    @virginmedia Hub is where your engineer put it two years ago, the layout of the house hasn’t changed so why then in the last few weeks since you replaced my hub am I experiencing issues. No more excuses please I need answers and results.

    @virginmedia 5 days down the line and still having major issues with streaming going to be 2021 at this rate before we're able to finish Homeland. Been trying to watch season 3 for 2 weeks and only 4 episodes in 😠😠😠

    @virginmedia please sort out your broadband. Despite speed test showing great speeds of 200mbs download and 21 mbs upload I've been having connection issues for the past couple of weeks. Very difficult to watch Netflix etc due to buffering. Have reset router to no avail 😠

    @virginmedia called your customer helpline 3 times & cut off each time! Booster has packed in which means half the house has no WiFi (small bungalow so not exactly a mansion but need 3 boosters). How do I get a replacement issued while I find a more reliable WiFi provider.

    @virginmedia swapped my dad’s VM box after finally replacing his TV (no HDMI on his old one). Error 7400. Only a few channels. Call centre closed. Online wants a 9 digit account number but our account number only has 8. Please help.

    @virginmedia I don’t even want to cancel, but upping the prices WHILST my service has been faulty for so long with no resolution is just cheeky. Added to the fact that I had to downgrade my package to make it cheaper, and you’re willingly upping the prices just seems out of touch with life RN

    @virginmedia I have a few devices and the connection is very unreliable, I'm online for 15 minutes before the connection either gets so slow that it doesn't work or it cuts out entirely for a few minutes. I'm in the same room as the hub, the hub hasn't moved in 3 years and was never an issue.
