    @virginmedia Please contact me ASAP about my complaint. I was driving when your advisor contacted me and wasn't able to talk. Yet again my broadband is incredibly slow. I dont pay for slow broadband, but it appears that you charge me for it nonetheless.

    @virginmedia currently moved to a new house and apparently the best option for me is to leave because there’s an active subscription, your advisor was so bad, all I want is my broadband to be switched to my new address !!!!!

    @virginmedia I'm unable to see videos, they just buffer. If i turn the WiFi off, it will work on mobile data, also it will work fine on the WiFi at work. The problem is Virgin Media Wi-Fi.
