    @SupportPDC **** them then mate! Having a similar problem with @virginmedia - given them ample opportunities to sort an issue, no joy. Just cancelling the direct debit instead, that’ll instigate them to contact me!

    @virginmedia Fortunately, though unable to resolve the problem, the 4th person I spoke to didn’t feel the need to hang up on me or lie and has arranged an engineer visit for next week. All this after listening to the same hold music for a combined total of 83 minutes (3/3) 👍🏼

    @virginmedia love the service but disappointing call with your rentention team. Looking to renew my broadband. Was offered £31pm. Noted it was adverted online for £25 i was firmly told its for new customers only. Poor way to treat loyal customers. Any reasons for this policy?
