Been having issues with @virginmedia where the internet drops several times during the day. 9nly get told to do a reset/factory reset of the hub but the issue continues to persist. Not helpful when working from home.

@virginmedia Shows no faults and says everything is fine despite having to use 4g at the time to even run the test. There was an engineer out a couple of months back who done a factory reset but was only a temporary fix. Internet goes down several times a day whilst connected to hub.

@virginmedia I was told installation would be on the day I moved in (28th of May) then got a confirmation email saying it's on the 27th which obviously doesn't work. Now it's on the 1st of June. I can't self start all because I ordered a second TV box. Why can't I self start Internet on 28th?

@virginmedia Yes that it confused him & he wasn't sure how to fix it other than pods which @virginmedia don't have any stock of & there's a huge backlog of orders with people waiting for orders to be fulfilled Its been 4 weeks of hell so far & goodness knows how much long it'll take to fix

@virginmedia Your online status reports no faults but as I said in the thread, I have called your support centre at least 10 times & they confirm there is a fault which has been the case since the 2nd of March. I am assured, every time I call, that it will be fixed within 7 days. It never is
