@virginmedia Thanks ML. My issue is with the misleading info in your initial comms to me. It does not reflect what @TurgenSec says is in the database. I don’t particularly care what you say to the ICO. Your first duty as the data controller is to me, the subject of the data.

@virginmedia please sort out your broadband. Despite speed test showing great speeds of 200mbs download and 21 mbs upload I've been having connection issues for the past couple of weeks. Very difficult to watch Netflix etc due to buffering. Have reset router to no avail 😠

@virginmedia OOMPH customer your app says call789 and I can get a next day engineer booked. Followed your help guide and reset everything, she run test and said there is an issue but I have to wait 24hrs, if there is still an issue to call back and an engineer call will then be booked.
