) to resolve. So why not put this message on your social platforms to save everyone time including your staff? "Media could not be loaded"

    @virginmedia Made numerous complaints since last Friday. They are not being resolved. Mis sold the product by agents. Account not been created correctly, wrong hub has been installed. Engineer did not install at point requested and WiFi extenders not provided. Super bad service

    @codersblock I don't know if it's VR per se, or the fact that it's a fast paced game (Air Hockey) that seems sensitive to latency and packet loss. It seems to work well locally on my home network but over a bigger distance (10miles) or on a slower network Virgin Media <-> 4G it falls apart.

    @virginmedia We initially thought it was open reach cabinet and contacted them. The engineer reviewed it in less than 4 hours and informed us that this is a virgin media cabinet and that he cannot fix it because it must be fixed by virgin media. He thinks fan is broken fan causing overheating
