-
Andy ⚽️ (@andycCAFC) reported
Don’t ever go with @virginmedia I’ve never had so much hassle when disconnecting from a service. Put a complaint in to check the status online to see they are saying they haven’t received one. Truly awful service
-
Ben Thompson (@BenThompson_1) reported
@virginmedia can you give me a direct number or have someone call me back about an issue I’m having? My elderly mum has called you up to report an issue and you have scammed her into buying a new package and she’s still left with no internet.
-
Heehaw (@Bagflea75) reported
@virginmedia It was their Internet that had gone down. She managed to get the info that your operator was demanding from her bank by which time the Internet was working again. Is it your company policy to treat your customers so poorly or is that reserved for old ladies?
-
Jack Kelly (@realjackoh187) reported from Widnes, England
@virginmedia Just wifi, the phones tablets tv all just going off randomly. I have now booked a technician but I have been doing the troubleshooting for 2 days and its saying the issue is being fixed. Its only today they have said to send a technician

-
Tilly Beau (@TalulahCheese) reported
@virginmedia Hi, your website you directed me to says there is an issue with the TV service but not with the WIFI. However when we’ve called yourselves there’s a message - known issue with everything in the area. Which one of true as we now don’t know if there’s a problem with our WIFI hub?
-
3MA | Miststep (@MiststepTK) reported
@EXGaiden This is why Virgin media sucks, sure you can get 500 or more down but the latency are packet loss is probably the worst you can experience in the UK from an ISP, much rather have a consistent, low-latency 70mb down
-
elliott (@ElliottNorman63) reported
