Investigation Findings The regulatory investigation covered calls made between January 1, 2022, and September 11, 2024. Ofcom found that MILLIONS of customer service interactions were mishandled to prevent or delay cancellations. Specific tactics included: • Deliberately dropping or hanging up calls when customers asked to cancel. Putting callers on hold for no reason to frustrate them Excessive and unnecessary call transfers between departments. Using a two-tier retention system where only specific agents were allowed to process final cancellations. THIS LOT ARE CONFIRMED CRUEL SCAMMERS

Craig (@Scrumpyjackfan) reportedAfter 25 years with @virginmedia it’s time to say 👋. Relocating your customer services to SE Asia a few years back was a stupid move, I have wasted hours waiting and talking to your reps. Even now I must do the leg work to find a better deal. You should be phoning me to keep me.
-
MrBazza 🎬 (@MrBazza) reported@O2 I have 3 mobile lines alongside volt package @VirginMedia broadband and an open complaint about contract rates. Your app is quoting me much more than what I currently pay! With Volt double data, I only need a low base plan. Please DM me to sort a fair deal.
