I have 350 GB package and was told I need to upgrade my package to the top one to “fix” the issue. 10 plus calls, hours on hold been past from different departments, engineer visits that don’t turn up and engineers that turn up and say there is a issue with it and someone will be touch when it’s fixed. £40 goodwill I was offered and a call 2 months ago, I’ve even up trying.
