    @virginmedia please sort out your broadband. Despite speed test showing great speeds of 200mbs download and 21 mbs upload I've been having connection issues for the past couple of weeks. Very difficult to watch Netflix etc due to buffering. Have reset router to no avail 😠

    @virginmedia called your customer helpline 3 times & cut off each time! Booster has packed in which means half the house has no WiFi (small bungalow so not exactly a mansion but need 3 boosters). How do I get a replacement issued while I find a more reliable WiFi provider.

    @virginmedia 6 wks I’ve been waiting for a call back to cancel my home phone package/review my tv package/deal with WiFi issues, your online service constantly displays error message and on,one chat is unresponsive! You have also failed to respond to a complaint I raised!

    @rtenews People pay stupid amounts for RTÈ and quite alot of people dont even watch the channel. We pay for sky and virgin media etc but once we have a telly we have to pay the fee to fund a station that has nothing worth watching on it. Be more inventive and less blasé with the money

    @virginmedia Agent kept saying nothing wrong with it yet Alexa won't connect and my mobile won't forget have turned off and turned on again to see if that works and it don't work. Have ran diagnosis on my laptop and it says WiFi connection problem yet the agent says it not

    @virginmedia Thanks John, can I ask why the status page is incorrect for my area? It tells me there are no issues but when I spoke to someone on the phone they could tell me it was an issue and it should be fixed by 4PM.. is there somewhere I can see this to look out for updates?
