Then a fault in the area, then there’s a delay in getting a test signal to the router. I’d just like the full functioning broadband I was sold.

However, they did indeed massively screw up - cancelled the DD for the new contract, left the old one in place, I was still paying for the old service. Took 6 months to fix.
