@virginmedia please sort out your broadband. Despite speed test showing great speeds of 200mbs download and 21 mbs upload I've been having connection issues for the past couple of weeks. Very difficult to watch Netflix etc due to buffering. Have reset router to no avail 😠

Only seemed to fix by around 8/9pm after one final reset with the small button on the back of the router. Is there some kind of issue in the NE

@virginmedia Yes, it said it was down due to a fault and would be back by 3. It now says it'll be fixed by 6, although I've had no notifications. It's not so much the inconvenience but the absence of explanation, contact or confirmed fix time. I'll assume it's down till tomorrow.

@virginmedia We’ve had no broadband at all since 10am. The light is a constant dull orange. It would have been helpful to have had an expected resolution time in the service status section as with other issues.

@virginmedia That just says sorry that you have intermittent connection issues but no estimated fix time. I know the estimates change, but they are helpful so we can make plans - like arranging to work elsewhere now we know it is likely to continue tomorrow.
