@virginmedia I did, that was their reply. Waiting on a supervisor calling back. Telling your customers to switch to low resolution and low sound quality seems to be the answer.

@virginmedia I got a new box replaced yesterday am by your engineer. It was saying there is a c1020 error. Your engineer said every new installation is being affected because of a registration outage but would be fixed last night. Same problem this morning. Any updates?

@virginmedia I have been advised many things including the obvious ‘turn it off then on again’, ‘we’ll reset your boxes from here’, ‘unplug the Ethernet cable to your hive’, ‘there’s an issue in your area being worked on’ etc etc ad infinitum….

Can watch Prime in ultra 4k hd via @virginmedia but apparently my mesh WiFi is rubbish so I need to watch my recordings in low resolution. Also couldn’t care less as apparently I only pay for live TV, recordings aren’t included. It’s 2021 not 1991 fix your 360 service.

I had Hyperoptic for 3 years and never had an outage. Had to move to @virginmedia in my new place and there are at least 1/2 outages a month. Some big company like that can't even keep the internet stable 🙄

@virginmedia hello, I will be switched to your fibre home phone service on 12 July. You say that I will be sent an adapter in the post to connect my phone to the Hub. The problem is that my master socket is not near the hub, so it's not an easy swap. I need a cable run!

@virginmedia Yes. In the first tweet it says that I spoke to a customer service agent. However, the refund is now concern number 2 due to VM telling credit agencies that I missed a payment (which I didn't, and actually paid twice). Which to me is worse - and also just wrong.

@virginmedia Sick of calling in every month it’s a waste of time as it’s never resolved. We changed contract in sept 22 yet have been charged 50pounds each month. Last time I called the guy even sent us email confirmation that we should be paying 22 pm so why are we still being charged 50?
