My bill may have raised £1 p/m, but for a provider who gives me 1TB of data use p/m without speed shaping, I’m VERY happy! 😊

It’s a little inconvenient but stop acting like it’s the end of the world and ffs stop phoning them. It’s happening to everyone and I’m sure they are doing everything they can to fix it.

Booster has packed in which means half the house has no WiFi (small bungalow so not exactly a mansion but need 3 boosters). How do I get a replacement issued while I find a more reliable WiFi provider.

The only real issue you might have is changing your WiFi password on each device you have, and swapping the power brick depending on where you have your router.

As soon as my wife uses her laptop everything else in the house stop working, Xbox, streaming, even phones. I have 350 GB package and was told I need to upgrade my package to the top one to “fix” the issue. 10 plus calls, hours on hold been past from different departments, engineer visits that don’t turn up and engineers that turn up and say there is a issue with it and someone will be touch when it’s fixed. £40 goodwill I was offered and a call 2 months ago, I’ve even up trying.
