@virginmedia Truly awful Internet service provided since I joined 18 months ago. Disconnects constantly, 20mb download speeds when I should be getting at least 200Mb. Home working becoming impossible due to constant outages. Old dial-up connection was better ☹

@virginmedia Have spent the past 3 hours 22 minutes and 02 seconds (and counting) on VM looing for support. Have been through three seperate call takers and still not any further on. I dpend on this internet when working from home feel incredibly let down by VM.
