@virginmedia Your WiFi is absolutely horrendous. Sick of phoning about it. Got a booster and honestly it's made no difference whatsoever. Working from home and constantly being cut off when in meetings. Going to cost me my job at this rate. Ongoing issues for months. Ridiculous

@virginmedia I’ve done that - again - all I get is a recorded message saying engineers are working on the issue and an option to receive messages with updates - which is just a link to the service checker! It’s been 2 full weeks and no update, this is unacceptable!
