    A new @virginmedia customer since Wednesday and still having problems but customer service hung up and when called back to say visit not till Tuesday. Going back to BskyB as soon as get to speak to Virgin again. Dreadful CX!!

    @virginmedia Engineer coming but 2 days too late. If not fixed tomorrow we are leaving. You should have been all over this. Call centre cut us off. Engineer gave us his number but couldn’t fix. No signal apart from part of downstairs and room above room where router is. Shocking!

    Time to go to @ofcom regarding @virginmedia . Got a deal then they put a price increase in. This never happened before when agreeing a price for a contract term. I will escalate this.

    So ever since I told @Plusnet I was moving to @virginmedia due to terrible speeds provided in my area against Virgins 1Gig my internet speed has been throttled that it’s barely useable. Only a week to go of the worst service. #broadband #dontsettle

    @virginmedia as a 25 year plus customer I’m shocked by your behaviour. I got £4.50 increase notified mid jan and called virgin. I was given automated option that said no increase (your system). Now virgin say no record and have introduced increase 😡. Shameful

    @virginmedia No updates of any form. I was advised a manager would call in 48 hours by three reps so you guys really need to sort your complaints handling training. Guess I’ll just wait as nobody wants to sort this. Amazing service guess it’s just like my broadband - dodgy.

    @virginmedia How can I let virgin know that I have a tricky situation with paying the bill, not sure when it will be resolved just ‘hang tight’ and ‘keep your fingers crossed’. That’s the advice I’ve been offered.

    @virginmedia Root of all the problems - disconnection when my mum died, with no notice. sales team advised only way for me to get service for my dad was in my name. He couldn’t set up in his name, as he had no phone etc because VM disconnected etc

    @virginmedia Checked This every day, checked last night and just now. It says no issues. But the support agent on Monday and last night said there was outages in the area and these wouldn’t be resolved till at least 30/3. Called 3 times last night.

    @virginmedia Finally came back at 11pm , I shall be calling in to disconnect, over £80 pmth not even the top package and rubbish service , internet is constantly dropping out
