Worst customer service I have ever experienced @virginmedia as a customer for 20 years I have never been treated so bad in all my life, would think twice if you are a customer of Virgin Media and switch to someone else 😡😡

@virginmedia probably the worst company for customer service, after spending 1 hour 25 min on the phone to order 2 new v6 boxes -3days later only 1 arrives. Just off the phone again after another 20 min to hopefully get another box. Sort it out Virgin!!

@virginmedia I’m having WiFi issues in the KA12 postcode in Scotland , all tests ran on your app say there is no issue , but when I do diagnostics through the router page online it says there are WiFi problems , none of our mobiles or laptops will do anything online

@virginmedia are the absolute worst. Broadband box has been doing an update for 2hrs. Phoned the help and the best they can do is offer me an engineer when I have to take time off work. £41 p/m for terrible internet speed and now the box isn’t working. Absolute joke.

@virginmedia No t.v or internet, V6 box gives error code C233 even though it says its connected to my wifi with a signal strength of 100%. Wifi light is solid green on the hub and stasis bar flashing green, any suggestions, tried rebooting both already

@virginmedia We can’t call out now or receive calls with home phone; we have no dialling tone; issue with phone since Thursday; no local issues when ‘test’ is run which is obviously wrong.

@virginmedia not satisfied of the service I received when trying to collect item at a newsagent shop. N when speaken to owner he spat at me twice. Also refuse to say he had item when he did.Was going to call police for theft. Also name of shop has been changed.Pathetic service

@virginmedia As with many in West Central Scotland, my Internet is down. I have tried turning the router on and off shark, but to no avail. What's bothering me most is that Virgin Media are refusing to acknowledge what must be a huge outage. I'm in the PA2 area.

@virginmedia can someone actually sort my daughter and son in laws services from you. Phone calls & texts haven’t got them anywhere and they are not paying for a service they are not getting to use. A formal complaint has already been placed as it’s beyond a joke now

@virginmedia Finally managed to speak to an agent on the phone. I got 2 sentences in and she hung up on me. This after the auto service somehow transferred me to faults after making multiple billing selections and needing to then be passed around. This really isn't on.

@virginmedia absolutely shocking. No texts or mobile internet all day with 0 word from Virgin. To top it off, one week after being told prices will be going up by 10% on mobile bills. Any word when normal service will resume? Might have to move providers if this is the future.
