    @virginmedia has packed in 3 hours before the @ManUtd game tonight. They say they have identified the problem and engineers are working on it anticipating having service back by 9.30!!! To stop a riot it better be fixed sooner @UnitedStandMUFC

    @virginmedia I’ve now resorted to. Connecting my tv to my mobile phone data in order to watch Netflix etc as the connection from you is so bad and cuts out every few minutes. Is anything being done about this? What we actually paying for?

    @virginmedia @J_cool_LL Your Ireland call centre says they’re opened now but theyre closed. Also you’re not sending out confirmation emails when registering my account online. Basically I’m blocked in getting a small piece to of info I need (my landline). Can you help?

    @virginmedia Service page states that everything is alright; when I do one of the tests it states that there is some level of problem and to check back in 4 hours

    Virgin media are awful. Tried to lower £102 bill-simple. Got entered into a contract with O2- told them I didn’t want it, they did it anyway. Bill went up £20 Was told to wait 15 mins as the guy was leaving his desk. Now my bill is higher, they want £35 to put it right!

    @virginmedia I have a hotline to the pre-install team, latest call 9:26am today. The support is useless, no-one can answer why - at the moment we are rescheduled for 06/06/22 - however when pushed to guarantee installation- they can’t, the outdoor works need to be done - why bother - useless

    Try to set up my @virginmedia hub, doesn't work, directed to book an engineer but it won't let me book one outside 23rd-26th (I'm not going to be in the country for the next 12 days) so I'm paying for brand new Internet I'm not working. And you're impossible to contact online...
