@Kevin38801124 @virginmedia They don’t care. Cancel and they’ll bill you for the remainder of your contract and do this til you give in and pay, even if the service is so appalling you’ve had to cancel. Even from their own site the amount of frustration is awful. And to direct an irate customer to that 🤯
