@virginmedia I'm on hold again right now, 'Dennis' in customer services was meant to call me with an update at 1415 but never. 1st person said it's due to me not having an active DD- everyone I've tried to pay via this method it has failed - no error at my bank.

@virginmedia hi had call from you guys saying as a loyal customer you would add on calling mobiles to my landline. Then agent mentioned TV package and when I declined said he’d leave my package as it was and rang off!!! Not impressed!!

Just tried @virginmedia online chat help, which had to be done via WhatsApp and apparently, after being questioned by their Bot for 5 minutes, they can't solve home phone issues via web chat. So I can't report it, or resolve it, online or over the phone!!! WTF?
