@virginmedia I tried to sign with you but apparently the extra 300/400 metres was too much effort for the workers. so one block up my mum has fibre optic best broadband with you guys. But yeah no fibre optic just down the road.. Summerston area, around the schools. John Paul academy.

@virginmedia No t.v or internet, V6 box gives error code C233 even though it says its connected to my wifi with a signal strength of 100%. Wifi light is solid green on the hub and stasis bar flashing green, any suggestions, tried rebooting both already

@virginmedia It only happens with this channel, it doesn't happen with any other channel. The issue also affects a friend of mine that lives in Birmingham, so suggests an issue with the source. I have rebooted, same issue.

@virginmedia I've been trying to cancel my broadband with you on online chat since 7th june. People keep ending the chat or not replying. They've now said they cant disconnect until 15th July despite me sending written notice on 7th on chat - why is it so difficult to cancel!?
