@virginmedia Yes it said there was an issue and a technician would fix it at 3 separate times yesterday and it’s still not fixed today. This happens a lot yet we still pay our full bill, it’s not ideal.

@virginmedia Nothing as each time I called (4 times with 30 minutes) the poor girl, who can't get hold of the engineering, asks her supervisor, and fobs( feels like ) me of saying it's been accelerated, come back in two days.
