@virginmedia Yes, multiple houses in my area haven’t had internet since Friday. Everyday we’ve been told someone is coming out to fix it. No one’s been out until today but it’s still yet to be fixed even though it said on the website it would be fixed by 10am, which was what it said yesterday

So, @virginmedia have had me on hold(whatsapp) since Sunday 12pm, issue/contract still not resolved. @ThreeUK dealt with my query/contracts yest in 30mins. Giving real consideration 2swapping broadband to three. Customer service is sooooo much better.
