    @virginmedia it was supposed to be talk anytime not talk weekends as the customer service advisor said it would be £8 extra as to keep me as a customer he gave me more channels kept the same price and £8 extra to upgrade phone package

Walk away like I did-Freview or Freesat is FREE-just buy a #HUMAX box for recording and switch to someone like #plusnet-I have saved THOUSANDS

    @virginmedia 2/2 The client is based in Stanwell Village TW19 area. Apparently everytime a call is made on his behalf they need to register his as vulnerable, this is not customer server and is downright dangerous. I need this resolved today for my client, and compensation should be agreed.
