    @virginmedia Made numerous complaints since last Friday. They are not being resolved. Mis sold the product by agents. Account not been created correctly, wrong hub has been installed. Engineer did not install at point requested and WiFi extenders not provided. Super bad service

    So ever since I told @Plusnet I was moving to @virginmedia due to terrible speeds provided in my area against Virgins 1Gig my internet speed has been throttled that it’s barely useable. Only a week to go of the worst service. #broadband #dontsettle

    @brand_armstrong @virginmedia @SkySportsBoxing We have had free boxing on BTsport the last few months and it has been superb, the minute you have to pay the service gets worse. I think it's because its going through the broadband and not just the digital tv
