    @virginmedia called your customer helpline 3 times & cut off each time! Booster has packed in which means half the house has no WiFi (small bungalow so not exactly a mansion but need 3 boosters). How do I get a replacement issued while I find a more reliable WiFi provider.

    @virginmedia Reason I tweeted was because help when calling the support team is awful. They're not interested. Lost count of how many times I'm told an engineer will be sent. The last engineer was sent after I asked for help on the Virgin Forum. See my original tweet, "not fit for purpose "
