@terrychristian @SkyHelpTeam It is a pain in the arse, to be fair. We find Virgin seem to strangle bandwidth and slow the network down massively. Two sons, one on a PS4, other on an X Box. Causes major grief. Had Sky before with no issue, yet @virginmedia seems much worse. 😳

@virginmedia Since changing to virgin Iv had problem after problem No tv services no WiFi 😂😂 I don’t know why I changed in the first place better of give £60 per month to a good cause instead !

@Vadoseflame @Shadow_Official @virginmedia Never have been, I remember having a local techs mobile number because anytime anyone joined locally it borked my connection, and he'd fix it on the way home. So many 2hr+ calls to tell them I was offline and go through "diagnostics".

@vmbusinesshelp @virginmedia New cable installed on Monday, still no service. Being told that they checked this with the internal team and advised that the national hit issue is still outstanding… I am seriously considering cancelling before this becomes even worse!!

@virginmedia Fibre/WIFI has been out for over a day now. The Service Status Fix Estimate changed from 8am yesterday to 4pm. Then 8am today and now to 4pm today. Yesterday an engineer was 'on site'. But today an engineer was 'on their way to the site'. Still no resolution.
