    @virginmedia Yeah, spoke to them briefly. Waited 75 MINUTES. Your rep admitted the fault. Said he was outing me on ‘silent hold’ for 2 minutes then 20 MINUTES later the line went dead. Absolute joke. Shambles of a customer service. Apparently that is quite common.

    @virginmedia keep increasing their prices yet the customer service is non-existent. Been on hold for 45 minutes and counting while internet has been on the blink for 2 weeks in my area. "our engineers are working very hard" well clearly not hard enough!

    Once again while preparing to go live on twitch @virginmedia has gone down. I may have to postpone tonight’s stream, which will not only get in the way of doing something I love and look forward too, but also cost me money. Will virgin compensate me for loss of income? PAHA

    @virginmedia It's just happened right now. All 3 devices disconnect simultaneously. 1 is hard wired the other 2 wireless. Can't be anything other than the router out with these circumstances but tech support don't seem so sure, even after an engineer visit and a hub 5 was going to cure all
