@virginmedia Made numerous complaints since last Friday. They are not being resolved. Mis sold the product by agents. Account not been created correctly, wrong hub has been installed. Engineer did not install at point requested and WiFi extenders not provided. Super bad service

@virginmedia I’m paying for 200mbps and sometimes I achieve that, like now, but I still can’t watch @BBCiPlayer without constant buffering. This “local” issue was supposed to be sorted. Seriously considering other options to watch @BBCMOTD

So ever since I told @Plusnet I was moving to @virginmedia due to terrible speeds provided in my area against Virgins 1Gig my internet speed has been throttled that it’s barely useable. Only a week to go of the worst service. #broadband #dontsettle

@virginmedia I’ve done all that and it always says “no issues” but often when you get through on the phone you’re told there are and engineers are working on it. I’m just fed up of having to go through all the tests and restarts every time I want to record something or watch catch-up tv

@virginmedia @Ofcom I am charged unfair termination fee. VM does not provide services in the new area I moved to and was slapped termination fee £189.6.This is unfair. I am a VM customer for >3 yes.

@virginmedia Apparently I can’t have a dongle because I don’t have the ultimate bundle! I clocked over 5hrs of phone calls with virgin now so calling doesn’t help. It just costs me!
