    @riddmj @virginmedia I’ve also tried making a complaint online and it won’t send that either so you can’t do anything online or on the phone so if you cut people of what you going to do then just apologise. Because it’s not fair if you do actually do that.

    @virginmedia had an absolutely waste of time phone call with Jay from your customer service today. Been with yourselves for 9 years and he was not prepared to assist me in the slightest to try and work out a better deal. Clearly customer loyalty means nothing to you.

    @virginmedia shocking service,on hold for over 30 minutes to speak to someone about my tv package.then they hang up. Time for a change after more than 10 years you would think they value your business 😡😡😡😡😡😡

    @virginmedia 18.40. I got a text saying service was fixed and if I was still having issues to switch it off for 30 minutes, I left it off for 45.

    Bah, there's an @virginmedia outage in my area, and the fix time has been put back from 1pm to 4pm in the last hour. Kids are not placated with "we didn't have Netflix when we were kids". Luckily the PS4 works fine offline.

    @virginmedia I downgraded my package over a month ago having spoken to one of your customer services people.After a LOT of messing about,it was confirmed that i would be on a reduced package,after 30 days notice,i have my usual full bill again NOT GOOD ENOUGH,please reply ASAP🙄

    @TheFlyingKipper @virginmedia That’s great shame as a loyal customer for many years we are still paying £107 per month when newbies pay £45 for the same package we haven’t got the movies or sports just phone, broadband and tv . January saw law come in to state all customers should be treated same as new ones
