    @virginmedia I have used the virgin service to run test on line - so much that I’m unable to for the rest of the day. This is why I turned to another website to check and see if there were others having same issue. Which they were. My router restarted itself 5 times in 1 hour. Not right! :/

    @virginmedia Afernoon, are there any issues in the ML6 area as my broadband doesn’t seem to be working. The wi-Fi isn’t connecting to our mobiles & we keep having to use our 4G. Thanks, Debbie

    @iamalisonperry @virginmedia To be fair VM supply to your house, beyond that you are on your own. Boosters are probably the worst way as they half the signal each turn. We receive 200Mbps, and 3 floors or in the garden up we still have 200. Look at powerlines or mesh networks — best investment you’ll make.

    @virginmedia That's the result from running the test after logging in from the link you sent me. Running the test from my router doesn't show up any problems. Logs at the times had No Ranging Response, SYNC timing Sync failure, RCS partial service, no unicast maintenance opportunities errors.

    @virginmedia usually singing your praises however your safeguarding policy for customers who are older people needs refinement. Sales teams not speaking to customer service has caused me and my parent great upset. Please look into training for all your sales staff please.

    @virginmedia Yes iam unable to acsess sites on any devices unles i turn off wi fi and use my mobile network than its ok but only on mobile devices with acsess to 02 network back to virgin media its unable to acsess with this same error happend 2nd time in 2 months

    @virginmedia 1) Here's just a few tidbits from various networking forums: ISP knows your MAC address. More precisely, it knows the MAC addresses of the devices that connect to its network. This may not necessarily be a computer; it could be a mobile device, a console, etc.

    @virginmedia My Aunt is having Wi-fi issues and we wanted help. She is unable to use her Wi-fi in the next room, she has a Hub 3. We phoned for support, gave all the correct details and I know they’re correct as I’ve recently logged in and he wouldn’t support us! Your Hub 3 are rubbish!!

    @virginmedia And yet again on the phone for over a hour speak to 3 people who don’t have a clue what to do. For the 3rd person to tell me my complaint was not logged 2 weeks ago and I was sat around waiting for a phone call. You guys are actually the worse company I have ever dealt with 🤯

    @virginmedia I have tried that already getting in touch with you is near on impossible hence why it took from beginning of October until 18th December to get issue sorted you are beyond a joke customer service is non existent! You don’t put things right!

    @virginmedia No issues just yet but from 19:00-03:00 the internet was going on and off every 5 minutes. The longest continous, stable connection was 4:53. We tried resetting the router, connection devices one at a time, but it would still keep dropping. No issues on your site or downdetector

    @virginmedia I did. Was for 8-12 on 22nd December. Never arrived. Have queried it a few times here, nobody disputed it. Have just done chat through the virgin app (where i booked the engineer) and told was not and could not be booked that way.
