@virginmedia Thanks ML. My issue is with the misleading info in your initial comms to me. It does not reflect what @TurgenSec says is in the database. I don’t particularly care what you say to the ICO. Your first duty as the data controller is to me, the subject of the data.

@virginmedia it was supposed to be talk anytime not talk weekends as the customer service advisor said it would be £8 extra as to keep me as a customer he gave me more channels kept the same price and £8 extra to upgrade phone package

@virginmedia every night our service drops out saying invalid internet connections . I’ve had a new router, there’s no flashing lights just no connection! Can watch tv but not catch up /on demand. Has went on for months! Fed up phoning 🙄

@riddmj @virginmedia I’ve also tried making a complaint online and it won’t send that either so you can’t do anything online or on the phone so if you cut people of what you going to do then just apologise. Because it’s not fair if you do actually do that.

@virginmedia spent ages on the phone. i don't want 360. 60 mins to get to cancellations, to be told "i'm not familiar with the 360 service"; 40 mins wait to be told "need to put you through to technical team". didn't get to talk to them, took longer than the 2 minutes promised!
