@virginmedia I am paying for 600mb broadband but for over a month I have never seen speeds above 75mb. Tried the online advice, no change. Can’t get through to customer service as waiting times are over an hour. Any hints? It’s been a year of lockdown so not buying that excuse.

A new @virginmedia customer since Wednesday and still having problems but customer service hung up and when called back to say visit not till Tuesday. Going back to BskyB as soon as get to speak to Virgin again. Dreadful CX!!

@virginmedia Engineer coming but 2 days too late. If not fixed tomorrow we are leaving. You should have been all over this. Call centre cut us off. Engineer gave us his number but couldn’t fix. No signal apart from part of downstairs and room above room where router is. Shocking!

@virginmedia as a 25 year plus customer I’m shocked by your behaviour. I got £4.50 increase notified mid jan and called virgin. I was given automated option that said no increase (your system). Now virgin say no record and have introduced increase 😡. Shameful

@virginmedia The number seems to be working again, I spoke to someone who was helpful but they said they needed to put me through to another number, after waiting on hold for a while they hung up and I got a message saying ‘this number has cleared’. This is appalling service.

@virginmedia Thank you, the consultant I spoke to through bereavement managed to put our broadband and tv back on but he’s sorting the landline out today and giving me a call back later on but if it’s still not sorted I will definitely want to talk to your complaints service.
